This way she should be able to keep herself comfy!~ Still, a small sigh escaped her as her mind wanders to her dear magical fox currently walking around in the database of her PC. 'I'll see you again, Braixen... Just wait for me.'

Then, and only then, she replied to Heart. "Plans? Nothing. Just....going ahead if you didn't spot any danger, and you please alert us if you smell Ventus coming near or changing his course, Mr. Finder. I hope that everyone has warm clothes and maybe a Fire Type?"

Ventus throws himself flat as a sudden explosion rocks the tunnel he's digging.

(6)(6)(1) Durant takes 4 dmg (Rock type & fire type) as shards of stone go flying everywhere. A familiar gas, traced with blue flames, is also heavy in the air. Durant is immune to the poison, but Ventus is being very careful not to breathe it lest he risk another paranoid attack.

Lucifer is shielded from damage by Durant, but sent slamming against the stone Durant fills in behind the small party. He slumps to the ground near the prone Ventus.

Mr. Finder suddenly panics and urges the group forward as fast as he can hobble. You arrive to find Durant rather calmly completing her tunnel, but fire has scorched the formian, and an eerie blue corona emanates from her nails/antennae. Ventus is flat on the ground with his arms over his head, and Lucifer is struggling to regain consciousness.

Heart can see one of the steel/clay pipes has been breached. Most of the bluish flames are flickering right there at the breach.

One moment Ven keeping pace behind Turiel, carefully watching both her's and Lucifer's condition to make sure they were not close to overexerting themselves.

The next, kabooooom.

His eyes go pinprick as he reacts on pure instinct/reflex to evade the blast, doing so in such a way that his body would end up shielding his brother as he saw them drop out of the sky, should the tunnel's ceiling starts to collapse.

In that moment, his mind flashes back to a the time of a Weezing Exploding and miraculously sparring most of then party from the blast but Plusle/Minun (He'd forgotten which exactly) got horribly maimed. A sharp spike of pure fear races through his body, and he desparately prays to Reshirim that a similar fate hasn't fallen his little devil or ironclad insect.

Now he has just a taste of how Shiva felt that day so long ago....

Well, Nathan WAS going to fire off a rather...passionate speech in Ventus's direction for leaving everyone (and Raphael!!!) behind to chase after a Shedinja, something he could easily acquire elsewhere by catching a common Nincada...

...but after seeing the...destruction caused by that digging, he decides to keep his peace.  Nearly getting singed is probably enough of a lesson on its own. Ralts would get closer to try and be comforting, but...well, the poisonous fumes keep him at bay.

That pipe looks a lot more intriguing now that he can see there's fire in it, though...hmmm...could these pipes be related to the FTS?

A feeling of panic emerging from Mr. Finder rather suddenly was pretty much the VERY LAST thing Shiva would want to happen, especially since she already WAS at the werge of a nervous and depressed turmoil - but now, in the scenery they all found, was no place to break down. She didn't WANT to break, she practically forced herself to stay calm and cool to make decisions to help while her conscience began to bite harder than ever - was this what could be called as 'strength'?

In a waaaay too swift movement, she pointed Raphael back to their father to by all means stay close to him, while a moment later Lilith was summoned to the scene. From the firm look they met as she and Yena were turning around wondering what was wrong. ....Oh. Blusih flames. What a pretty shade. Shiva's voice was harsh, straightforward and louder than she actually wanted it to be. "Fine. FINE. You, Lilith, please use a Telekinesis to bring these flames under control in order to STOP THEM FROM SPREADING, while you please attempt to distinguish them with two well-placed Sand Attacks. Understood? ...Great. Go for it."

Effect: Manipulates objects, in this case these blue flames, with her mind - she is supposed to stop them from spreading.
Addtional notes: In an episode of the anime, an Espeon did exactly what Gothy shall now do, so I think it's possible.

Effect: Actually reduces Accuracy by 1, but here we use this move to distinguish fire.

It's pretty hard to manipulate flames, especially since there is a continuous stream of flames from the pipe, but Gothitelle easily lifts some rubble to block the escaping gas.

Yena points himself backward and digs furiously in the ice, rubble, clay, and sand, spraying it all over the flames that have escaped. This works well to control certain areas from catching fire, but all that gas filling the tunnel is trying to burn.
