[Game] Lord Windos' PokeRole Adventure: Celadon City Vandel
Yang's staying out.
Reply
Keeping the Dragon Lord out turned out to be a TERRIBLE idea, for the very next Pokémon Fluidity sent out was a FROSSLASS! Or Frosslad, rather, given the masculine feel you could get from him and just making a logically conclusion based on what you've seen so far. Out of all of the 'Off Gender' the Odd person owned, this one look virtually indistinguishable from his normally female counterpart, which either meant their wasn't much difference between the genders, or he was extremely bishie.

Either way, he was a big threat to Yang, who tensed up upon seeing the elegant Ice type, but in a surprising gesture they crossed an arm on their chest and bowed respectfully towards him. Uncertain of this display but feeling it was genuine, the sparkling serpent returned it by inclining his head, to which the frosted specter smiled to him before straightening back up, hands folded together. Now that the right, proper, honorable formalities are out of the, both Pokémon were ready to battle!

Frosslad Initiative: *7 + (5) = 12
He goes first, Yang goes second.

Oddity Fluidity Battle Round 11 is about to begin!

Well, Yang's still not gonna let this Ice type off easily, respectful greeting or no.

Thunder Wave to cripple it (won't change this Initiative order, but every debuff counts, right?), then...

OUTRAGE (now with its new accuracy mechanics!)

So 'two' actions total. Wink

Oddity Fluidity Battle Round 11!

Just as Yang got ready to give Frosslad a right proper tazzing, you saw Fluidity sling their tuxedo arm forward and up into the air, causing a Mega Bracelet to slide right out! With a all too content smirk, they simply declared: "I've showed you most of my Rare Pokémon collection, sir, but I believe now I will demonstrate that my Frosslad is the 'coolest' one of them all."

The M.B. lite up and started glowing a artic blue light, and soon the frosted spirit was envelope in an elemental orb of the same color. A second later, its dispel in a multitude of iridescent particles, revealing to the world:

"Mega Frosslad, freeze that Dragon to his core."

In response to Yang's attempt to zap him, the Ice Lord simple raises a hand in a stopping gesture.

Protect
Accuracy: DEX (*4) + Fight (*4 [Surprise!]) + Channel (2) - 4 Actions = 6D6 Dice
(5)(2)(1)(2)(3)(6)
A Barrier pops up in front of Mega Frosslad, shielding him from Damage and completely negating Status Moves!

Thunder Wave
Accuracy: DEX (3) + Fight (5) + Channel (3)  - 1 Pain - 2 Actions = 8D6 Dice
No matter what the roll, the Move completely fails against Protect!

With the matter of nasty Status taken care of, the sleeve of the frosted spirit elongates into a dagger like appendage, before they dart over to jab it right into The Ultimate Dragon!

Return
(6)(1)(4)(1)(1) He barely nails it!
Damage: STR (*4) + 5 + STAB + (Refrigerate (1) + (SE *2) [Refrigerate Mod Triggered!] - Vitality (5) = 6D6 + 2 Damage
(6)(1)(3)(2)(4)(6) Yang takes 5 Damage; 8/18 HP, - 2 Pain!

The regal dragon's entire body was left numb from such grazing blow from the Ice Lord, causing his eyes to widen in surprise at them....before a fiery RAGE filled them up as instantly began to lash out at them in:

OUTRAGE!
How many times? Head: Three, Tail: Two - (Heads) Three times it is!
Accuracy: DEX (3) + Fight (5) + Brawl (2) - 2 Pain - 3 Actions = 5D6 Dice for each Outrage, assuming no more Pain
(2)(6)(2)(6)(6) Hits!
Damage: STR (3) + 5 + STAB - Vitality (*4) = 5D6 Damage
(4)(3)(2)(3)(6) Mega Frosslad takes 2 Damage; 8/10 HP (Surprise!), - 1 Pain!

Hardly reacting to the furious strikes that the sparkling serpent was aiming at him, the frosted spirit continued to try inflicting piercely cold blows on them!

Return 2
(5)(3)(5) Hits!
(6)(4)(3)(1)(3)(4) Yang takes 5 Damage; 3/18 HP!

OUTRAGE 2!
(4)(3)(5)(4)(3) Hits!
(6)(2)(4)(2)(2 ) Mega Frosslad takes 2 Damage; 4/10 HP!

In linue of attacking Yang , the Ice Lord place both his hands together and tries to conjure some ghastly power!

Block
(5)(5)
An otherworldly sheen suddenly covers Yang's body, preventing all recall attempts and effecting Blocking him/you!

OUTRAGE 3!
(3)(5)(5)(6)(4) Hits!
(2)(2)(5)(5)(2) Mega Frosslad takes 1 Damage;  4/10 HP , - 2 Pain!
Yang is now Confused, which activates Marvel Scale and increases his Defense by 2!

His rage subsided, The Ultimate Dragon finds himself daze once more and more wounded + hampered than ever, but his gelid noble opponent health is greatly diminished by his Rampage, which he takes warm satisfaction in. Much the same sentiments is shared by his Icey counter part, who's also impressed to fighting such a abnormally strong and dignified Dragon type. Whatever the outcome of this match between Ice Lord and Dragon Lord, it was certainly was going to be memorable for the both of them!

Current Status:

Yang: 5/18 HP, Confused, Marvel Scale Boost, Leftovers Knocked Off,  Blocked for 4 Rounds,- 2 Pain
Mega Frosslad: 4/10 HP; Refridgerated, - 2 Pain

One more time!  Assuming Yang tanks another stupidly powerful Ice move, that is (which he could!).

OUTRAGE!  (Now with a -1 accuracy penalty from Confusion and no Action penalty/bonus)

Either combatant could go down in a single blow...let's see what happens!

Oddity Fluidity Round 12!

Mega Frosslad decides to turtle up initially, holding his hand out in order to try and summon forth:

Protect!
Accuracy: 10D6 Dice - 2 Pain - 2 Repeated Shield Move - 3 Actions = 3D6 Dice
(6)(5)(6)
Ding! Protective Barrier is up once more!

Yang muster forth his draconic rage, and once more goes absolutely wild in:

OUTRAGE!
How many times? - (Heads) Three!
Accuracy: 10D6 Dice - 1 Accuracy - 2 Pain = 7D6 Dice
(5)(6)(1)(5)(5)(6)(5) D R A C O N IC  F U R Y ! Critical Hit!
From what I've read, Protect only removes 3 Damage Dice and negates 'set damage' like SE or Auto Damage (Like Sonic Boom), so I will just use that interpretation.
Damage: 5D6 Base + Crit - Protect (3) = 4D6 Damage
(3)(3)(5)(4) Mega Frosslad takes 2 Damage; 2/10 HP!

None too pleased about being harried even from behind his barrier, the Ice Lord retaliates with a ice cold strike to their chest!

Return
(6)(3)(3)(1) Hits!
Damage: STR (*4) + 5 + STAB + Refridgerate + (SE * 2) - Vitality (*7) = 4D6 + 2 Damage
(1)(5)(6)(2) Yang lets out one last shuddering gasp as he stares at the gelid noble with equal parts fury and respect, before he succumbs to the cold and passes out!

Seeing that he still has an Action left afterwards, the frosted spirit begans to focus his powers yet again....

Double Team
(6)(4)(3)
…and makes two more copies of himself, raising his Evasion by 2 due to being harder to target! All of them proceed to give a bow to their fallen opponent, as they truly relished his fight against them. Its not everyday a Dragon type gives him a serious challenge, after all!

"Hm Hm....that was a truly chilling performance, wouldn't you agree sir? He's usually more...dissimissive of others, including myself at first, but it seems with you and that Dragonair he's far more amiable! Hmm....I wonder....."

Fluidity trails off, a look of contemplation replacing their usually smirk or fascination. What's got them thinking, hmm?

One down, and not too many Pokemon left to fight with on either side! What's going to be either opponent's next move, though...?

Reiner simply shrugs in response to Fluidity's comment concerning the Ice type.

Well then...here comes M-Metagross!  So many options for what that last pokemon could be...though the other question that remains is if Reiner will even need 6 pokemon in the first place...

M-Frosslad stays out too, despite Fluidity correctly predicting to herself that you would summon M-Metagross to try and clean up after Yang. Judging by that...all to knowing smile on their face, something fishy was up here....

M-Metagross Initiative: *7 + (6) = 13 ; Well isn't it M-Metagross' lucky day? They go first, then M-Frosslad.

Hmmm...well, I suppose we're still doing the obvious for now, just to try and be on the safe side.

Bullet Punch cleanup time!  That's gonna leave a mark.

Accuracy: 4* + 5 + 2 - 3/4/5 actions = 8/7/6 D6
Damage: 2 + 4* + STAB + SE + TC - 3* = 5 D6 + 1 Damage
Effect: +1 Priority!

But something crazy is about to happen, right?

Leftover actions can be spent on Stealth Rock and Agility (in that order)

The living super computer just executed your orders without delay , favoring expedient elimination of the Ice type in front of him as opposed to 'socializing'. However, the Ice Lord closed their eyes and spread their arms and seemingly embraced being hit by it, trying to let the Move hit him without trying to even Dodge or Protect!

Bullet Punch
(1)(3)(1)(6)(1)(1)(3)(2) …and yet is some STILL missed him, the claw fist sailing right past them, causing M-Metagross to pull a metal ligament and suffer a - 2 Accuracy penalty on ALL Punching Moves! Not good!

The gelid noble open his eyes a few seconds later after that, and just stared at his opponent as they articulated their arm-leg and looked 'worried' about what happen (Targeting systems must have glitched....). This wasn't the outcome he was expecting at all, and he had made such a big show of what he was about to do...

Still, not one to look a blessing/curse from Lady Luck/Miss Fortune themselves, he decided to just skip whatever he had planned as he channeled his Ghostly aura and attempted to bind it right to the metal crab spider!

Destiny Bond
Accuracy: 10D6 - 2 Pain + 2 Single Actions = 10D6 Dice
(2)(3)(6)(3)(4)(2)(2)(3)(4)(5)
Mega Frosslad has bound his life to Mega Metagross!

After deciding that 'glitch' wasn't going to get fixed until later, the overly logical crabculator resumed his Order Que, headless of the fact that he was spelling his own doom in the process!

Bullet Punch
(3)(5)(4)(3)(4) Hits...for better or worse.
(6)(1)(3)(1)(5) Mega Frosslad takes the blown on the chin and gracefully falls backwards as his lights are cleaned out, while Meta Metagross suffers a BSOD error due to Destiny Bond and Faints with them, both the Pokémon detransforming into their base forms.

"...That wasn't exactly the outcome I expected, but victory is none the less mine! I'm down to my last Pokémon, but you still have one left that is fresh if we discount you....worn out GTH Beedrill, sir. Let us now reveal our final combatants, hm hm!"

Fluidity seemed all too excited by your fight with them despite THAT event happening, an eager gleam in their eyes and pearly whites showings as they grinned unabashedly at the chance to see what comes next!

Which will be answered when you decide what your next Pokémon will be!

(...I was about to show off M-Frosslad's Big Surprise!, but M-Metagross just totally flubbed his first BP that I couldn't. Sorry, mate. Bad luck for everyPokemon, I guess. Going to have to step up my timeline of getting that Holy Acetylene or Gasoline.....)
