The Mind Shot's purpose is to drive a target/user to Insanity, and The Confusion/Bad Confusion is a side effect of that process. Since Arial is already Insane and has a broken mind, using the Mind Shot is literally without risk for him. Sorta like how the Body Shot is almost a straight buff for him, really. Me thinks you are overthinking things still, mate. Either use the gun to get Pain for a Damage Buff, or use it to try and inflict a debuff on one of the bats, which should be piss easy given they are near mindless.
Hmm...in this case I going to use the Mind Shot then. That one gonna help make confuse that Crobat. Gonna spam at least 1 or 2 times against Crobat to make him Extremely confuse, then I going to spam against the other targets. But I will still going to use Eletric Terrain to maximize the eletric power of Zeus. The more power we take, the better. And I will use 34 XP to teach Melchior the Iron Tail Move. That move gonna help to reduce the defenses of Crobat or other bats.

Iron Tail has a - 3 Accuracy Penalty to its usage, so you can't really safely spam it like Iron Head on Melchoir. Still, if you want it, just deduct the XP from the green kitty!

Yeah, there's enough time for them to apply those buff automatically, which will last 30 minutes. Once in the NRF, though, you won't have the convenience of prepping yourself between each Micro Cycles, so keep that in mind.
Frosslad gains + 2 Evasion, Metagross gains + 2 DEX, and Geigeroach gains + 1 Defense!
Lindworm summons his Dragonair again, and has them use Dragon Dance to raise their STR and DEX by 1!
Since Spiritmon hasn't indicated he's switching out Melchoir and Zeus, the former uses Hone Claws to boosts his STR and Accuracy by 1, while the later uses Magnetic Flux to boost the Defense of all Steel type allies by 2, and fully restore electronic communications!
With everyone all prepped, they steel themselves in their own respective ways as Arial struts forwards and uses the Key Card to open the reinforced and shuttered entrance, before they all stepped forward and entered.

Shouldn't TPK have done 4 'damage' to Crobat because Poison/Nuclear is quad weak to Psychic?

Since I didn't add SE damage to the Body Shot to the Nuclear Gyarados, I figured that I would only make SE Damage for Cursed Arms only apply to Non-Nuclear Type Effectiveness for consistency's shake. Your thoughts?

Hmm....sure, why not? I'm willing to change an established precedent if it isn't too old or potentially game changing if you and/or Arial are insistent, so CAs can deal SE Damage to Nuclear.
That would....actually drive that Crobat Insane, with that extra point of 'Damage'. Oh dear, that's both a good AND bad thing with the form of Insanity that these bats will have....
Time to make some changes, then, for better or worse...
