Oh! Is that the issue? Round 1 is over. Seikamater wouldn't be able to use a spread move until the start of Round 2, and recall actions have top priority.

I should go back to my old habit of typing "Round 2" at the end of Round 1's post.

Dragonstrike, recall both Lucifer and Calam pronto, and then get the hell out of their on Dizzy! He's large and fast enough to be your mount, so just do it, 'cause Ven's bringing down those Pillars ASAP!!!

@Iron, IS Dizzy large enough to be ridden without significantly slowing him?  He's still smaller than Calam, right?

Regardles of whether he's not large enough, switching for Swiftfire while recalling both Calam and Lucifer should be entirely possible, correct? (As switching is a trainer action)

And would just running with Quick Attack be enough to get out of range of Seika's attacks on its own, or are evades still going to have to come into play? (6 Dex moves at 60 kmph/31 mph before QA, 7 moves at 80 kmph/49 mph before QA, and QA doubles that movement speed.)

However, you can recall one Pokemon and send out another for one action total. So you can use two actions to recall 2 pokemon + send one out. So that works.

Yeah, Quick Attack will get you out of range of Seikamater's attacks. You'll be by the lesser bugs, but that's almost certainly preferable!

Recalling by itself is a trainer action.  Sending out a new pokemon by itself is also a trainer action.  Doing both simultaneously is still 1 trainer action from what I understand of the ruling and the book's phrasing.

So I should be able to recall Lucifer and switch Calam for Swiftfire if I have that correct.

Oh, and quick attack also has priority. And even then, Nathan has a +10 to initiative right now (+8 without Tailwind), and Seika always has an init of 8. She can never outpace Nathan and Valder without priority of her own or Dex lowering shenanigans.

Hey Dragonstrike, is recalling both Raphael and Michael to their Pokeballs after doing their job the right course of action, or would recalling Michael and letting Ventus hitch a ride on Raphael with them using Extreme Speed to get them BOTH out of danger even faster a better idea? If the later is, then I need to move the Willpoint expenditure to Raphael's Rock Smash so it hits and can afford a Second Action in using ES.
