Once everyone's gathered at the meeting point, Nathan gives everyone a polite nod and a quick mission debrief.  "...remember, we get in, we find my uncle and Keni, rescue them, we get out.  We can't afford to get caught, so we need to keep the actions that could draw attention to ourselves at a minimum unless they're absolutely necessary.  I might mess with some of their electronics a little along with Porygon-Z, but I don't intend to intentionally do anything big and massively damaging.  I'd rather not get nailed for vandalism on top of trespassing if we get caught.  Angela and Terra know what we're up to and why if things go wrong, though, at least, and I have some contacts of my own, so we have a backup plan or two. If everyone's ready..."

Nathan looks to Calam.

Shiva keeps herself uncommonly stoic and serious, her body language shows nothing of that dwelling... how to call it....? It wasn't really 'fear', that she knew, she's acting differently if she's scared. No, this what is lying in her inner is discomfort mixed with insecurity, but she is fairylocking this emotion far away. There's no NEED to be scared. Well, maybe there is, she's not too sure.

She doesn't voice that apart from saving Keni and Uncle Oscar she'd actually be happy to free at least some Pokemon Almanac keeps in their lab, even if she'd make it to take along only ONE abused and unhappy Pokemon she'll already feel like having made a difference. My, she'd feel like an unofficial member of Team Plasma!~

"Please be careful when doing something with the electronics, Nathan...", she eventually speaks up and faces him directly, "I've been told their whole security system is connected, if only a single trap is triggered or touched carelessly then the whole building will know.  Please don't ask who told me. The advantage of that...? You see, dismantle one piece and you're able to shut down the whole thing if you know what you're doing. A part in the northwest of the building is apearantly independant though." She smiles a mischievous smile when saying that. "I would BET that the system is protected by a massive firewall and protective software, I don't feel well to...touch it myself, I'm not practiced enough in hacking yet."

She gives him a short blink before continuing in a calm voice. "Means, as determined as we all probably are, please don't do anything with Porygon-Z that you're not absolutely sure of, tell us, ask us. It's not worth it to risk everything for a comparatively small benefit, and we are a team."

With that done and out of the way, she follows the true Infiltrator, the bred Absol - 'codename Dizzy' or simply 'Calam', with Lilith and Yena siding her. If the prophecy of Xatu is correct, a vison is to come pretty soon, Shiva's mind is open to receive it.

Nathan, Gallade, and Calam all glance at Shiva with raised eyebrows for a moment.  They can ask questions later, though, so they turn to face the west and refocus on the immediate matter at hand.

"...duly noted.  As I said, though, I plan to keep it to a minimum, if at all.  Porygon-Z and I probably won't be doing any hardcore hacking if we do anything, either.  We all need to keep what we do to a minimum.  If we find Keni and my uncle in there, the authorities can probably charge Alamanc with collusion with the Scimitars.  We don't have to do much except get the proof that they are.  If any of you see any server rooms in there before I do, let me know."

Nathan pulls out the picture that Dagny gave him and shows it to Spira (and everyone else, but Spira in particular). "That's the kind of device I need to get to, just so you know." Might raise a few questions from everyone else about why Nathan has a picture of a typical Almanac server, but that can be answered later as well.

(On the note of that line in the prophecy, it might just be talking about how the prior visions concerning the climactic events of this story are starting to come to pass.)

And on the note of Teleporters, Nathan says this: "...problem with Teleporting out is that we don't have enough to get everyone out, Heart.  At most, we have 3 on hand if we include my Ditto, and there's four of us.  At least one person would have to run or try to get out on an airborne pokemon.  So let's try to not get caught in a situation like that where we'll have to make a hard decision."

Nathan's ready to go, though.  Ready to follow his dark angel's lead and infiltrate this fortress.

He's all business right now. No matter what else he might feel, he's determined to see this through.

Spira has a serious look on his face and nods silently, he's more than ready for the infiltration. When Nathan shows him the server picture, he says "Alright, I'll keep an eye out." Concerning the escape stuff he says; "I have a Sandstorm user with me that could be used to mask our escape if necessary."

That done, Terra races to Cress, where Angela intercepts him in the air atop her own pink Dunseraph! She lands with you, and you run to a good hiding spot near the base.

If Spira can find some dust to raise into a Sandstorm, that will work to mask your escape fairly well. Works even better if there's a Pokemon with Sand Veil.

Calam leads the way west toward the Almanac base. But suddenly his ears prick up and his horn begins glowing. He changes course, veers up a mountain at full speed. Those of you traveling on foot struggle to keep up.

When you reach the top of the mountain, Calam is facing southwest, toward Elanor. In that quadrant of the sky, a twinkling light appears and begins growing slowly and steadily brighter. Calam growls at it.

Lilith releases herself and tugs at Shiva's hand to point at the light. She's trying to get you to remember her vision.



Flashforward

If you advance toward the base despite the light

Calam has left the decision up to you as to where to go next, the base or the light. But for now, he will show you his power!
Calam leads you through a small hollow in the mountains north of the base, and around toward the back.
He nods in the direction of the northwest wall of the fortress, a vast featureless black expanse. Apparently, he has some secret on that side of the wall.

Up until now, his guidance prevents you from being spotted. Right here might be a good place for Terra and Angela to wait - you can hear any super loud noises, and you can see the upper side of the fortress. You can't see the main entrance from right here though.

If you advance further, Stealth checks will be required.

Seeing Dizzalam accelerate that much gives Shiva a bad, almost foreshadowing feeling - it intensifies as that curious bright lights apears in direction of Elanor. There's SOMETHING about that place, her desire to get there soon increases by 50%, she must see this town and place for so many reasons.

That bright light doesn't mean anything good she believes, the Absol growling at it practically confirms this. "Lilith....", she calmly adresses Gothy, "Yes, I see it. That light.... Is that Helix Nebula, the single big Eye, the sign of King Sarimanok? Does 'he'....spotted us, did he notice we're going in? 'He' doesn't seem to like us doing so."

"....A possible warning to stop and leave?"
