It looks like the severed tail tip of a member of the Slowpoke line.

...it's a good thing Slowpoke can regrow their tails...but there's only one 'Slowpoke' down here that I can think of...(and it's not a Slowbro, since the Shellder clamps onto Slowpoke's tail in that case, which would prevent the tip from being cut unless you removed Shellder entirely)

He decides to also keep the Revive on him if no one raises objections to that idea (he shows his finding), as he doesn't have any Revival Items compared to everyone else. Oh yes, Shiva is fine with Ven keeping the Revive Crystal, and would even kindly insist that he keeps it at his person as he denied to hang on the Frozen Hurtloam he found earlier. (Speaking of if, Shiva reaches into her cloak's pocket to check whether it's still there and still covered in ice crystals.) She only asks Ventus to see the crystal in detail for once, mentally comparing it with these rhomboid Revives usually known.

It looks very much like that, with a slightly different color and much rougher edges. Pretty clear that the synthetic PokeMart version is based on this traditional and naturally occurring version.
