[Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins

Nah. Last time I checked I have 4 will points left. I have only 3 left. When I say last will, I mean the last will I would use in this battle.

Phantom, I believe you are now going a wee bit too fast for me to keep up with yours and Iron's posts. Can you slow down a bit, dear?

I guess we ended up hitting the 'Post Reply'-Button near simultaneously, or so it felt to me - I only saw your newest post now!
I'm finished with things now though, mostly wanted to describe Shiva's feelings to the flight and Raphael's antics. All that's left now is for you to react to things, I'll wait and hold off posting until then. Take your time~

I'll be leavingthings for today, been gaming longer than I actually intended to do again. I haven't anything more to do for the current in-game Day aside from thanking Terra for the shared time and heading back to the Center together (if he's up for it) and teaching the found TMs to my Pokemon, which if needed can happen in a quick flashback or somewhere in between Encounters if I'm not there - so from my side, we can handwave to Day 69. That's all I wanted to state, night.

$15.433,00. By Arceus above, I rich! Man, finally gonna get a lot of important healing items, Pokeballs and still have enough money for future purchasing! And I even get a Leftovers! Yay!

Now the question: To who I should give such precious item? I was thinking Viktor, to give him another ways of healing power, but that would be take out the Miracle Seed, but a item who can have the same effect of Ingrain, that is something. Maybe Gustav to be a cannon and capable of healing himself from so much damage. Maybe Lairon to be a almight wall capable of resist damage, Flinch and heal himself. Maybe Nidorino when he evolve to Nidoking. Perhaps Larvesta to combine with her Giga Drain to add more healing power. Golett or A-Geodude for beat and heal. But, I guess the one who would benefit more would be Gargryph. He already have the ability Rebuild, and with Leftovers, he would be unstapable with such item: Decoy+Sandstorm+Rebuild+Leftovers+Ancient Power. Man, that thing would be a beast. So I guess I on a dilemma: Viktor, Larvesta or Gargryph.

Because Leftovers is such slow recovery by itself, there's 3 different kinds of pokemon that can take advantage of it the best:

- Pokemon with high defense that are super difficult to damage reliably
- Pokemon with high Evasion rolls that are able to dodge and dance around slower opponents (Flinching the opponent can fall under this category too if it can be done semi-reliably)
- Pokemon with other ways to recover HP (Aqua Ring, Horn Leech, Giga Drain, Drain Punch, Ingrain, Rebuild, Poison Heal, etc.)

Bonus points if the pokemon holding the item fits in multiple categories.

So in this case Percival, Viktor, Larvesta and Gargryph its the best choices about holding such item correct?

It depends on how you want to use the item, but yes.  They all tick at least one of the boxes in some way.  One note: Larvesta will probably be a lot better at using it after evolving and learning Quiver Dance.

Hmm...so that still make a difficult choice. A Pokemon with many heals ways via Ingrain, Leech Seed and Horn Leech. A Pokemon with hight defences. And a pokemon with many ways to raise defences and have a self heal ability (Rebuild). I think the Leftovers gonna be switch between them depeding of the situation.

Rehearsals for Fiddler on the Roof started on Monday, so I'm going to be gone in the evenings. I figure I'll normally be able to check the threads once per day on weekdays. This might slow the game down a bit but just bear with me.

You can help by making posts that skip the boring stuff, such as waiting on an NPC to respond to "Hello!"
