That definitely works too.  Lol.

After cooking up THAT crazy plan that somehow worked against all the odds, Nathan and Swiftfire would be more than happy to give Ventus a lift.

And then someone can ride Yule, someone can ride Mamo, and two can ride Tropius.  Assuming there's enough space for all those mounts, of course.

This is the post I used when making my latest escape post in the game thread, Iron and mates, though I think Mamo is large enough that he can comfortably fit more than one person and took liberties from there.

Guess Dizzy and Mr. Finder found ways to dodge all that damage from earlier, since I didn't see them mentioned in the great big Earthquake Damage count, eh?

So...yeah.  I think we need to at least Stabilize/heal those wounds Calam and Lucifer took now.  They're going to take 1 Lethal damage every hour if we don't. That'll just make the problem worse. Calam has taken 1 Lethal damage, Lucifer has taken 0 (but will take 1 after an hour, so he needs to be Stabilized if we want to avoid that)

Besides, I think this is a nice way to get Ventus involved in the stabilization stuff for them.

....If we have the time for it, alright. Let me get to typing up that post.

There should be time, I think.  We can save reunions for when we're REALLY safe.  Those wounds have to be dealt with ASAP though.

Me too, though its hampered somewhat by the ever looming threat of Seikamater and co. Man, that Legendary Pokémon sure is brutal, in both demeanor AND damage!

I have a Revive, but I rather save that since its the only Revival Item Ven has AND would be willing to use on his Pokémon, since he doesn't want to use Hurtloam on them if he could help it. If push comes to shove, though, he'd be willing to give it over to them for Calam's shake.

I'm kinda wondering if the Potion used to treat Calam's wounds also canceled out the 'Going to take Lethal Damage every hour', or if its independent of that. If it the later and Nathan botches both rolls on Calam and Lucifer, does that mean they are screwed unless we do something else, like use more Potions/Healing Items? 'Cause I REALLY don't want either dying AFTER the fight with Seika, as that would piss me off even more than otherwise.

True, but we also don't know how long we'll have to run for to reach a safe spot, and I'd rather they don't take a few more points of Lethal damage because we neglected them. I think that's scarier right now.

Nathan might use his 1 Hurtloam on Calam if nobody else offers to help (we should have a couple Hurtloams sitting around though, right?)  I'm trying to spread out item usage so we don't have characters with no on-hand options for the healing they need to do.  He's definitely a lot frailer than Ventus, though, so I'd definitely appreciate Ventus being the one between the two of them with no revives instead of Nathan if that's a choice that needs to be made. (No offense intended)

I hope that Potion wil keep Calam from getting worse.  But yeah, given the severity of the attacks they took and how Lucifer will take a point of Lethal damage (and faint) if nothing is done to fix him up, better do those Stabilize checks for good measure...and have some backup plans if they fail for some reason.  The Max Potion might be enough to fix one of them up entirely if it comes down to it (cuz infinite healing value is amazing)

Which is why I agreed to have Ventus help in the first place, besides the fact that in character arguing is not what is needed right about now. 'Morten's Fork at its finest' is what I would describe the decision of keep going and let our Pokémon suffer, or stick around and potential suffer Seikamater. Lovely.

....In that case I'll have Ventus hand over his Revive to Nathan, even though I rather keep it to myself. If Nathan get another Revival Item that isn't Hurtloam on the trip, though, Ven gets it in exchange. *Sighs* I can't in good conscious ask for any other bargin for the Revive, since this is a dire situation and this is an all to appropriate time to use it.

One back up place is to trigger the auto send to PC system by capturing a wild Pokémon (One for Ventus, one for Nathan), then choose to send them to the PC so that the Nurses can do their jobs in treating them. Problem with that is they'll take a bunch of Lethal Damage that has to be managed carefully unless we find Pokémon REAL quickly and we'll be using up Pokeballs, but those are prices that have to be paid if necessary. If Calam and Lucifer is given to Ven, though, his HP Vitality can potentially extend their lifes if we have to do such a thing, buying them even more time than usual. Max Potion would be a fantastic lifesaver, but since we only have one, if both get screwed by the dice, then we have an hard choice to make here.....
