I'll probably do that after a light dinner off-keyboard, yes. Sorry that it's late, got carried away with other things! For the sake of pace it'll be in notes contaning all valid info and sayings instead of a fully-written out text though.

Heal Pulse's effect is always based off of the target's maximum HP, not the user's.

About to head to my night class for monday, so I'll be AFK for a good 4-5 hours. If anything plot related happens after the 1st batch of Encounters, just auto Terra through it Iron, as I believe anything you would have him do would be all right IC. He is a pretty flexible and simple character, after all.

And it rounds down. So to heal a 9hp Pokemon, that's 4d6 + his ability.

Hooray, Primal Eevee's mine! \(^_^)/ With such a neat Channel Moveset it'll certainly see some battles under my command. Though, eh, I instantly have a few questions if I may ask, Iron:

- 'Eevee will evolve three times, in the first three evolution methods it's exposed to.' Am I getting this right that, for example, if I expose him to the Moss Rock in Liverwort for a Leafeon, then happen to find a Fire Stone for a Flareon but the circumstances for an Espeon match, he evolves from an Eevee to a Leafeon, then this Leafeon evolves into Flareon which will then become an Espeon?? That's like...SO cool! o.o Makes me wonder whether it'll keep the moves it learned as a Leafeon when becoming a Flareon and so on.

- A report-like study or smilar on Primal Eevee, including behaviour, evolution, special notifications on breeding it etc. does feel like a nice way for Shiva to gain a scholarship for Telperion (at least to me), or what would you say? Would theoretically save me a lot of breeding work on Rock Smash Eevees, though breeding one or twice is still a thought just for enjoyment.

- Probably 1xp for acquirering this 'Mon?

- I've distracted that Will Point, will keep in mind that it really has to fit the scenario. I so badly wanted to not mess up with this special Eevee, thanks so much for granting me the chance to obtain one at all!

Yep, that's how his evolution works. He'll keep the moves from previous evos, but of course they will lose STAB. Primal Eevee is well on his way to becoming a Glaceon right now; there must be an Icy Rock close enough to trigger his unstable DNA.

You're pretty sure there are no Primal Eevees capture in 2017, so that's obviously a great project.

Whoahw, seeing him (will keep it a male exemplar) evolve will be so weird and unique, I have no idea yet which Eeveelutions I wish for him to become - might be more like 'Depends what I happen to find along the way/what matches the circumstances'. Glaceon's fine, depending how long we'll be in the current time I might try to find that Ice Rock - though not now with the expected impact coming close and so many Mightyena around.

The 10 Empathy dice roll isn't overpowered, because it can only be attempted if you have a good setup. You have to motivate the Pokemon to come with you in a way that makes sense with its Dex entries and the way it's presented in the thread. There's nothing you can offer an Onix or a full grown Dragon Pokemon that will make it want to come with you. And a vicious Pokemon would have high Will, difficult motivations, and maybe even a circumstance bonus.
