I think Shiva should keep trying until succeed. She still have chances in succeed on that encounter. And I believe she deserves a cute and powerful Luxie.

Yay, thanks! I'll just...MAKE room and time to care for it and train it among other Pokemon, but how could Shiva not want to give this smol dragon some love?

Looking through its learnable moves on the Wiki-page it also only learns Special and Support moves, which works perfect in her style of battling... But weren't you interested in taking the Valuable Encounter at first, Spirit?

I make mistakes (a lot) and I get carried away my frustrations here in iron campaign who is unceptable. Shiva deserves more the smol fairy dragon than me. You can take that dragon Phantom. You deserve it.

I actually don't know whether it's directly 'inacceptable'... If it's a conflict that made you choose differently, that's certainly not the nicest thing to do, but everyone actually has a free choice on what to do/which Encounter to take for own reasons. It'd be lying to say that the very same thing of being influenced by frustration cannot happen to me, maybe it subtly already has once or twice even which I'm not proud of. :C But as long as we realize and try to learn from it, it should be fine, I guess.
