[Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins
Interesting thought time: if Marco Warren once placed first in the Safari Cup, does that mean he owns an example of one of the rare Delta Species that live there?

Also, interesting thought #2: Iron forgot to add the SE damage from Rock Slide versus Pyroar, but Wrap decided to fix that and KO him in a single Round anyways Tongue

BTW, @Spiritmon, don't forget that Tailwind buffs your entire team's Dex for 4 Rounds (starting with the Round you used it, obviously)!

So that means I still have 3 rounds left until the effect wore off. What a amazing move to use it! No wonder its very much useful. Maybe I could consider use D-Onix more often.

Why do you think I want to tutor it to at least one of my pokemon? Tongue

Tailwind has always been great, but it's even better in Pokerole since you get so many attacks per Round, unlike in the games.  It means it's actually useful in Single battles instead of just being relevant in Doubles, for example!

Hmm....*Spiritmon looking at Heracross Pin Missile and Ambipom Fury Swipes* Yep. I will look foward in using such marvelous move! Its also helps with counterbalance the reduced accuracy of certain moves like Rock Slide. Max power and max precision (almost).

Also @Dragonstrike, talking about Heracross, there is something I would like to ask. According to the Core Book, Heracross is capable of learning Vaccum Wave, Rock Blast and Iron Defense as ? Moves. I was thinking in teaching Iron Defense as his Buff Move. Is Nathan capable of teaching upon looking at Lairon using the move @Iron?

I could do both Rock Blast and Iron Defense in theory once Nathan is familiar with both moves.

Jungore also knows Iron Defense already, so Nathan just has to get familiar with the move.  Percival using the move around Nathan would be beneficial too, though!

I don't have any pokemon that know Rock Blast currently, but I do have pokemon capable of learning it (Ray and Anorith), even though it's rather expensive exp wise to teach it to them.  If you taught it to A-Geodude, though, and used it around Nathan a whole bunch, he could still become familiar with the move that way (same as with Iron Defense)

? moves don't need approval, so Nathan just needs to become familiar with the move.

Yeap, its why I got it for Lucifer way back then too, other than the fact it used Channel for its Accuracy Roll. Having any form of long lasting Team/Targeting Buffs like After You, Tailwind, Helping Hand, Heal Pulse, Pollen Puff, etc.. is always useful and appreciated, wouldn't you know it?

Genie can learn Tailwind as a Tutor Move for sure sinces its one of her line's ? Moves, but Angie could also potentially learn it too (With Iron's permission, of course) since Dunseraphs learn it in Uranium, and she's a Flying type too. Problem doing that is that I can hardly find the time to get Phantom/Shiva to tutor the Move in-game, and I can't really let anyone else tutor the Move due to promising she'd be the one to Tutor my Pokemon. Someday, though, maybe Genie (and maybe Angie) can learn Tailwind, and Shiranui + Anubi can learn Bullet Punch.....
Like the wind, I come and go as I please... but I am always there to provide a comforting breeze.
