I think Dragonstrike is right, Terra and Nathan have every right to hear about the Sideways as the characters that are directly involved, as this is an issue that affects the group as a whole. I'm not saying we can't have private 1-to-1 conversations later, that's up to each character. But I'd rather not have this cause another rift.

Yeah it should be two conversations so I don't have to repeat myself. We'll have a group convo led by Shiva, then she can have a private discussion afterward. And if she needs to retcon it and say the private convo happened first, that's fine with me. It's just more efficient to do it in this order in the thread.

Now that Shiva owns 2 Conditional Balls, I wanted to ask something about their use/mechanics please, Iron. To quote you:

There's an alternate use for a Conditional Ball. If you study a wild specimen long enough to understand it (5 Rounds), you can alter the program to increase the chances of the Ball capturing that specimen. An Almanac, or Almanac plugin for Pokedex, is necessary.
(Spending 5 Rounds studying a wild Pokemon, then you can use Knowledge+Computer Science to determine Seal Strength on any future Conditional Balls for that specimen.)

What's exactly meant by 'Rounds' in this case, is it required to meet the wild Pokemon and to persevere 5 Rounds against it while the chara studies its behaviour, or do you actually mean 5 Encounter Slots? If the latter, 5 Slots feels a bit too much unless one can have one or two Pokemon train simultaneously, 3 or 4 sounds more appropriate.

Concerning the Conditional Ball question, thanks for the response, so that means I HAVE to meet the respective Pokemon somewhere or somehow, and then hope I'll meet it again in the wild after having programmed the Ball. Would it count if I'd meet said Pokemon specimen in a Trainer Battle and ask the NPC that I'd like to study their Pokemon?

No no, the intended use is just to fight the Pokemon for 5 rounds and then toss the Conditional Ball. Like a Timer Ball.

I been thinking... should I evolve now Typhon? There still a few moves I want to get. And should I replace Netune for D-Onix? I kinda have now enough XP to teach Xatu Tailwind, and that could help go forward towards our goal

Where to next?

From my side, all's dicussed already. ^^ But I'm undisclosed where to go/what to do next, if we need to wait a Day or so to be officially allowed to descend into these ominous Skull Ruins at last, there's some time to kill. For the current Day I can bring up a Training or Tutoring or Crafting Session for the remaining Encounter Slot and then have her catch up on sleep until speaking with Keni at evening. She'll basically just waiting for Lilith to return, so she won't go too far.
