[Game] Lord Windos' PokeRole Adventure: Celadon City Vandel

While normally he would NEVER give up until he's scared the daylights out of at least his given opponent, getting worked over like a pit orchestra by He-Tsareena left him wanting to have a little respite to lick his wounds. Damn that plant and its brutally effective kicks!!!

In that case, Arbok is definitely getting recalled.  M-Metagross gets recalled too for the time being so it's not immediately obvious what pokemon Reiner is using next.  Don't want M-Metagross to be too easy to wear down now, do we?

"Let's keep it as a Single Battle for now, Fluidity."

Time to bring Ayame back out!

The Odd person just shrugs and nods their head, before they waited to send out their next Pokémon: Feme Gallade! Time for both girls to strut their stuff once more!

Initiatives:

Ayame: 6 + (5) = 11
Feme-Gallade: *7 + (6) = 13

Feme-Gallade goes first, then Ayame

2 Poison Jabs, coming right up!

Guess that means Trace is using that and copying Heatproof, right?

(Nope, Trace is a Activated Ability, so Feme-Gallade can decide when to use it or not!)

Oddity Fluidity Round 6!

The gender bent knightess decides that keeping quick on her feet is in order to avoid the worst of what Ayame has to offer, as they repeatedly try to inject her with noxious poisons!

Poison Jab 1
Accuracy: DEX (*1) + Fight (5) + Brawl (2) - 2 Pain - 2 Actions = 4D6 Dice
(5)(1)(3)(2)
Evasion 1
Accuracy: DEX (*4) + Fight (3) + Evasion (2) - 1 Pain - 3 Actions = 4D6 Dice
(3)(6)(6)(4) Feme Gallade back flips away from the first attack!

Poison Jab 2
(3)(2)(3)
Evasion 2
(5)(6)(2) The reverse trap parries the last jab by the ninja bee, leaving them wide open as they crave right into them!

Night Slash 3
Accuracy: DEX + Fight + Brawl - 1 Pain - 5 Actions = 3D6 Dice
(6)(5)(6) With the Scope Lens hidden away on her person, this slice is a Critical Hit!
Damage: STR (4) + 3 + Crit - Vitality (5) = 4D6 Dice
(6)(4)(4)(2) Ayame takes 3 Damage; 1/14 HP, - 3 Pain!!!

The demure hornet is left on their last legs by that blow, while the telekinetic feme fatalle decisively swipes her bladed arms to her side, showing she's not afraid of no Poison types!

"Well, that went better than I expected it to! Tell me sir, are you going to declare Ayame unfit for battle and remove her from the match, or try to make one last ditch effort later on? Curious to see what your choice will be, hm hm."

Current Status:

Ayame: 1/14 HP, Paralyzed, - 3 Pain
Feme Gallade : 6/9 HP, - 1 Pain

"Well, good attempt, Ayame.  Come on back again."

Ayame is recalled, but she's still in this battle for now!

The only question that remains right now though is who does Fluidity think Reiner is going to send in next?

Well, regardless, Arbok is coming back out again!  Still want to keep M-Metagross in that back pocket for the time being.  Short break, but maybe that's all he needed to get his groove back at least partially?

Fluidity made no moves to switch out her Pokémon, a light smirk set on her face as she saw that not only Ayame was still in the fight, but that Arbok was coming out to *Hiss* up a obtoxious storm! He wishes he had a little more time to rest, but it was a short enough break to at least clear his head a bit!

"My my, you seem intent on slaying my Feme Gallade via, aren't you? Hm hm, well, its a viable strategy, so I can find no qualms with it. Now, let's see what that Arbok of your is really capable of, now that he'll have a chance to display his talent!"

Arbok's Initiative: 6 + (6) = 12 Speed Tie with Feme Gallade, goes to the knight due to naturally being more nimble. However, Petrify will change Initiative permanently into the snake's favor even if Petrify is Traced, and Double/Multiple Mega Evolutions are not only permitted by the rules of Battle, but its quasi legal too (Due to have fricken rare M.E. is in the first place, so its no all that well regulated in Tohjo. Kalos, on the other hand....)! Go nuts!

Oddity Fluidity's Battle Round 7 is about to begin!

"Oh, you want to see what Arbok can really do?  Don't say I didn't warn you, then.  Moves he hasn't gotten to show off yet aren't the only thing special about him."

Key Stone #2 comes out, then!  Good thing these things are gonna be charged back up by the time we go to the NRF...

*HISSSSSSS*

That oughta catch Fluidity's attention even more.  That type change might throw Fluidity off, too.

"Hose 'em down, Arbok!"

Gunk Shot
Accuracy: 12* - 3 Actions - 2 Acc - 2 Pain = 5 D6
Damage: 5 + 4* + STAB - 3 + SE = 7 D6 + 1 Damage
Effect: Poison (3) and Flinch (2)

Acid Spray x2
Accuracy: 12 - 4/5 - 2 Pain = 6/5 D6
Damage: 2 + 4* + STAB - 3 + SE = 4 D6 + 1 Damage
Effect: -2 Strength and Flinch (2)

Conditional Order: If Arbok has any leftover actions, he'll attempt to use a Coil (because he's probably going to need it).  Coil has 11 base Accuracy.

Oddity Fluidity Battle Round 7!

Arbok's sudden Mega Evolution debut indeed throws Fluidity and her Feme Gallade for a loop (and makes the former shudder with instinctive fright and....joy? Weird....), as the later was tripped up by his Petrifying gaze, slowing them down enough to drop to last on the Initiative, allowing him the chance to upchuck a nasty glob of literally stomach churning toxins right at them!!

GUNK SHOT 1
(3)(3)(4)(3)(3) Hey, it still hits!
(6)(1)(5)(2)(1)(5)(4) Feme Gallade takes 4 Damage; 2/9 HP, - 2 Pain!
Poison: (1)(5)(5)
Flitch: (5)(3) Double Nope

"Merci, a Mega Arbok? You are full of delightfully rare surprises, sir! I knew you were going to be interesting, but this much....hm hm, its been ages since I've had this much fun battling with another! Feme Gallade, you're on your last legs, so give them something to remember you by!!!"

A certain gallows humor set into the expression of the gender bent knight as she too acknowledged her doomed fate, before they activated Trace , turning a rich dark purple as their lithe body swelled with toxics and GHASTLY power, Petrifying M-Arbok, before she released them both right onto the colossal cobra!

GUNK SHOT 1 (Feme-Gallade)
Accuracy: DEX (3) + Fight (3) + Channel (2) - 2 Accuracy = 4D6 Dice
(6)(5)(6)(4) A TORRENT of sludge comes crashing into the slither snake(s)! Bloody hell, a Fairy matched the prowess of a Poison type on their own Move! Critical Hit!!!
Damage: STR (*4) + 5+ Crit - IE - Vitality (*6) = 5D6 - 1 Damage
(6)(5)(1)(5)(1) Mega Arbok takes 1 Damage; 5/16 HP!
Poison: Hahaha no
Flitch: (4)(2) Not this time, buster!

MEMENTO!
Willpoint being spent on this Move to make sure it hits, no matter what!
Accuracy: 7D6 Base Dice + 1 Willpoint - 2 Pain - 3 Actions = 3D6 + 1 Dice
(1)(4) + (*6)
Feme Gallade collaspes on their knees as they Faint, and a MASSIVE amount of negative feelings and ill omens pour out from her body and rapidly possess Mega Arbok, causing him to began wailing and hissing at the sense of ABJECT FAILURE he's experiencing right now! Memento Debuff applied: STR, DEX, and DEF are all lowered by 2 (the Debuff stacks with the DEX debuff from Petrify, since it was caused by an Ability!) for Mega Arbok for the rest of the Encounter!

Trying to regain himself, the poisonous python attempts to meditate SOME of these horrible feelings away!

Coil 1
Accuracy: DEX (*1) + Fight (5) + Intimidate (1) - 2 Pain - 4 Actions = 1D6 Dice
(6)
It works....sorta! Mega Arbok STR, Defense, and Accuracy increase by 1, which combined with his Mega Boost  mostly neutralizes Memento debuff, but Petrify and lingering sentiments still manages to lower Arbok's DEX by 2 but only its overall Accuracy by 1 due to Accuracy Boost. Rather odd situation overall!

With Mega Arbok a semi-depressed/miserable pile of scale at that nasty gambit from the gender bent knightess, the balance between you and that Odd person tips towards the center once more, a small smirk on their face as they closed eyes and softly chuckled.

"Hm hm...I was hoping to save that play for that Mega Metagross or Dragonair of yours, but my Feme Gallade's throwing herself on her own sword to that hydra of yours is a worthwhile sacrifice for her. Now, will your Mega Arbok persevere against his induced gloom, or are you going to switch out to one of your other wonderful Pokémon....?"

This trainer....they certainly something else, but at least they're polite, generous, and somewhat humble/accommodating.

Another Priemer Ball was withdrawn from Fluidity's person, and with a flick of their hand it was sent rocketing towards the battlefield, and instants later a Braviery was summoned! By now, you were beginning to notice a trend in the Odd person's Pokémon, and so when you trained your senses onto the proud bird you discovered that, yes, this one was a Female one. Unlike the rest of their off gender Pokémon, though, the differences between it and its regular variant were subtle, with her headcrest feather being a bit longer and more narrow, and her overall coloration being a touch lighter.

She let out a loud, rumbuctious, and eager cry at the sight of a great big snake, as they natural prey of a great big bird like her! While they can't eat them, they'll sure be having a LOT of fun with them! Meanwhile, this hissing hydra was still mostly depressed, but managed to muster a grumpy glare at the bird brained Pokémon. He may not be in top form any longer, but it would be a particularly cold blooded day if he lets her fly all over him!

Lady Braviery's Initiative: *5 + (3) = 8

Mega Arbok goes first, and then L.B.

Oddity Fluidity Battle Round 8!
