If we only consider Level Up Moves and Breeding Moves, and not if a Pokemon can learn a Move via a TM, then by my count only Skarmory (learns Spikes naturally, can likely learn SR due to being Hazard centric like Forrestress/probably learn as a Surprise!) the Ferroseed Line (Learns Spikes naturally, hazard centric like Forrestress/Skarmory/learn as a Surprise!), the Dweeble line (learns SR naturally, can learn Spike via breeding/probably as a Surprise!), and the Forrestress line can learn both SR and Spikes (+ Toxic Spikes, in Forr.'s case!). Omanyte could possibly learn both + Toxic Spikes if breeding and SR TM were allowed on it, Shelmet, Venipeede, Trubbish and Frogkie line can learn both Spikes and Toxic Spike via their level and/or breedsets, Shuckle can learn Sticky Web and SR via breeding/TM, and Smergle can learn them all due to Sketch, just to name some other notable hazard combo users.
All in all, their's a fairly limited amount of Pokemon that can utilize multiple hazard Moves , and that's only if Breeding Move and TM usage are allowed/given for them on a case by case basis. Therefore, I believe their's strong support for allowing different hazards to be stacked with each other (Not with themselves), since it takes either a rare/unique Pokemon capable of learning multiple Hazard Moves or a coordinated effort by 2 or more common Pokemon with different Hazard Moves to lay them in conjunction, and Multiple Actions stretched over time as a result.
And out of all of those, the ones that can get all of their hazards in that list without needing GM approval for moves not listed in the book are Forretress, Shuckle, Trubbish, Venipede, Greninja, Dwebble, and Ferrothorn (not including Smeargle for obvious reasons).
Basically, Shelmet, Omanyte, and Skarmory are the only ones out of all of those who lose out on their full hazard setting potential because not all of their hazards (if any) are listed in the book.
Side note: bonus points to Omanyte and Omastar for almost getting there by having both Spikes and T. Spikes listed, though. Just missing SR as a listed move. Ironically enough, Kabuto can get Stealth Rock, though. Lolz.

On the topic of Moves for Pokemon, Angie started out pretty well, all things considered. Defense Curl for boosting Defense if needed, Agility to make her speedy and accurate, Rage to boost her Strength, Bite for Flitch Hax and SE Damage against Ghosts, Dig and Magic Coat for protection. Rollout can be gotten for cheap too, which combined with D.C. and/or a Hard Stone can rack up some impressive Damage. Not a bad for a baby snake, overall.

Yup, Dunsparce is definitely an MVP with the right moves, no question.
Also on the note of moves, do note that Dunseraph loses the ability to learn Drill Run, Endeavor, and Flail via level upon evolving. They're instead replaced by Air Slash, Dragon Pulse, and Outrage so you have some powerful STAB options. (Dragon Breath is learned at 43, which means it's basically intended to be an evolution move since Dunsparce learns Sky Fall at 42. Could be 0 exp or 43, depending on how generous Iron wants to be)
EDIT NOTE: Actually, taking a second look at it, it looks like Dragon Breath, Air Slash, and Dragon Pulse replace Drill Run, Endeavor, and Flail on Dunsparce's moveset respectively, and Outrage was just thrown in as a bonus at 51. Dragon Breath could still be a 0 exp move if Iron's feeling generous, though, since it's listed at level 1 on the wiki as well.
Looking at Sky Fall, though...85 Power...30% chance of Paralysis...makes contact...it looks to me like it's a 3 Power, Dex + Fgt + Brawl Flying type move that makes contact, with a 3 D6 chance of Paralysis. Basically a Flying type Body Slam. WHAM.
Edit Note 2: Funnily enough, Dunsparce can learn Air Slash in Gen 7. And Dragon Rush. Lol. What a coincidence, right? I don't think anyone expected Dunsparce to get new toys to play with in a mainline pokemon game.

Its going to be about an hour or so until I can get online long enough to respond to everyone's post - geez, Terra's certainly became popular - so hang tight and continue on with out me!
For some slight hints for scenes yet to come, though, Terra is of course surprised but receptive towards Nathan directly holding him to his 'promise' , while with Shiva he's rather pleased and grateful for her advice. With Heart, he just says hi back to him and leaves it at that, unless they have something else to bring up. That's all for now!

Do take your time, my dear! I'm in no hurry though now I'm actually fine with moving on towards Bill once everythingelse has been wrapped up or will be done in flashbacks.
In fact, I need to go now anyway as I still have errands to finish this evening and should turn in for the night earlier due to busy day tomorrow, means I'll probably be later than usual then. I do have things I'd like to discuss with Bill though/I'd like him to show and explain to me, so please give me the chance to do that on-time.

I think the rest of Terra + Nathan can be done in flashback form.
Cliff comes along with you, but he promises to let you ask your questions first since Shiva won the battle.
Bill's House
You come to the edge of the farmette, where rolling acres meets the tarn. The waterwheel takes up one entire side of the huge house (the east). Through the windows, you can see foreboding flashes of piercing blue light. When you push the doorbell, it opens a tiny transparent sluice in the doorframe. Water pours through the tube and disappears inside the walls, then you hear a series of high pitched dings - it's the same tune that plays when you log in to Bill's PC.
A loudspeaker says "Buzz again in five minutes, please. I'm almost done."
In 4.5 minutes, the door is opened by a brown-haired man in a polo shirt with an Eevee stitched over the pocket, which contains a notebook and pen.
You're looking into a rather normal room, obviously decked out for a vacationer. Comfy chairs, log walls, a big brick fireplace that looks like it's never been used. Pictures of famous individual Pokemon, like Mewtwo or Team Rocket's Meowth. Photos of famous Pokemon trainers - Red as a child, Gold as a teen, Ash at who knows what age but the appearance of a ten year old. You count no less than four PCs in the room.
"Guests? Have you come to see my Pokemon collection? Great!"
An Alakazam appears from behind a glint of light. It drops the spoons it's holding (they float where it dropped them). It gives a lazy flick of one claw. A bubbling sound begins, and a brief harsh grinding from the east wall. The house vibrates, and the northern wall drops into the floor.
An area three times the size of the living space is revealed! This is Bill's lab, and it's full of life!
One entire wall is a computer screen, attended by a Porgyon2. There are five giant potted plants containing things like Ekans, Pidgey, a Treecko, and a Cocoran. Heart even glimpses a tiny fey Pokemon peering around a stem before it disappears.
Two Eevee chase each other around the lab in hamster balls. Togepi pursues.
A Chansey is monitoring a Machoke with electrodes all over it as it happily punches a punching bag. She makes little marks on a tablet she's carrying, apparently in some sort of custom Chansey language. Farfetch'd observes. A shiny bubblegum-pink Heracross brings equipment back and forth to the scientist-Chansey.
A Rockruff is sleeping on a pet bed in the corner; a screen above its head shows an EEG line. There's a Lileep on the ceiling. Five Electrode surround a vertical cylinder, crackling with light. They clack off of each other, bouncing back and forth in a track but not exploding. They seem to be having a grand old time, but they pause and glare at the guests when you enter. Apparently, they are guarding the tube.
In short, every Pokemon contained inside is either partying or doing science or both.
"Don't go near any of these sensitive electronics, and the Electrode are a little testy, but otherwise feel free to look around, then you can tell me which Pokemon is your favorite! I purchase rare Pokemon, by the way, especially Pokemon who remind me of Johto. Alakazam will bring you any refreshment you require. And I...I'm taking a break! My poor brain hurts. No, really, it's worn out! That Laurelin, I tell ya."
Heart was in exctasy in see so many rare Pokemon in one place. He spin around in his place to not let any pokemon loose his sight. A huge smile was in his face, like a child who enter a playground for the first time. "WOW! Mr Laurelin, thats indeed a impressive Collection of Pokemons! Rockruff from the Region of Alola! Cocaran from the Region of Tandor!" Then Heart look in the celling. "A Lileep!? Thats is a fossil pokemon! Incredible! If thats is a dream, please dont awake me." Heart even pinch himself to make sure he is not dreaming. "Ouch!"
Heart then awake from his state of excatacy. "Hehe, sorry about that Mr. I get excited when I see so rare and unique pokemons, even more so many in one place. My name is Heart. ArcHeart. And I a Pokemon Rare Collector. I have some rare pokemon with me too. If you are interest I would be very happy in show them to you sir. But none of them I willing to trade away." Heart notice the strange fairy simple disappering and Heart make a curious face.
Bill is not Mr. Laurelin. Laurelin is the professor in Cress City, but you guys know that Bill was working with her on something.
