Well, some progress has definitely been made with the reveal of those latest two messages.  Nathan might give Ventus an update IC soon.

Ventus just spends most of the time of his Encounter silently enjoying the company of his pre-selected Pokémon, though it you guys want I can do a short Flashback! scene with Malphena given she DID gain a point of Loyalty because of the Training.

Outplaying a gained point in Loyalty when it fits is always fun to me, and it's nice to read, so do if you like!
I'm also rather curious for Ven's reaction and stunning over a Pokemon bearing both elements of his beloved dragons and his feared fairies. What would he actually do if he'd be to encounter Luxi?

I'll get to that eventually then, honey, if only for you!

He's going to be confounded that such a contrary typing exists outside of Mega Alteria, and also utterly confounded as to how he should feel about the lucky nekodragoness. That's the short version!

Huh.....so The Gauntlet the Scims were searching for wasn't some artifact or device, but rather a structure that changes and/or empowers whomever interacts with it, along with whatever else they could copy down in their own private notes/memorize from Antheneum's collection of knowledge. Interesting......though Ventus finds it unnerving more than anything else. He's going to be avoiding the T.G. and anything remotely 'powerful' in the same way as it, since he rather not get a case of Earth Empowered or something. He'll leave dealing with it to his friends, yeah!

One problem with that: everyone who passes this archway the Elder Unown are framing is going to change in some way.  Become 'more than human'.  I don't think there's any reason exceptions will be made to that.

The Unown aren't framing a doorway, they are imitating a doorway. They're just on a wall in a normal tunnel.

Slowking has implied that the Gauntlet draws people in to it, and that's the main source of the supernatural change.

This Veil thing sounds pretty supernatural too, but Slowking doesn't describe it as a specific agent of change.

So, I was perusing some of the data that's been recorded on a spreadsheet concerning the Gold/Silver spaceworld demo...

...apparently, Ponyta was going to have a baby form (along with a bunch of other stuff like goldeen and such).  But what REALLY caught my eye about that was the translated name for said Baby Ponyta...

Minicorn.

Didn't see that one coming, that's for sure...

If that turns out to be true, then I'm actually wondering whether this Slowking can be caught (why actually not?)..... Not that I'd want to have it per se nor would it be nice to berave this particular exemplar of the area, but if the book can be rewritten with its help, that'd be something.
