[Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins
Hey guys, just wanted to say that I FINALLY got my computer back online, so I can post a little bit more actively now! At least if renovations don't mess up the internet AGAIN....

That's what I'd tried to do at the outset, as I don't want another drama fest happening too.

Eh, I'd err on letting the Scims get what they want whether or not it was possible to ambush them with LARGE numbers once they leave the mountain/something else, simply because I prefer not going up against near impossible odds and instead focus on stuff I CAN handle. I'm perfectly fine with the enemy obtaining their objective and figuring out how to cope with that than rolling the dice to see whether or not the group survives against a horde of the buggers.

Oh, eh.... Yes, IF the Scimitars make their way into the Library by getting the remaining riddles right, I'd rather not fight against them as the odds that we succeed against an army of enemies is....well, you know. It feels like a soft-failure of the quest from our side if the Scims still end up getting what they want despite we took all measures possible to prevent that - but I'd rather cope with that than seeing them steamrolling us/taking us captive/whatever if we'd take an agressive action against them. ._. But, one thing after the other!

I have to admit that too. We could handle a situation against a Seikamater, but that was a more controlable situation since it was a demi mindless beast. None of us can handle against such large group of enemies. But just in case we indeed be force to fight, I already bring both Gustav and Rose and order them to have some buffs right @Iron? It will be necessary to have a strong attack and good defences in cases we be force to battle.

I personally have no intentions to try fighting them outright.  I'm stressed enough OOC as it is.

Leader maybe isn't the right word to use, since that has implications of authority to some people. I think you're imagining two different things. Counselor or something.

The Scims are gonzo, at least for now! Yay!!! Hopefully the Guardians gets a new set of riddles that will stump them all, if they all manage to find their way back here!

Humm... That implication of authority is actually a good aspect you're bringing up there, Iron, I didn't think of that but I'm also feeling that a leader does not instantly and automatically have authority, but that may be just my personal interpretation. Counsellar, pillar of strength, the figurative rock in the waves may be better ways to describe things though if I keep your aspect in mind.

Sorry about the stall everyone...I dont know who to pick in my party: Golett, Lairon or Mudkip. Mudkip would be good to deal with rock and ground types, Lairon for have more moves and Golett for be ghost...who I should take with me?
