Also, maybe using Hazma, I can make a deal with Gyarados to make him normal. That might be a good reason for Gyarados to let Arial help him. And since its a dragon, maybe Arial could ask Reiner or Lindworm to help about how to raise a dragon.

I don't think an even angrier Gyarados is going to care too much about whether it's purified.  Or most corrupted Nuclears, for that matter, but especially for something that naturally has 5 Disobedience even uncorrupted.  Trying to bargain with Gyarados is most likely just asking for it to smash you.

...I make no guarantees that Reiner will help with this N-Gyarados, by the way.

Ah please, Reiner help Arial with Sekmet (sorta) who is way more dangerous. I think its gonna be work very well.

Reiner has two big incentives in helping with N-Gyarados: Preventing it from becoming a MAXIMUM THREAT and killing Arial/having him trade it away to some doofus that WILL cause problems, and that a relatively Tame Gyarados is a VERY good ace in the whole to have for the both of them.

If purified, the extra Disobedience will go away too. You are right they are not the most...magnanimous of creatures, though, so barginning without a talent for Dragons, High Insight/Empathy, a REALLY good barginning chip, or ideally some combination thereof will end in failure (to put it mildly).

Or even a death sentence. And Arial have more talent to cats, not Dragons who is a speciality of Reiner. And I dont want to cause the death of my character...again. Because this would cause great problems to everyone: Sekmet and Riza both would be heatbroken and cause a great havoc around Celadon City. And Arial other pokemons would be terrible sad. Gaspar included...is a thing of mine, I conect to character I create easily.

Reiner would might need a extra pair of hands when deal with ferocious angry Rockets. And it is a good thing for Arial because he will still going to follow Reiner and Reiner will not need to hunt Arial down, since he will have a Cursed Arm user on his side. One who have a Pure Nuclear Pokemon and a powerfull Gyarados.

Hmm.....I would say yes, but you wouldn't be able to use Turbo again without them getting sick for the rest of a given Cycle, unless you double dose yourself on treatment. Using a Turbo and Full Heal together would cancel out the drug entirely, so you have to wait until the benefits wear off before you can apply treatment.

Better have team Rocket as a enemy than a might and powerfull dragon who have Mew on his side. Also, Reiner prove to Arial he is a person to be respect and the same time feared. At this point, Reiner is like the human Arial have more respect except Orlando. Helping Arial with his Gyarados problem is the last thing Reiner need to have Arial on his side.
