You actually need to submit all your conditional orders at once, before I roll anything. NPCs do the same. But in the interest of time I'm going to go ahead and roll out the first set of actions - it's not as big a deal since these are robots who can't adapt.
Spira will unfreeze during the Trainer Actions slot, so he can go right away. Technically his Pokemon should have to wait a round, but it's close enough that I won't worry about that for sending out a single Pokemon. I'll just have Hida go last.
Azu: (6)
Yena: (4)
Robots: (5) + 3 Dex + 0 Survival
Hida: Last
Scimitar Androids Round 2
Since these items are steel and not stone, damage rolls are needed.
Rock Smash 1A & B
(4)(3)(6)(5)(2)(5) (6) Crit
(4)(2)(6)(2)(4) It's doubly super effective! The Ice Gauntlet shatters.
The pistons keep working, but they seem to have no power now that the gauntlet itself is destroyed.
(6)(4)(3)(3)(6)(3) (2)(1)
(4)(1)(2) Psychic gauntlet takes 1 dmg, indicating a Psychic/Steel typing.
The gauntlets continue firing at their original targets, but your Pokemon can easily move to intercept. They'll provide two dice of cover.
Fire 1 on Spira/Hida
(6)(5)(5)(5)(3)(3) (1)
Hida takes the blow.
Electric 1 on Shiva/Yena
(1)(1)(3)(2)(4)(2) (6)
(1)(2) No damage, and no CD because of Shield Dust.
Psychic 1 on Spira/Hida
(5)(5)(2)(4)(1)(2) (5)
(5) Hida takes 1 dmg
Dragon 1 on Shiva/Azu
(3)(5)(1)(4)(5)(3) (4) Not quite a crit, so Azu absorbs the entire blow with her typing!
Ember 1 - Hida targets the Psychic one that Yena already targeted.
(5)(1)(2)(2)(3)(5) (4)(5)(2)(2)(3)
(3)(3)(5) Psychic Gauntlet takes 2 dmg 2/5 hp
CD: (4)

Aha! Just as Nathan suspected! I knew there had to be something about those Conditional Balls that wasn't on the up and up!
"...do you know how to get out of here without getting caught? Because I can tell you right now, there's a ton of security around here, even though there isn't a large number of guards present this early in the morning. My companions and I had to sneak our way in, and we've nearly gotten spotted a few times already. If you just try and stroll out like nothing happened...well, you'll probably end up right back where you started, to be blunt."
Nathan thinks for a moment...
"...tell ya what. Think you could maybe help us out with getting that barrier in the corner down? I can probably help get you out of here, but I also need to get to those servers. Almanac and the people they work with have hurt a lot of people and pokemon. My best friend, Gallade...my dad...my uncle...Calam, my Absol friend...if we can get to those servers, we can fight back. We won't have to be just victims any more. Even though you don't know the answer to this puzzle...can you help us find it or an alternative, please?"
Mr. Mime turns around and agrees to help as best he can. For starters, he summons a Barrier at the bottom of the stairs to slow any intruders down.
What else would you like him to do? He mostly seems thoughtful as he ponders the server, as if it looks familiar to him.

"Thank you Mr. Mime. So, this barrier protecting the server...is it possible you could try to use a Guard Swap on it? If they're generating this with energies similar to that of using a Barrier, then that might dispel it, even if for a short period of time. If that doesn't work, we'll have to either find whatever slots into that hole at the bottom of the pillar or think of another way to get in."

Mr. Mime uses Guard Swap, but the energy around the server stays intact.

Dang...wish I had a Brick Break user right about now. That'd probably do the trick!
Oh well. "Keep an eye out for guards, Mr. Mime. Things are relatively quiet upstairs for the moment, but that might change soon. If you remember anything important that might help us get at those servers, let us know. Heart, let's search the room a little more thoroughly. Maybe there's something in some drawers or something...the key's probably in here somewhere..."

"Leave this to us. Honedge, Viktor. Let's do some research here. Use you abilities to hide in shadows to find anything hide around here."

A thorough search of the room doesn't turn up anything relevant to the barrier. Just some coffee cups, a box of spare computer parts, and a stack of (blank) post it notes.
Viktor assures you there's nothing hidden in the shadows, no secret caches or anything like that. Almanac is quite aboveboard. He points to some cables on the server and traces their paths underground for you, though. One wire definitely leads to the hole. The rest lead away into the walls on important computer business.

What an ironic statement to make, given the location of this room.
So one of the wires connects the hole with...the servers? Hmmm...
Out of curiosity, is there anything odd about the time clock at a second glance? And it didn't appear that anything was currently in the hole at the base of the pillar, right?

Any clocks in the room are normal. The hole is empty, but the endpoint of the hole seems to be copper or something that could conduct electricity/signals.

Yena, Azu fresh
Hida -1 HP
Ice Gauntlet broken
Psychic Gauntlet 2/5HP
All other Gauntlets fresh

Yes, I'm aware of that and I usually do so, too - I was hoping that in this specific scenario this can be bypassed however because the foe isn't a human who can adapt as you say here and change their actions; the gauntlets can't really do anything different than firering their beams at us. Thanks for allowing it here!
----------------------------------------------
AHHH!~ That's certainly catching Shiva's interest, the gauntlets appear to be not only Steel nor solely the energy they're infused with, but both! A Dual Type in technical jargon, the Steel/Dragon one is probably her favorite as it's dragonslaying with added difficulty, hehe.
It's remarkably satisfying to see the icy one shattering, now Shiva begins to believe that the Scims either NOT take this way or have ways to let these 'guards' know that they are from their clan. "Very well then..." She figuratively rolls up her sleeves, her voice and orders are firm and straight. "Yena, please finish the pink gauntlet with your strong bite, DON'T hold back, then move on to the yellow one. Azu, you please go for that one right away - drench it in bubbles, but steal some strength from the dark purple one if needed." Her Pokemon quickly adapt and obey, they follow Shiva's vibrant hand gesture.
As a 'Your welcome' for Spira's thanks, Shiva playfully punches his shoulder and winks, if he's still cold despite the heat of the battle she will wordlessly throw her Ranger's cloak over him.
Accuracy Roll Yena's Crunch 2 on Psychic Gauntlet: 4 Dext + 3 Fight + 4*Brawl - 4 Actions = 7d6
Accuracy Roll Yena's Crunch 3 on Psychic Gauntlet: 4 Dext + 3 Fight + 4*Brawl - 5 Actions = 6d6
Damage Roll: 3 Strength + 3 power of the move + STAB = 7d6, it's SE even on Steel/Psychic!
Additional notes: Going lethal, has 1CD to lower Defense by 1, target the Electric Gauntlet once Psychic's down for normal damage. He's immune to CD effects.
Accuracy Roll Azu's Bubble Beam 2 on Electric Gauntlet: 4 Dext + 3 Fight + 5 Channel - 4 Actions = 8d6
Accuracy Roll Azu's Bubble Beam 3 on Electric Gauntlet: 4 Dext + 3 Fight + 5 Channel - 5 Actions = 7d6
Damage Roll: 3 Strength + 3 power of the move + STAB = 7d6, normal damage on Steel/Electric.
Additional notes: Has 1CD to lower Dext by 1. Target the Steel/Fire one as soon as Electric's down, that'll deal 2 autodamage thanks to her held Expert Belt.
As soon as Azu suffers -2 Pain however, she'll steal vitality from the steely Dragon with Draining Kiss, which has 10d6 base minus pain and 3 Strength + 2 power + STAB + Cottonee holding Ethereal Ribbon = 7d6, normal damage on Steel/Dragon.
