Hey Iron, I'm just curious, but what did you get up to during your holiday vacation? I remember you went out to the country, but beyond that I don't know anything you've gotten up to in that time.

Family reunion on the farm on the Mississippi River. We went out on a barge, did lots of hiking, and I ran an escape-the-room puzzle game. Lots of music is also involved.

Huh, what...? @Nylon, you're........leaving as well?! Wh-why? (°ロ°) ! I liked and still like Valder as our shadowy chara who does what he likes but is always there when it's needed, and I'd rejoice over playing with you more in the future... But, ah, please don't feel like I'm begrudging you, I'm just somehow overrun by it...

A grimoire.... Personal Mission complete? Well, is you're happy and all's well with leaving the party, I guess there's nothing left anymore than to give you a virtual hug and wish you well. Stay safe, stay well and take care of yourself, will you?

It takes a LOT of time and effort to keep up with this game, so thanks to Nylon for sticking with it all this time. And the rest of you for continuing to stick with it, with timely and interesting posts!

Hmmm...well, I just checked over which of Nathan's pokemon can learn Thief from that TM, and the only one that really seemed like it would benefit a bunch from the additional coverage is Porygon-Z (who can turn into a Dark type via Conversion due to Nasty Plot but has no damaging Dark moves yet.  Could theoretically learn a stronger one later with GM permission, though).  If you want to take the Thief TM and the last Hurtloam, Nathan will take the remaining 2 Potions, the 2 Great Balls, and the Old Rod.  However, Nathan also only has 1 Hurtloam, so...

(Semi-Random Side Note: I also happen to like using CE Galvantula with Thief in the games for wild hold item hunting purposes, but that wouldn't necessarily work here in pokerole, so Grid doesn't really benefit much from Thief either)

@Spiritmon, would you be fine with taking one Hurtloam, and then Nathan and Terra can also both get one?

Well, for the Items Valder left behind.... I'd definitely would like to have the Eviolithe (was on my wishlist, will keep it as a personal memento of our mercenary) and the Mooshu Mushroom because Shiva's the one who's got the greatest interest in rare products of nature, please. Alongside 1 Potion because I'm scarce on them anyway, and maybe - if nonelse wants to have them - both Eggs? How does splitting up the rest between us all sound to you all? Hurtloam I'm having two myself, so I'm fine with leaving them all for you.

Ah, and I'm having a question for you Iron: With her 4 points in Craft Speciality, would Shiva be able to upcycle the Old Rod somehow to a better one?

Sure. You'll need four successes on the roll, and something to serve as the reel ($500 in the Dept Store). A better stick and line you can find for free.

Not to burst any bubbles, but I believe the 'two eggs' is just one.  Either that, or it hatched already into the Water Gun Smoochum.  I'm not sure which is the case, since Nylon never clarified if the pink and yellow Smoochum egg was sent to the PC or kept on his person as I recall.  If he did keep it on his person, the egg has hatched already according to Iron, and I don't know if Valder would leave Smoochum behind if that's the case.

Smoochum did hatch, and one of you can have it. It hasn't gained any experience since it hatched.
I told Valder he could give you some going-away presents, so there will still be a yellow Egg that isn't one of the hatched Eggs.
The Egg Checker reveals it is a Dunsparce with a pedigree.

Remember Pokemon lose 1 Happiness and 1 Loyalty (to a min of 0) when traded (or given away).

That sounds pretty dang fun! What type of escape the room puzzle did you use, or did you make one up all on your own? Just want to know!

I'm all aboard with taking TM Thief and 1 Hurtloam, and leaving the rest to be divided/for you!

If its possible, I'd like to lay claim to the Dunsparce Egg, if it can evolve into a Dunsereph. That's my favorite Pokémon in PU, besides Beliaddon, and I get another big snake/dragon Pokémon in the future!
