[Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins
(11-21-2018, 12:00 PM)PhantomUnderYourDesk Wrote: I'm not too happy that the Scimitar gets slapped despite I mentioned that there's no need for any more violence twice. Attacking them was fine, freezing and burning them is okay, intimidating's very alright, but there's a border. I can fully understand why Nathan has been done that, but I still dislike it. I don't wish to see any words of reasoning or excuses, there's please no need to discuss - agree to disagree, onwards.

Honestly, Phantom, if you get why Nathan did that, I don't need to justify anything.

Call Nathan out for it or don't.  Nathan doesn't care.  Right now, he's trying to get these Scimitars locked up for what they did and dish out his own form of payback.

That seems to be yet another error in the book.  Personally, I think the intent was to move Curse to a 0 exp move for Banette because Shuppet also learns it for 19 exp.

Iron has the final call, though.

Nope, there's no need to bring things to an in-character base, really not - all's well! *calmly sips cappuccino*

Looks like Gen VI Banette learns it at both, so we'll go with 0XP.

@Iron don't forget the buff rolls of Typhon and Gustav. I have a feeling we might need. I also using 12 XP to increase Heart Perform from 0 to 2

Have something I want to add to my post regarding unbinding the Scim's hands: Terra tells Tommy to use Fake Out on the Scim if they try to do anything funny to stop them cold, and to Taunt all the Teleporting/Ally Switch capable Pokemon that come out so none of those bad guys can get away without a proper struggle. Like I said, Terra's not very smart, but he's savvy enough to know what Pokemon and people alike are capable of doing if not guarded against.

Another thing to bring up: Does Nathan recieve the text message before or after Officer Jenny departs with the Rainbow Relic? That's important, since the info could get them to the Juni's location all the faster.

I'm not sure Nathan would be comfortable with syncing his pokedex to the 2014 cell service, tbh.

Would Heart do it, though, @Spiritmon? (If you're going to give your number to Officer Jenny, it'd probably a good idea to sync it to the 2014 service so it's actually usable). Then you'd receive Terra's text and we could say Heart informed the officer about the warehouse.

Those moves go off while in the Pokemon Center, but if you move Scenes you'll have to use them again.

It would be good, expect the fact Heart did not have a pokedex. His knowledge comes from the experience and memory of the pokemon he find and put in his notes. But he did not have one (I might try to ask Mallorn to make for him though....)
