"So, what sort of tracker do you have? I'll be leading the charge! and meeting our reinforcements once we've located the perp."

Nathan shows her the Rainbow Relic.  "This item here, ma'am.  It's an item from Sarimanok's time.  See the dark purple color on the top?  It's lit up because it's near me.  It flashes more slowly the farther away it gets from me."  *gives it to Heart to demonstrate, then takes it back*  "When it was near our assailants' boss, this lighter purple lilac side started flashing too.  And when I pointed it toward the west side of the City shortly after Teleporting here, it started flashing slowly again.  The closer we get to her, the more quickly the lilac side will flash.  It's not perfect, but it's better than a nothing."

He's not handing the crystal to Officer Jenny at the moment, however.

She notices your reluctance. "This sort of dangerous task is best suited to the police, sir. It would work best if you left the crystal in our custody. We'll use it to track down Juni, and return it to you after we catch her. I can write you a receipt for it. We'll also keep you updated, since you seem interested in this case."

For the records, I'll add all clipped off spheres from one Scimitar's belt connected to the gauntlet, as well as one complete set of the mechanism the Scimitars use to cast spells to Shiva's Inventory, she'll gently ask Spira to help her with removing it. She does not try it on like him though. The rest is made useless by cutting the connections. All of this occurs before Shiva goes off to hide the Eevee Egg and plant Apricorn Seedlings.

I don't know if anyone volunteered to do that before teleporting away. If not, a Potion will work, but if Gustav or Gallade used one please let me know and I'll roll it.
When you touch the unclipped spheres, they become semitransparent, revealing a sleeping Pokemon inside: Alakazam, Starmie, Hypno, Natu, and Baltoy, and Duosion. The Scimitar Terra is interrogating says a special PC attachment is required to release the Pokemon and wake them up, unless you are a higher ranking Scimitar. Only the burned Scimitar has Pokeballs keyed to release his identical team on command.

I really like your post about Shiva's downtime activities, so take 4XP! The Eevee egg nestled in a lone hollow tree should hatch as soon as it gets some warm attention in the future.

"With all due respect officer, there is people who is in danger there. And some people we have meet who need all the help available. We want to there too. Also, the crystal will probably not going to work with anyone else besides my friend here. Also, we have some unfinished business to take care of Juni. She attack us and our friends. We not going to left just that. Not before a fight against her."

"Almanac mostly just wants to make money. They're funding and investing in a lot of schemes all over Creshire, so one day they'll have their fingers in every pie. Obviously they can't stay rich if the world is destroyed."

"I already told you our philosophy, man. Pokemon aren't for battling. The mystic arts and techniques of the Scimitar are. As for why we don't recruit, that's actually an interesting story. You see, we've heard of vigilante organizations all over the world who try actively recruiting trainers for their schemes, and it always turns out badly for them."

"You're naive if you think operating within the law always works, or that the law is always right. When the League ignored us and refused to give us any resources, we did the GOOD thing, the RIGHT thing, by taking matters into our own hands. We had no choice, as you will see if you try to do the same. Hell, you can't even get into the Ruins without a permit. Thrawn and the others will be fine. They'll just be spending a little time with us until they are no longer able to get in the way. Agree to disagree? I'm glad our goals align even if our methods don't. Now, those Earth Scimitars, those are some real ruthless guys... their philosophy is a lot more brutal, and I don't even try to understand it."

You can send a text if you allow your cell phone to run an "update" to sync to 2014. The Pokedex works with the same kind of SIM card that lets a cell phone connect, so it will work too. Sending data in 2014 is a lot slower than you'd be used to in 2017, but voice and text is fine.

"Putting yourself in danger won't help. You're not even eighteen, are you? I'm sure you're a great trainer, but Cress law enforcement is top notch. We train for exactly this kind of situation, not for sport, and we have the legal authority to use force on human targets. Already you seem taken with thoughts of revenge - that can land you in sticky legal trouble, lots of paperwork, nothing fun. Just leave it to the pros."

"Hm, if the crystal won't work without you, maybe we could deputize you as a special consultant. Can we try it first though?"

"I have 22 thank you very much for asking. And trust me: We already face danger before. It's not revenge we want officer, but just help put that evil people in the jail. Let us just accompany in the process and act as a reforciments. My Clawitizer and Gallade both know Heal Pulse and can act as a extra heal in the battlefield. He also know a lot of powerful moves. I also have a Natu with teleport move. If things get complicated we can use it to help escape. We not going to be a burden to you."

She does have a point.  Civilians aren't authorized to attack human targets unless it's in self defense.

Nathan sighs. "...Heart, just let it rest for a minute, okay?"

Nathan reluctantly hands the crystal to the officer so she can try it herself (and if she takes it, Nathan's gonna want a receipt so he can get it back! Or compensated if it's lost or broken or whatever...).  "...it might work.  Might not.  I'm not sure.  I'm still learning about what exactly it's supposed to do.  It's probably reasonable to assume that there are functions only someone with the right bloodlines are able to use, though.  The straps attached to the plate seem to indicate that it was worn by whichever of Sarimanok's soldiers used to own it.  It's probably very, very valuable, so please don't break it."

Aaaaaaaaaaaa thank you for the praise! >//< Eevee Egg will get lots and lots of warm attention in three years. <3

I don't know either whether anyone agreed to a Heal Pulse; guess what, let me quickly and easily solve that by simply using a Potion on Arcanine - now he's on 8/9hp. Maybe it'd be a good idea to ponder about tutoring Nightshade Heal Pulse to have my own resource, it's on her ?-moves.

Shiva listens to what this Scimitars tells with attention, but keeps her thoughts in and keeps on wearing a mask of stoic- and harshness towards them. However, compassion towards these Water Scimitars arises for the simple reason that what he states about Pokemon not being made for battling reminds her a bit on the intentions of Original Team Plasma or to be more specific those who follow N.

The burnt Scimitar is unconscious as far as I know (correct me please if I'm wrong) and I'm out of means to heal a fainted target. If Terra/@Lord Windos or Spira/@Mikaruge108 have some and would be willing to spare one we could tie that burnt Scim up to prevent any tricks and then force him to release at least his team of Psychic Type Pokemon.

If not, icy-cold Shiva makes a return and threathens the already speaking Scim enough to least make him tell her what's with these Psychic Types, how they're doing, whether they're in a normal sleep or deliberately put into a coma or anything, and whether the Pokemon are theirs or taken with force. Her will to set them free from the Scimitars is strong - unless they wish to stay with them themselves.

She has Nurse Joy take a picture and staple it to a receipt she writes out. The crystal works while Officer Jenny holds it - still blinking one color more as it approaches Nathan, and another color as it goes west.

"I won't break it. Where can I reach you to return it? Or do you want me to drop it off somewhere?"

"I can show you how to key those crystals open - only Simon's crystals, but I can do it while he's unconscious. Just release my hands and I'll show you how."

"Our energy sources are fine. They're in an enchanted sleep which helps preserve them from harm. They're partially aware of their surroundings, a little like a normal capture net or being stored in the PC, but less aware than that. Um. Most of our Pokemon were given to us by the Scimitar organization, so they're ours. Or our organization's at least. To release them from the crystals you'll need the keystone at the Scimitar base. That's to keep them safe from meddlers like you."
