...What Shiva read there in her precious Almanac about this weird Pokemon called 'Linkite' - all while being hidden beneath the sheets, having a warm blanket spread over her head and Cottonee providing a bit of pleasantly pink light - was enough to give her shivers that had nothing to do with the cold outside. Those shivers were shivers of blatant fear and a neverending sadness, before she'll turn in for the night she ended up saying a small prayer for that Pokemon that has died within its Ball - despite this Chainite sounds like true nightmare fuel turned into a Pokemon she just cannot help but to feel some sympathy and empathy for it.

This doesn't mean that she'd like to go and greet and try to comfort Spira's Pokemon or something half-suicidal and half stupid, it does creep her out - there, cuddled up into Cottonee and with Vaporeon and Primal Glaceon curled up by her feet, she felt safe and well though and soon dozed off peacefully. This Linkite was in the hands of someone capable handling it eventually. Maybe she should once hint him though to not trade it away.

------- ++Onward to Day 69E ++-------

She was still snoozing when Terra's electric doggo decided to play 'I'm an alarm clock, woof!' way too early, instinctively Shiva cuddled up deeper into the pillow and began to plot which of her 'Mon's moves would work best to securely silence Melly should Terra himself not start dealing with that soon enough...

The kind request to come out from tent presented by someone who claimed to be a DETECTIVE however, followed by... Wait, inside the ominous Skull Ruins? Worry works almost as well as caffeine, as it didn't take the natural fae enthusiast than 5 minutes to stumble out of the tent in a speed what was unlikely for her at that time of the day. She certainly looked liked having gotten up from sleep just yet though, but displays a serious and awake expression that somewhat didn't fit her appearance. Cottonee, Vaporeon and Primal Glaceon follow up with her, the two Eeveelutions more to ask their Master for breakfast than to see what's the matter.

That Nidoqueen caused Shiva to back up a little due its poisonous traits, eventually even summon Lilith to her side to feel calmer and safer. Dizzy is roaming freely outside his Ball of course as well, like he almost always does. A flawless respectful bow for everyone who came to their camp later, Shiva would turn to that Detective. "Good morning there... You're from Thrawn's Detective Agency? If I may ask though, what causes you and the lady to suspect us having something to do with that case of someone having tried to...trap the gentleman inside these Ruins? If you're looking for a group of solely strange men, the others can proof that I belong to them since we started traveling. You, maybe, have a more detailed description of that group? Did they had help of some Pokemon....?"

Shiva's mind wanders to the pack of Baby Pokemon she helped out yesterday every once in a while, but nothing of that shows on the outside.

Flashback!

Nathan recognizes the Ghost type pokemon as the species Juliet disguised herself as immediately.

However, he doesn't really get an opportunity to voice that, as he and Gallade have also immediately put their hands over their ears.  That Linkite is noisy, and the raw, unfiltered sullen and resentful emotions are almost a little overwhelming for the both of them because of how sudden they were (though Gallade's physically reacting mostly because Nathan is).

Gallsde probably recovers first out of the two of them as soon as Linkite falls asleep.  He's eying Linkite warily, and is staying between it and Nathan until it's been captured or KOed.

------------------

Day 69E

Uh oh.  This could be bad if this doesn't go well...particularly for Nathan...any trainer card check could absolutely destroy this entire group's credibility...

Needless to say, Gallade's looking a little on edge.  He's also eying the woman who accused them all of this crime, Flora, carefully.

Nathan's sat down at the fire, but staying quiet for now.  Calam's still in his ball for now, but he has no doubt the feline will spring out immediately if things escalate...

Rock Slide has 3 power, and you have 3 Str, so your damage is actually 6d6.

This Linkite has 4 vit so that'll be 2d6 - do you really want to hold back? Or just if it would faint him?

"Good questions, Miss. I say men, but truth is they were hooded, according to our witnesses. They had no Pokemon out at the time they were witnessed hounding the man...who, according to some witnesses, had already been inside the ruins when the offenders showed up. Conflicting reports." He glances at Flora when he says this.

(I'm in class right now, so I will just say Terra I'd somewhat confused by suddenly being woken up and accused of being a criminal, but he is still chill about it enough not to do anything rash + reigns in Nelly too. He's silent for the most part, but he does quietly refute the claim of the group being criminals by saying they were at the dinner and nowhere near the ruins, and shows the receipt he kept from his meals as evidence for his claim if necessary. His general mood is confused, but calm, polite ,and open despite Flora's rough treatment. )

-On Day 69E-
On hearing the barking and other ruckus, Spira crawls out of the tent, dark rings under his eyes, apparently he didn't sleep well. "For the love of Darkrai, what is going on?" He turns his attention to the detective, rubs his eyes and says "Don't know nothing 'bout it."

Hooded with no pokemon?  Well, that doesn't sound familiar at all...to Spira, that is.  Probably.

Nathan's still staying quiet for now, but he finds he's getting more questions than answers from this conversation so far...
