Just to ask OOC, do either of you want to take the Flabebe egg, @Spiritmon and @PhantomUnderYourDesk?  Or is it fine if Nathan takes it?

Well, I prefer only to guard the Moltres Egg since it's already responsibility enough. But if Iron not permitted to take care of Moltres Egg and Phantom not get interested in taking care of Flabebe egg, I suppose I could do the job. First, let's see how the situation will be handled.

...Me actually thinks that being beholden to more than one Special Egg from Legendary Arcanine would be 1. too much to ask for given the huge responsibility and significance - He himself said that it's something very significant even - and 2. it wouldn't really be fair towards us others if Nathan would end up with a wished Mega Stone for one of his strongest Pokemon and two Eggs while we others are being gifted with one Egg (me) or even nothing at all(Terra, Spira, possibly Heart). That just doesn't sound right to me. I'm sorry, but I'm against this happening and would ask that Nathan has to decide for only one Egg if desired. Arcanine himself already hinted that Dratini would match Nathan well, which supports this. I hope you can see my point and agree to that, @Iron?

I would honestly enjoy to take care of a Flabebe and dare to think Shiva would be suited best to that smol and adorable creature, but I'm well aware that doing so in addition to a Minicorn and some other of my Pokemon I'd like to bond, train and maybe even evolve would overexert me both in- and outta-chara. These are special Pokemon that'll hatch from the Egg and we're asket to give our word to care for them well.

If you only want to devote time to raising Minicorn, that's fine.

Nathan's asking about the remaining eggs not for himself, but for the sake of the endangered pokemon (and Heart to an extent).  That's why he's willing to take on raising Flabebe if nobody else wishes to and Arcanine deems it okay.  Fair or not, he's volunteering for the job if nobody else will.  He knows it's a big job.  He knows that taking on three of them while everyone else took only 1 at most isn't going to be easy.  But because it's so important, in his view, it'd be unfair towards the endangered pokemon to not at least try to help them if there's an opportunity to do so.

You can't really call it unfair if everyone else lets a single individual take a larger portion of the loot (even though that's not why Nathan is asking about this. I'm just making a comparison).  That's why I very specifically said that Nathan would be willing to take the Flabebe egg if nobody else does (ie, I'm trying to not be greedy or imposing).

This actually make sense. Protect the nature is kinda of our job in this moment. If you feel capable in handled such job, Heart will be willing to help too. Of course he will still need guard the Legendary Egg, so he will not capable of guarding the egg. It would be easy if Terra could help take care of the egg too, but Windos already express his decision in take one of those eggs.

The offer to assist if needed is appreciated.  Of course, we're still waiting to see if Heart gets to take the Moltres egg, so nothing is set in stone quite yet beyond what's definitely been taken already (Minicorn, Absolite, and Dratini).

Don't forget you may want a Breeder's License (1750$). You've all adventured enough to get at least a minimum passing score on the license test.

Fine, Dragon. I see your points, it's just that I neither agree with/share them nor like them and remain by my point that it borders to unfairness towards us for me - agree to disagree and let us leave it at that, alright? Me also feels the Eggs are actually safe in noble Arcanine's care. This discussion also kinda saps my will to possibly help with the raising of a fairy, meh.

It's one thing to want a particular Pokemon, but it's quite another to say you don't want it and to then be upset that someone else would get it. That isn't fair.

We may have differing definitions of fairness and different reasons to act the way we are. Excuse me though if I sound or seem offending by stating my viewpoints and thoughts honestly instead of keeping quiet. To prevent a shitstorm and/or things escalating, I'll leave it at that and simply wait for further progress, I have nothing further to add to the current happenings.
