If asked whether it makes sense (particularly after Terra says the word 'more'), Nathan hesitates for a moment, then nods.  "...a little, I think..."

Nathan does probably notice the metal knuckles that Terra's seemingly acquired after the encounter with Jirachi.  Given that Terra's obviously needs a little time to digest everything so far, though, he doesn't mention anything about them yet.  All he really says in response to Terra is, "Hmmmm...well, if you feel anything else...strange, I want to hear about it at the soonest opportunity, alright?  Take it slow if you need to."

The clever trainer's tentative response earns them a somewhat worried frown from the Steely brawler, tilting his head in distinct curiosity and concern.

"....If you understand, can you.....tell me more about it, so I can too? Can feel what has happened to me, but.....don't know much about it. At all."

As for their cautionary sayings, that earns him a quick couple of nods from Terra.

He meaningfully glances at his PTC briefly, then puts it away quickly.

"...meeting a Legend can do that to you, I guess...but the exact circumstances of that meeting can determine a lot of things..."

Gallade's been analyzing Terra while this conversation has been going on...as for what he finds and how he reacts...hmmm...

Terra's emotional state is quite calm inside, but there's something sleeping within his psyche that Gallade can sense! It doesn't feel malevolent, exactly, but it does feel alien and it feels like it has potential power. It's strong like a neverending Detect. Gallade thinks only some specific situation might activate the bunkered something.


The mysterious lizard Pokemon is really not scared. It follows Nathan with one flexible eye and doesn't move the rest of its body at all. It does look a little cold and sluggish.

Heart's summoned flames are just candle-sized or torch sized, and they only last a second, but it's enough he can easily set fire to a fuel. He can feel that heat in his hands.

In modern Creshire, it has been a very long time since stories tell of anyone being granted even this much power by a Pokemon.

[Iron]

The little Shieldon is trying to stay close to the Bastiodon, who looks like a fellow pack member. Looks like they take care of their young communally. Any parent will accept any Shieldon and guard it!

But when Heart and Terra bring out Pokemon (what Pokemon will Heart summon?), the two fossils end up separated by the need to confront their attackers.

Angie: (4) + 7 = 11
Bastiodon: (5) + 2 Dex + 3 Survival = 10

Bastiodon is so awkwardly maneuverable that it takes several seconds just to turn away from Terra toward Dunsparce.

"Cold?  I've got a pokemon friend who's rather warm.  Give me a sec and I can get 'em.  And get ya some food as well if you're hungry.  Nothing fancy, but it's better than nothin'.  Okay if I come a little closer to help ya out?"

Basic niceties, but Nathan's being polite.

Bastiodon is so awkwardly maneuverable that it takes several seconds just to turn away from Terra toward Dunsparce.

During that brief gap of time, Terra's blood started pumping as the battle between his beloved smol snake and the Steely Sapient Shield was about to begin, clearing away some of the infuriating foggy headnesses  that has plagued him until now. Ah.....the familiar rush of battle, re-kindling his smoldering and invigorating him once again! He'll be back to normal in no time at all at this rate!

Angie, on the other hand, was just ever so slightly hesitant to face off against that big scary looking lizard monster thingy, but when she glanced back to her papa questioningly she saw/felt him getting amped up for her fight! W-wowie, is he THAT excited and unworried about her tussling with that scaled beast? Hmm......then she'll do it! If her Papa believe in her, she'll do her very very best to match or EXCEED his expectations, *SSsszzZZ!*

Her confidance now bolster, the sereph to be started to loosen up for her duel against the armor titan, before she leaped at it with adorable RAGE sparkling in her beady eyes, then retreated underground! Terra fully approved of his daughter's plan of action, and so gave his silent assent as he watch on, his mind slowly but surely getting back into stable condition.

Order: Angie will use Agility to pump up her DEX to decent levels, before Raging at Bastideon and retreating underground using Dig to nail them in the next Round! Next Round will start out with dig, followed by 2 Bites, before she uses dig to retreat. Repeat that cycle ad nasum until Bastidon is Fainted, where upon it's going to get Paralyzed before a Pokeball is thrown at it for capture. Not much else to say, so let the fight commence!

Accuracy: DEX (2) + Survival (5) + Atheletics (0) - 3 Actions = 4D6 Dice

Rage
Accuracy: 11-13D6 Base - 4 Actions = 9/7D6 Dice
Damage: Wouldn't bother rolling it out, since it ain't going to do nuthing against a high Vit Steel/Rock type
Effect: If hit after using the Move, Angie gains + 1 STR!

Dig (Counts as 3rd Action, but Accuracy/Damage isn't rolled until the next Round!)

Nathan/@Dragonstrike is problably speechless in see a member of his party able to summon flames like a fire pokemon.

Now in the case of what Pokemon Heart will bring....Rose to the battlefield. It was because Heart want to see what kind of power his news abilities is capable. "Hey Rose! Dont worry, I still me. Just meet Jirachi and got a change of look. What you think?"

Yeah, Nathan's pretty speechless.  Being able to do something like that, even if only for a brief moment, is definitely impressive.

Anyways, I think we're all done with the flashbacks now!  On to focusing on the encounters!
