Just one thing, Iron, you adressed it with 'she' once or twice - is it definitely a female exemplar, as they are way rarer than males?

Lol I tried really hard to keep it gender neutral, but it just felt female to me.
As usual you are allowed to choose the gender. 

Also, being smaller than usual, it can be carried or even sit on your shoulder, once it becomes obedient.

Noticed the Surprise of them getting Super Luck at Full Happiness, and it reminds me of the Dragonair Yang with his Double Ability and Metagross with access to his regular Ability upon Mega Evolution. Did you get inspiration from those ideas, or did you have that planned before I came up with my own. Just curious, mate!

I don't know what those things are. 
Usually what happens is I think of a story-based trait first (the statue thing came from the 90's Gargoyles cartoon + the Pokedex entry + underground cavern imagery). Then I sometimes think of a mechanical way I could express that.

I'll keep with the 'she' for Luxi, means it's Shiva's second female exemplar of a Pokemon with a 87,5 to 12,5 chance. Matches her background as future professional breeder.

I'm also feeling that you're soft-challenging/encouraging me to repeat a process like Azurill, with all the suprises and benefits that'll come at full Happiness (Luxi) or full Happiness+Loyalty (Gothitelle). Appreciated! ~☆

But looking at it now, Regenerator doesn't seem to have an effect or use in battle, and it seems to tackle with the natural-healing-houserule. How intriguing... Maybe some sort of unique benefit can be thought out, or it's made to work like in the handheld Games?  (Like, it'll automatically recover 1hp when being withdrawn or switched out?)

I remember too. It was quite a impressive dark and impressive show. *sigh* But like every good cartoon shows in that age, its got cancel and only have continuity in the comics. #SadHere
