One shot, one kill. The abilities its something similar to Mamudo Eclipse, who have accuracy. Also, cant we delay just a bit the Nuclear Factory mission just a bit? At least until Riza find the Steel bug? I would feel more prepared and safe with a extra Steel pokemon. 

It's worse than M.E.  M.E. still has to roll damage, and has to compromise its crit chance to maximize that.  MDFM is just a straight up one shot kill, no rolls required, so the wielder doesn't have to do anything fancy to maximize the potential damage.

No.  Reiner is on a veeerrry tight schedule here.  He can't afford to wait.  IMHO, Riza would be fine with the bugs she has already (Shedinja is even immune to accumulating Rads already), and we could use the extra trainer immediately waaay more than she needs a Steel type that'll take her too long to find.

There is something I been thinking: Is Riza capable of find a Geingeroach or a Xenogen during our mission in the Nuclear Factory? They are both Bugs (sorta) and she could have a little more easily way to find one since it's a place filled with Nucmons.

The following's the third fake Dragon-Type-Eeveelution named after wyverns I've spotted (counting yours in, Windos), this seems to be a more common thing than expected. o.o The second one can be evolved in a FanGame I'm currently playing, I sadly don't have a screenshot.

That picture....that's actually pretty close to what I had in mind for the Proto Wvyreon design I had in mind, before I split it/redesigned it into the Noble and Savage variants. Scale that sucker in the picture to the size of an Arcanine, put white tuffs of fur around each of its paws, make its face more vulpine, and give its scale fur a lighter green and make blue parts a faint red color, and you have it! I could easily say this could be a picture of a modern Noble Wyvreon, if scaled up to Arcanine size and given a fuller mane and fluffy fur tuffs on its paws! Nice find!
