[Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins
I still feel that this particular Pyroar would be better in the hands of someone who'd hold him as a noble pet and ONLY him than in the hands of a Trainer, stressing him without direct need doesn't feel like the best idea to me.

Anyway, I've given my part, till' tomorrow then. *leaps off into the night*

Me thinks it would probably be best to give the fiery lion more time to process their advice, but then again keeping at trying to open them up might be what's needed. Not to sure, tbh.

He's also still trying to not force it on the lion, and give him a choice in the matter.

He really personally empathizes with the situation, and he wants to help.  If this doesn't work, though, Nathan will probably back off and indeed give Pyroar a little more time out of respect for his comfort zone.  Getting Pyroar adopted, whether by Nathan or someone else, is likely not going to be an easy or quick process.  One step at a time, though.  One step at a time.

Oh, I know that, and I can see that the lion and Nathan do have a lot of shared background with it comes to social problems. That's not the part I'm uncertain about. I just wonder if its possible to find someone that isn't a Pokémon Trainer but wouldn't mind adopting Pyroar once its baggage is made known. They'd make a wonderful companion and bodyguard to homebodies or the like given their friendliness and protectiveness, imo.

Possible, but rather unlikely.  Nathan will definitely keep an eye and an ear out if he coincidentally happens to hear about someone like that, but pokemon are such an important part of everyday life that finding someone like that is like looking for a needle in a haystack.  Odds are that Pyroar will have to get along with at least one or two other pokemon at minimum.

Well, when you put it like that, guess its more imperative than ever in getting Pyroar to open up to at least being more tolerant of other Pokémon. If their is a place to find someone looking for a singular Pokémon companion/posting notice about one, though, it would be Cress City. The place is practically a haven for the peaceful and easy going, and the whole culture ban on battles with minimal exceptions and more focus on peaceful coexistence would have the ideal individuals for a careworn lion.

That's a good point.  Definitely something to keep in mind.  Though he'd probably still have to deal with a pokemon or two on occasion in all likelihood.  Still a great idea, though!

Thanks! I feel a certain attachment to the lion too since Ven tried his best to make them comfortable, so I naturally want to see them get a good ending. Strange how we care about a Pokémon that may or may not join up with the group at some point, eh mate?

Aaaayyy, the plan worked! Hooray! One step closer to helping Pyroar be more comfortable with other pokemon!

@Spiritmon, what kind of a training session is Heart holding for his pokemon? It's important to describe that in the event you get a training roll out of it, as the description is what the GM uses to determine what the roll will be.

Well...Gustav teaching Netune to how to more effective channel his water attacks and Rose training with Heart with martial arts. Since Ark send Heart in that quest to find that sword, I believe train with his monkey princess is something fitting. This is the Training Session.
Kogeki currently ability to active in battles: Anticipation.
