Of course, keep in mind that that was an 'easy' Gyarados.  A more experienced one would be much more difficult to deal with.  Reiner saved Rhyxemplar's Horn Drill for Clair's Gyarados with good reason.

Even knowing that...I still cant believe it I actually did it! I beat a Nuclear Gyarados! As much a more experience Gyarados would be much more difficult, it was still a amazing battle. To think Arial was the same guy who once was the comically relief of Celadon City being fainted for everything and everyone around...he finally achieve a amazing feature of his experience (the battle of Reiner was too a great achieve, but this battle was a personal growth in his abilities). I very much proud of my character finally growing as a person and character of this roleplay. And to think I almost kill him...I still regret in even try that path. Never was so much proud in a roleplay as that one.

I had to contrive a retacon by turning that future into an dream illusion, all because you decided not to fully undo what you had wrought on the poor jester and his brother! I'm more than happy to share blame with you, but only the amount that is due to me, heheheHA!

Arial can be a pretty powerful character in his own right, if you utilize all his quirks/Pokémon correctly! Try using the T.P.K. more when you can afford too, or rough yourself enough to automatically gain + 1 STR for all if you can afford the HP loss and Lowered Defense! Never doubt in your character's abilities again!

Its okay Windos. I dont blame you for what happen before. First it was my fault in engage into a battle against Delta Muk instead of giving up in the battle. And for accept right away the offer of Zuryk without asking the consequences. You was only acting as a Game Master of the roleplay and I never blame you for that. You are a friend, so we okay buddy   

Yeah, I could use more offten the power of TPK when necessary. I never have use it before because I was fear what would might happen if I would abuse it of that power. And I dont know the fully extension of its power. But if I can cause pain to the foe, and transform that pain in strengh to Arial without the need to reduce my HP right away...the possibilities its indeed limitless. I will try to use the other types of shoot to see the results.

Also Windos: Shouldnt have Arial 5% of resistance against Rads because he use one Iodine Tablet?

(Vetoing Rare Candy Usage until after the battle, as I want this Encounter to be Moderate, not Easy, and I rather you not have to be pressured in choosing Stats over getting Extreme Speed EX for Yang. That, and I will have to lower the XP for this Encounter accordingly, which will serve you less well since that is all you are getting out of this Encounter directly.)

I can allow it, but you won't get XP from the Encounter in exchange, since the Rare Candy and sudden boost in Power/XP neutralizes any gains you could get from fighting the radioactive puppies and their shepard dog.

No...and yes. Can't really say anything more, since that info be SPOILERS!

A Hazma can use Expunge to DeCorrupt a Pokémon, which restores it entirely to whatever base form/stats it has. However...its not exactly safe to do so unless you Train that little bugaboo to preform that reversion safely, which is XP costly.

So we're not doing the Uranium thing of Expunge just making Nuclear pokemon more obedient/less unruly/more like their original personalities without completely purifying them (i.e. they still have the type and the appearance that comes with it)?

Well we are inside a Nuclear Facility. And Hazma is atract to place with high levels of nuclear energy. Maybe we can find one.
