Since you also have not been forthcoming with the content of those conversations and inform the rest of us OOC/IC, how does this have a bearing on things NOW of all times? 

Plus, since Nylon is mostly inactive/non participatory in the game thread/forums, at least myself simply didn't want to enter in a protracted and stalled chat with them, like what happened when our characters first interacted with them as they joined the party. Its kinda hard NOT to treat him like a non-entity when he barely participates and interacts with the other group members in the first place AND that we have to plan around that fact (no offense to Nylon, no matter how much it sounds like it....). Just because you/Nathan put in that effort doesn't mean you get to lord it over me/us, though, so please don't.

You brought it up.  *shrug*  Keeping the majority of the contents of those PM conversations hidden since they haven't become fully relevant yet.

I would like it if Nylon was able to be more active too.  No, I don't want to get stuck waiting on him for a response in an important conversation either.

I've been subtly trying to show one or two of the things that have come up in those PM conversations Nathan has had with Valder (well, one instance was a direct quote...), trying to show how it's affecting Nathan's character and attitude around the mercenary.  That's why I got slightly snippy about that generalization.

 Thank you, it went quite well. We're running the show in a few hours again, and once more tomorrow. I got enough praise for a whole month so I'm pretty happy.

If you didn't go on the quest at all, the 50 Scimitars would be pretty much guaranteed to get exactly what they wanted from the Library, so surely a chance of success is far preferable?

I'm definitely feeling better with the knowledge that we are/were able to prevent them from getting what they want, so yes.

At this point, I'm not sure the group actually has a leader, officially or unofficially.  I don't think anyone should just go around claiming that role, IC nor OOC.

I'm not 'just claiming things or roles', there's no need to be put off, so please don't be, k? Actually, we don't need a leader as everyone is just as important as the other in their own part, but I'm refining what Ventus once brought up: His view on Shiva as a silent and unofficial tower of strength for her high effort of keeping herself functioning in dire situations and being there for others in need/mediating if conflicts are threathening to tear the group apart, or in others words: Leading. She herself has no in-chara knowledge of that though, and wouldn't see herself in that role if brought up. This doesn't prevent me from working on her becoming stronger, more resilient and confident about herself though.

Yes, I am a little irked. I don't like the use/idea of a single 'leader' in the group in the current state it's in.  I'd much prefer if we don't say 'this person is the group's leader' at all at this point.

There are reasons why this is nothing that is known in-character, and Windos confirmed to me that he won't bring things up to Shiva to prevent jeopardy, jealosy, whatever nasty things one can imagine in a small group. I won't stop feeling like Shiva does match such a role indeed if looking at things closer - but it's safe that it's nothing that will become a thing in-game unless real reasons crystalize that'd justify it.
