Ventus lets out a particularly virulent curse when it becomes apparent that ALL the Sableyes are swifter than even the fleet footed Calam, and that their main targets were the ghostly soldier he swore to protect/aid! He quickly rallies his family members, pointing at gem eating fiend and harshly barking out: "Kyurem damn you all to their frosty domain, Sableye, for you'll be frozen to the core before you'll be allowed to vanquish these soldiers! Malphena, conjure up Icy Winds and set them upon on each group of Sableye! Lucifer, show them what true rock crushing Strength is by laying into them with Iron Tails, and help safeguard the Bridge and his soldiers at all costs! Let us dispel these fiend back to the darkness which they spawn, my family!"

Order: Malphena will use Icy Wind four times this Round, once on each of the Sableye groups to lower all their DEX and be forced to go after Nathan's Pokémon/Ven's (Since they have *5 DEX due to Tailwind!), and then focus the last one on the Sableye Group A/whoever is left. Lucifer will use Iron Tail four times per round on Sableye Group A primarily, as he wants to both burn down these gem munchers ASAP and potentially proc a Defense drop that would make Malphena's future efforts MUCH easier! Of course, if a particular Sableye is giving the Ghost Brigade trouble, Lucifer will instead focus it/them down instead! Ven will be saving Potions for Malphena primarily in this battle (First one to be used when she fall bellow 1/2 HP), as Sableye have TWO STABs that can bring plenty of ruin to her if not prepared for! Time to become the Ghostbusters, guys!

Moves:

Icy Wind
Accuracy: DEX (*5) + Fight (3) + Channel (3) - 1 Accuracy - 4/5/6/7 Actions = 6/5/4/3D6 Dice
Damage: STR (*5) + 2 - Vitality (2?) = Potentially 5D6 Damage per group
Effect: Spread Attack, - 1 DEX inflicted on Target(s), regardless if the move does damage or not!

Iron Tail
Accuracy: 11D6 Base Accuracy + Wide Lens (1) - 3 Accuracy - 4/5/6/7 Actions = 5/4/3/2D6 Dice
Damage: STR (3) + 4 - Vitality (2?) = Potentially 5D6 Damage per individual Sableye in Group A
Effect: *Lower Defense 3*

Heart have Gustav and Koa prepare for the big event of this great battle. "Alright guys! We have some ghost soldiers to protect so do your best to do what is necessary! Koa! Use Dragon Dance (pre round)! Then go ahead with Dual Chop and Dragon Rage 2x! Gustav! Bubbles 3x then go ahead with Water Pulse against the most weakned one!"

Dual Chop: Dex (3) + Fight (3) + Brawl (3) - Accuracy (1) - Actions (5/6) = 3d6/2d6
Damage: Power (2) + STR (3) + STAB (1) +/- Rivalry (1) = 7d6/6d6
Effect: Double action.

Dragon Rage: Dex (3) + Fight (3) + Canalize (3) - Actions (7) = 2d6
Effect: Cause set damage of 2.

Bubbles: Dex (3) + Fight (3) + Canalize (3) - Actions (4/5/6) = 5d6/4d6/3d6

Water Pulse: Dex (3) + Fight (3) + Canalize (3) - Actions (7) = 2d6

Whaohw... Being so close to an actual ghost of Captain Bridge's soldier was a whole new experience to Shiva. That's something that pretty surely does NOT belong to the life of an ordinary Trainer! Still she's not afraid of them, not even after they've drawn their mighty ghostly swords, but it all gives her an...well, excited shiver running through whole her body. These pesky Sableye were way more to be feared, especially since they seemingly put effort into giving themselves scary as boots! Shiva didn't avert her determined gaze from them once, and Yena's growling intesified as they came closer, he lowered his body and spreaded his wings threathingly. The butterwolfly was a tad bit flabbergasted however, as Master was flanking a ghost protectively herself, wasn't it his duty and task to protect her from ghosts? Still, if that's what the alpha female of his pack demanded, then it shall be followed by him without questioning!

Strength was asked here, determination needed if the task of not letting these gem-munching pests come and nimble on the spectral soldiers and their captain shall succeed, and she had to scrape up all her wits to fulfill these requirements. From the looks of it however, it seemed like the fae-ethusiast was doing a fine job in being brave, this one time when it's needed! "This is what I've trained you for, Yena, show these SABLEYE that you're neither afraid of them, nor are weak concerning biting force! Azu, you encourage him on his second pouncing please, shroud the field in bubbles at first! Yena, remember, these SABLEYE are our enemy, not the ghost with me here, it's not posing any harm to us - no, now you see that we have to look into things before aimlessly charging at any spectre we may meet! Don't even try to bite them to death please, the chances that it'll put their light out are low! We'll find you something to chew on to hearts content soon!"

In case one of the Sableye comes too close to her and try to phase through her to get at the soldier, Shiva will draw that Cleanse Tag of wood from her pocket to slap it into their jewel-eyed face directly, hoping that this will force it back again. Not inteded to deal any damage this way, it's 'just' a defense mechanism.

------------------------

Azumarill:
Accuracy Roll  Bubble 1: 3 Dext + 2 Fight + 4 Channel - 2 Actions = 7d6
Damage Roll: 3 Strength + 2 Power of the move + 1 STAB = 6d6
Additional notes: Will hit all three groups, I guess? 1 CD to lower their Dext by 1.

Accuracy Roll Helping Hand 2: 3 Dext + 2 Fight + 2 Perform - 3 Actions = 4d6
Effect: Grants + 2 dice for Yena on both Accuracy and Damage Roll. Hah! Take that, Sableye!
Secondary Effect: Increases determination for Shiva.

Yena:
Accuracy Roll Crunch 1: 3 Dext + 2 Fight + 2*Brawl - 2 Actions = 5d6
Accuracy Roll CRUNCH 2: 3 Dext + 2 Fight + 2*Brawl - 3 Actions = 4d6, 6d6 if HelpingHand succeeded.
Damage Roll: 4*Strength + 3 Power of the move + 1 STAB = 8d6, 10d6 on the 2th one if Helping Hand succeeded.
Additional notes: Aimed at the Sablese with the most HP left, 1 CD to lower their Defense Vitality by 1. Lethal, but Yena is asked to hold back on that. Thanks to Shield Dust he's protected from any CD-effects himself.

Nathan takes a few deep breathes to try and calm down and refocus.  '...it'll be fine...just a friendly ghost standing by your side...no danger there...' He hadn't quite been expecting Bridge to take his words literally...with a clear enemy in front of him, though, he can focus just enough on that to ignore his other current issues.

Though some friendly chatter with the Captain helps to. "...ya know, this reminds me of a vision of the future my Ralts once showed me...one of when he'd evolved...as a Gallade, we were standing back to back, ready to take on anything...this...kinda reminds me of that...kinda funny how things like that work, I suppose..."

Speaking of Valder, by the way..."Valder, I'd highly recommend using Grid (for Electroweb) and/or Mamo (for Powder Snow) for this!" (we autoing Valder for this or waiting for Nylon?  I noticed none of Valder's pokemon were on that initiative list)

Now then, as for Nathan's pokemon...

Calam

Night Slash x5!! (Non-lethal)
Accuracy: 12 base - 5/6/7/8/9 actions = 7/6/5/4/3 D6
Damage: 5* + 3 + STAB + BG = 10 D6 base!
Effect: Crits with 3 successes!

Yule

Razor Leaf x3!
Accuracy: 11 base - 3/4/5 actions - 1 accuracy = 7/6/5 D6
Damage: 4* + 2 + STAB = 7 D6 base
Effect: Crits with 4 successes!  Hits 5 targets at once!

Sableye Horde Round 1

The Sableye move to lock the various groups down, to rip and tear at the ghosts, and to phase through on an intercept course to the greatest threats.

Mean Look 1 on Captain Bridge, Yule, Lucifer, and Malphena.
(6)(4)(5)
(6)(3)(3)
(6)(1)(2)
(6)(5)(2)

Wherever these four characters turn, they find a Sableye right in their way, claws outstretched and a cackling look.

Shadow Claw 1 on Captain Bridge's Brigade and Doublade.
4 Dex + 3 Fight + 3 brawl -4 actions = 6d6
(4)(5)(5)(3)(6)(2) Critical
(3)(3)(1)(6)(2)(3) hit
(4)(1)(2)(2)(6)(4) hit
(1)(2)(1)(3)(4)(4) hit
3 Str + 3 power +1 STAB -3 vit =6d6/4d6
(5)(4)(1)(5)(2)(4) Captain Bridge takes 4 dmg as the Sableye tear out wisps of his shadowy body. 5/9hp
(1)(2)(5)(4) Private Bridge takes 2 dmg 6/8hp
(3)(2)(1)(5) Sarge takes 1 dmg 6/8hp
(3)(6)(1)(2) Doublade takes 2 dmg 5/7hp

Fake Out 1 on Calam, Dizzy, and Yena
(5)(5)(3)(3)(6)(6)
(3)(5)(5)(2)(3)(3)
(4)(6)(3)(3)(2)(1)
(5) Calam takes 1 dmg and flinches. 6/7hp
(2) Dizzy flinches
(5) Yena takes 1 dmg and flinches 7/8hp

Shadow Claw 1 on Malphena
(5)(4)(2)(6)(5)(3) Critical hit
(4)(5)(2)(4) Malphena takes 4 dmg 4/8hp -2 pain

Calam Flinches 1

Razor Leaf 1 For my own sanity I'm going to have Razor Leaf hit the 4 who are in clumps at a time; the 5th is always out of range without risking an ally.
(5)(4)(6)(4)(6)(1)(3) Critical
(4)(6)(2)(4)(6)(6) Sableye A take 5 dmg. 1/6hp.
Yule's attack blurs the Sableye, making them lean forward against the powerful wind.

Malphena blows ghostly breath over the Sableye engaging the valiant Captain. It's easy for her to produce a chill wind in this place, +1 dice.
Icy Wind 1
(3)(4)(3)(4)(4)
(3)(5)(6)(2) Sableye B take 2 dmg 4/6hp and -1 Dex.

Dual Chop 1 & 2
(6)(5)(4)(4)
(1)(1)(4)(5) Hit two times!
These Sableye do not invoke Rivalry. Koa doesn't feel the need to compete with 600 year old ghosts, or impress them. He's not even sure they have genders.
(5)(3)(3)
(4)(6)(5)
Group A is now 0/0/1/1. But the Sableye, though nearly torn apart by the attack, continue to move and attack! One is missing its head entirely, knocked off by the Dual Chop!

Flinch 1 for Dizzy

Iron Tail 1
(2)(4)(3)(4)(6)
(4)(6)(1)(2) Group A is now 0/0/0/1. Like the others, the one struck by Noibat's rear legs and stubby tail ignores the damage it has taken.

Since the Sableye phased through you to get to Yena and your soldier, you bring out the Cleanse Tag. It makes Malphena stagger, and the Sableye too. But since the Sableye is so erratic in its movements, it's hard to say how much it's been affected.
Bubble 1 - it can hit five individuals, not five groups. You aim for Group B, since A is mostly damaged.
(6)(4)(5)(5)(4)(6)(5) Perfect critical.
(2)(5)(4)(5)(4) Group B takes 4 dmg, 0/6hp. That's 0/0/0/1/0/0/0/0/6/6/6/6.
CD: (2)

Bubble 1
(2)(4)(3)(5)(2)
(4)(2)(2) Sableye C take 1 dmg 5/6hp
CD: (1)

Yena Flinches 1

Doublade swoops in and neatly stabs right through one of the 0hp Sableye near the captain, pinning it to the ground. It puffs and dissolves in shadowy smoke.

Night Slash 1
(2)(6)(3)
Dmg: (6)

The three soldiers also swing their blades to slice low at Group B. The movements are practiced, smooth, elegant. All three move in unison, with Captain Bridge striking slightly harder and faster, though his wrist rotation and footwork is in sync with his companions.
Strike 1x3, buoyed by Tailwind
(1)(3)(3) Miss
(1)(4)(3)
(5)(3)(5)
(2)
(4) Another Sableye puffs away. "They will be back," says Captain Bridge, not the slightest bit out of breath. "They cannot truly be slain. Only tormented, and their energies dispersed by the swords of those who opposed them in life."
0/0/0/1/ -/-/0/0 /5/5/5/5.

The undead horde closes in. They seem unhindered by the reduction in their body mass - a contrast to Bridge's men, who seem to feel pain much as a human does, though not proportional to the amount of shadowy tissue they lose.

Shadow Claw 2A on Yule, Lucifer, Malphena, and Azumarill.
(2)(2)(6)(2)(3)
(3)(5)(1)(4)(2)
(2)(2)(1)(6)(3)
(2)(3)(2)(3)(4)
(6)(5)(2)(4) Yule takes 3 dmg 3/6hp -2 pain
(6)(1) Lucifer takes 1 dmg 7/8hp
(6)(2) Malphena takes 2 dmg 2/8hp -2 pain
(6)(5)(6) Azumarill takes 2 dmg 7/9hp -1 pain.

Ven quickly uses the Potion, making Malphena 6/8hp.

The unwounded Sableye double up on those same Pokemon, changing course and no longer targeting Bridge. Their keen eyes glitter in the mist.

Shadow Claw 2C
(4)(3)(3)(6)(4)
(2)(6)(3)(4)(5)
(5)(6)(6)(2)(4) Critical hit.
(4)(3)(6)(4)(1)
(2)(6)(4)(6) Yule takes 3 dmg and faints.
(6)(4) Lucifer takes 2 dmg 5/8hp -1 pain
(3)(6)(6)(4) Malphena takes 4 dmg 2/8hp
(2)(2)(3) Azumarill is unscathed

Night Slash 2 to finish up Group A
(1)(5)(2)(5)(1)(5) Nearly a crit. Just a little bad luck to land right on a hard gemlike eye, pushing it back into Sableye's face.
Sableye A takes 1 dmg
0/0/0/0/ -/-/0/0 /5/5/5/5.

Icy Wind 2
(3)(3)(4)
(3)(2)(4)(6) Sableye C takes 2 dmg -1 Dex for them, too.

0/0/0/0/ -/-/0/0 /3/3/3/3.

Shadow Claw 2 on Captain Bridge and Doublade. Icy wind is slowing them, its memory affecting them long after the damaging energy has subsided.
(3)(1)(3)(3)
(4)(5)(6)(2)
(1)(2)(2)(4) Doublade takes 2 dmg 3/7hp

Taunt 2
(3)(1)(6)(4) Sableye B fell for the Taunt! That leaves just 1 Sableye focused on Bridge.

Iron Tail 2
(2)(2)(1) Miss

Helping Hand 2
(1)(3)(1) Azumarill is a little unnerved by the advancing Sableye and fails to help Yena when needed. I'm guessing this does not reassure Shiva.

Bubble 2 on Group C
(4)(1)(2)(6)
(1)(5)(2) Sableye C takes 1 dmg

0/0/0/0/ -/-/0/0 /2/2/2/2.

A Sableye C takes 2 dmg

0/0/0/0/ -/-/0/0 /0*/2/2/2.

Yena does manage to restrain that one in his mouth. It continues to struggle against him.

"Good work, travelers. Forward, men! Make short work of these foes; take advantage of the unusual opportunity afforded us by our new allies!"

Night Slash 2
(1)(6)

The Bridge brothers each spear another Sableye, including the one Yena has. The sergeant hits but fails to do damage.
0/0/0/0/ -/-/-/- /-/2/2/2.

The remaining undying Sableye are clinging to Lucifer and Malphena like rats, determined to bring them down. Before Ventus has time to use another potion, Malphena takes more ghostly damage.

Shadow Claw 3

(2)(2)(4)(6)
(6)(2)(2)(2)
(6)(6)(2)(1)
(6)(1)
(6)(4) Lucifer takes 3 dmg from two attacks. 2/8hp -2 pain.
(1)(4) Malphena faints.
(5)(6) Malphena takes 2 lethal damage!! The Sableye grins as if to say it is the true Ghost, not beautiful Miss Malphena.

Group C is trying desperately to take down the minutemen. There's 3 of them left, and they are struck by Icy Wind.

Night Slash 3 from Calam.

(3)(1)(1)(4)

By some miracle of swordsmanship, Captain Bridge protects each. and. every. member. of his little squad, fending off the ravening Sableye. He's not tiring, though he's hampered by his wounds.

"It is not too late for you to run, adventurers. Wait for Noibat to faint and save yourselves. It is I the Sableye want. I shall rise again when my willpower returns..."

Dragon Rage 3
(4)(6)
Another Sableye is at 0hp, leaving just one who should even be conscious!
0/0/0/0/ -/-/-/- /-/0/0/2.

Dizzy leaps to take care of it.

Pursuit 3
(3)(6)(2)(2)(3)

Lucifer and Gustav pound away on the remaining Sableye, but to little effect. They just keep coming. In mere seconds, five or six heartbeats, they have torn many in the group to shreds and lost about a third of their number. The warriors leap fearlessly into their midst.

That means only 4 Sableye remain, in their undead form. Wisps of shadow and half-real blood covers the swords of the Bridgemen.

Nathan is greatly unnerved when the Sableye don't stop coming when they should have by all rights 'fainted'.  That does nothing to help soothe his nerves.  It's a relief to see that they disappear the moment they take any more damage...but the Captain's grim comment that they'll be back eventually is a reminder that things are definitely not what they seem to be down here...

When the Sableye redirect their attention away from the soldiers, Nathan is almost relieved for a moment.

And then Yule took a huge amount of damage and fainted.

...followed by...

...

"Yule!  Malphena!!!"

Bridge's comment that they can still run...

...no.  As much as he wants to run now, Nathan won't.  He's going to finish what was started.

"...as much as I admire your heroism in this situation, I'm not going to leave you to these...things.  Not now.  Besides, Lucifer hasn't fainted yet."

Nathan recalls Yule.

"...by Mutios's protective shade and Aotius's bright light...by Arceus's will...I will not let these creatures...these bullies... have their way with you.  Swiftfire!  Show 'em we mean business!"

For Calam...he's going to Leer at these gremlins before using more Night Slashes if they can help!  3 actions total, to be exact. Even if they can't actually disperse the Sableye, maybe it'll prove enough of a nuisance to keep those gem eaters distracted?

Leer
Accuracy: 6* + 3 + 0 - 3 = 6 D6
Effect: -1 Defense for all remaining Sableye! That should make it a little easier for the Captain and his crew to eliminate them.
Note: Calam is first in the initiative with a cool 13

Night Slash x2 (Lethal this time, I guess?)
Accuracy: 12 - 4/5 = 8/7
Damage and effect: 1 more D6 than before if it matters

For Swiftfire...a single Inferno.  Lethal.  Nathan wants one of these wannabe Sableye to BURN for so callously attempting to harm Malphena and laughing about it.

LETHAL INFERNO!!!!! (EDIT: Spending 1 Will to add a Success to the Accuracy Pool! Nathan definitely wants this move to hit!)
Accuracy: 5 + 3 + 3 - 5 - 1 Pain + 1 Will = 5 D6 + 1 Success
Damage: 3 + 4 + STAB - 2 = 6 D6
Effect: Burn 3
Note: Swiftfire goes second in the initiative if she rolls a 5, first if she rolls a 6.

When the undead nature of the Sableye was revealed to Ventus after they refused to simply be Fainted, a tremor of shock raced throughout the researcher's frame as he stared at them in horror. That is, until his iron clad grip on himself reasserted itself hard on his emotions, which then caused him to then feel nothing but disgusted contempt for those cursed gem fiend as he bared his teeth and scowled even harder at them and urged his family to press their assault!

Hearing Captain Bridge say they can only truly be 'vanquished' by their brigade's arments, he was quick to shout back to them:

"Then we will punch hole and weaken them for you and your own to more 'permenantly' destroy them!"

The battle waged on, with the Sableye slowly but surely being dispelled with practiced, methodical effectiveness by the combined efforts of the group and the Ghost Brigade.

All was going well and true, for a given value of the word......

.....Until Yule was felled by their grasping, ghastly claws....

.....his beloved sister Malphena was Fainted along with him.....

......and a Sableye kept on savaging her unconscious form.

Fortunately, between the Evolite and the rigorous training style he puts all his family members through, that particular fiend was able to do naught more than simply paw at her ineffectually, but the intent behind its actions were clear.

They earnestly tried to kill his sister.

Ventus blood went ice cold as he first witnessed this, and was nearly paralyzed in abject fear for her safety. Fear for her very life.

That moment of weakness passed in the span of a few seconds.

What followed was the empath being filled to the brim with pure, undiluted, and absolute zero cold hatred for each and everyone of those Sableye.

It coursed through every single fiber of his being, liting a flame deep within him that smoldered with his unbridled animosity towards those demons , creating a cool burning desire to eradicate all those demons.

No longer was their a scowl set on the researcher face, nor was their even a trace of hesistation or fear within and without him as he stare down at all the Sableye.

Instead, his face was impassive and stoic like the rock walls of the tunnel the group was in, his green eyes darkened by the fathomless hate he felt for his enemies , and his body posture filled with a deathly calm that all to befitted the present company the group was keeping.

Ventus had become Unfettered once more. And this time, he was almost entirely justified in becoming so.

The researcher returned Malphena to her Pokeball in blindingly short order, and when Captain Bridge's offer to save themselve was heard by him, he man reject it summarily, giving them his response in a calm, controlled, almost droll tone of voice that was all underlined with a tranquil fury powerful enough to scorch any regular man.

"I made an offer and took an oath to help you and your soldiers vanquish these Sableye, Captain Bridge, and I never break my word. You said that they can only be banished with the arms you possess though, yes?  Then one of you lend me one, so that I may fulfill my promise to you, and can pay evil unto evil to those that dared tried to kill my sister Malphena. I am no stranger to wielding weapons and doing combat proffesionally, so trust me that I can handle myself against them. "

Regardless of their answer, Ventus choose this moment to flick out his wrist, sending out his next Pokeball and summoning Raphael into the battlefield, who due to their strong empathy and bond with their father knew that he was insanely angry and was instantly fretful and concerned......until they stiffened as he told them:

"These Sableye have just tried to kill our dear sister Malphena, and are trying to end the existences of these good soldiers that stand by our side Raphael, so I need your help in annilating them. Can I count on you, my archangel?"

They looked shocked and horrified at the news at first, but soon that was replace with a firm look of resolve on their face as they gave a vigorous nod to their father. While they do not see eye to eye on all matters of morality, what these ghastly Dark fiends tried and still are trying to do was unacceptable! They'll show them what happens when some no good villain tries to mess with the Zackarieh family!

The Unfettered empath returned the nod, and said unto them : "Good. Then do this, Raphael....."

Orders: Have Ventus go Unfettered over Malphena nearly being Lethally Damaged WITH MALICOUS INTENSION , request a arm of some sort from the Ghost Brigade, and then summoning Raphael to replace his now no longer cackling banshee. From their, what happens depends on how things play out.

-If Ventus does receive an arm from Bridge and co, he's straight up joining the battle and going to be commiting to 3 Strike per Round on the remaining Sableye, with Raphael using After You on him to ensure he gets first crack at them, and then using it two more times to bring Doublade and Captain Bridge to the top of the Initiative if the Sableye are still there (In that order).
-If Ventus does not receive an arm, then he'll order Raphael to use After You on Doublade itself, since its able to permenantly dispel the Sableye more easily than the Ghost Brigade if I read things right. If they can't, then Captain Bridge will himself be getting After You'd, followed by two more for his soldiers. Essentially, Raphael will use After You three times with the order of priority being Doublade -> Captain Bridge - > His Brother -> The Other Soldier.
-If Raphael ends up second to last on the Initiative, he'll just aim an Air Slash three time this Round at one of the more troublesome Sableye in the hopes of Flitching them if it happens to survive the next time the Ghost Brigade comes a calling, as using After You in that situation is not optimal.
-If it turns out Raphael doesn't want to fight at all (Which I don't think is likely, but with them....you never know), they get immediately replaced with Apsis, who will clamp down on a Sableye with Bite to keep them pinned down, like what Yena did three times this Round.

He'll try to stay well out of Swiftfire's way when she casts Inferno, though, so also keep that in mind too! A Potion for Lucifer would be nice as well too, along with him switching to trying to do his darnest to Evade the Sableye 3 times per Round, since his moves can't do nothing to them in the first place, and he's too small/weak to clamp down on them with Bite like Aspis is!

Regardless of the outcome, its curtains for those super dead Sableye!

Moves:

After You
Accuracy: 8D6 Base Dice - 3/4/5 Actions = 5/4/3D6 Dice
Effect: Move Target to top of the Initiative!

Air Slash
Accuracy: 6/5/4D6 Dice
Damage: Doesn't really matter
Effect: *Flitch 5* from Serene Grace!

Strike (If Ven happens to fight)
Accuracy: Same Air Slash's, I imagine
Damage: Same as the Ghost Brigade's, most likely

Sableye Horde Round 2

4 undead Sableye remain which all get to attack before we can, but one hit will despel them.
Sarge, which me and Heart shall protect, is at 6/8hp, -1 Pain.
Yena only suffered 1 damage and is at +1 Strength from Howling.
Azu bears 7/9hp, -1 Pain.
Dizzy took no damage, lol.

It all was a truely scary sight and a mess of a fight where one dramatic action followed the other... In short, something Shiva only knew from having played too many Adventure-RPGs. This was much different however, active participating is it, there's real danger, she couldn't just save beforehand and try again if failed, here one could experience truely and in an unpolished manner the REAL thing! She, eh, didn't really know how to handle this or where to sort that experience, all she definitely knew that she HAD TO KEEP GOING. Until the end, until the intensity of this battle fades and one party still stands boldly while the other had to face defeat. If sucessfully defeated however... The glorious feeling of having won over a dangerous foe will be true and real as well.

Keeping a cool head turned out harder than expected however, WAY harder, as she indeed unknowingly relied on her fae rabbit's encouragement to continue. Seeing how some of the ghostly Sableye even made it to allure a pained and enraged howling from her Mightyena from the same move she enjoys to exploit with her psychic cat (Fake Out), Nathan's grassy goat fainted and had to be recalled, as well as Ven's ghostly sister ended up STILL being pestered by these nasty Sableye didn't make it easier at all, and for one moment it seemed like Shiva began to stagger herself and loose that hope, she found herself taking a small step backwards in fear, causing her to unwillingly TOUCH that ghost of the soldier she had Heart were to protect, and look up to him and his spectral sword. (Does it give her any feeling/sensation worth stating, Iron?) One way or the other, it neatly and swiftly reminded her on why they were battling here at all, WHY in Reshiram's holy name they involved themselves into fighting undead Pokemon, just WHY she had to be strong.

Failing was no option. It wasn't available. Weakness had no room here, fear at the wrong time would only serve to backfire. The action of Running or Forefeiting has completely vanished from the Select Menu!

One look at her and 'her' three Pokemon currently involved in the battle made it to awake her spirits more, they already knew what Shiva only realized just now, they would FIGHT TILL THE BITTER END. Bitter end... Speaking of that, it was semi-clear to her that her love would take the Sableye's further scratching on his fainted Malphena not too well, it didn't suprise her when that wave of icy-cold hatred and wrath coming from the oddball of sociologist hit her like a crashing wave hits the unprotected shore during a flood, but it still made her gasp for air once before having gotten used to this aura. No fear is brought her however, as she has seen and experienced him in an Unfettered State already, and not once she found herself asking whether it was justified to take agressive actions against these undead Sableye...

What did suprised her and caused her to stagger mentally, was the fact that Swiftfire was ordered to blaze through the whole Horde with the mighty flames of an Inferno... A moment later, she was visibly impressed by that choice of action, and shoot the owner of the firely horse an appreciating look. Hopefully the icy walls will be able to take the temperature and amount of flames.

'They cannot be slain', spectral Captain Bridge said. 'Only tormented, and their energies dispersed by the swords that opposed them in life'... This meant, even if Shiva were to decide for slashing these already undead Sableye with hat kitchen knife in her stuff, it wouldn't help anything. The fact that she was actively mulling of this however spoke for itself already, and for her will to do anything.

Anything that was within her power at last, she knew that the others of her group were braver than she was, more willing to take any risks in their desire to do something, to simply END this fight for good, to show that they all were not to mess with... The enemy was coming closer, the shadows and the half-real blood on the swords was just as real as them...

...They're approaching, refusing to stop when their end was near........

".....N....No way we'll leave you standing now, captain! *eager headshake* Up at the surface, regardless of in real or in my games, the party remains together to experience either failure or victory together, it's not over until the last foe has received what they deserve, none of the crew gets left behind!! Azu! Hear me out, one last wave of encouragement, please!!" She swiftly points to someone in the battle, determination and a pure, almost desperate desire to HELP gleaming in her eyes behind the glasses. "Yena... Dear one... Show them your biting force once more. SHOW THEM! *wheezing for breath* These are... *cough* undead ghosts of partly Ghost Types, so go for it! Show that my training with you was worth it!"

-------------------------------------------

Azumarill's final move: Helping Hand of the Fairy's Kiss on Captain Bridge
Accuracy Roll: 3 Dext + 2 Fight + 2 Perform - 1 Pain = 6d6
Effect: Grants him +2 dice on both Accuracy and Damage Roll - may the captain lead us to victory!
Secondary Effect: Encouragement for everyone.
Additional notes: Last time I missed to state that this move has +5 Priority, it'll go before anything else. I'd spend a Will Point, but I'm trusting that this action will succeed without one.

Yena's final move: Crunch of the Canine's Dance on one unlucky Sableye

Accuracy Roll: 3 Dext + 2 Fight + 2*Brawl = 7d6
Damage Roll: 4*Strength + 3 Power of the move + 1 STAB = 8d6
Additional notes: 1 CD to lower Vitality by 1. Non-lethal as I don't want Shiva to be tempted by the other's choices. Shield Dust saves him from any CD-Effects.

If possible, I'd like my Mightyena to STILL do something even if all Sableye are defeated before he takes his action. That'd just fit his nature and the scene so well! Can be anything from viciously leaping like depicted on this artwork after the black smoke the Sableye leave behind to howling in might.
