[Game thread] Skull Ruins Pokerole

Pachirisu is very thankful for spooning out his treats. He'll eat a few of the seeds just to try them out, but that Nuztella (with a picture of a dashing Nuzleaf on the label) is very filling.

He's up for training or for showing you anywhere you'd like to go. He conveys to you that there are some weird Pokemon ahead but doesn't seem to think of them as a threat.

18XP with that drawback.

Another option is to think of another name for the Stealth specialty that Terra could reasonably specialize in. Mind-Blanking, or something.

Hawlucha looks offended. He did issue the challenge! He called and tapped his elbow, what more do you want? He does allow his wounds to be treated.

Terra participated in the fight, so you can just split the 10XP among the three of you as you see fit.

Insight: (3)(3)

Terra's not much of a recruiter. However, Hawlucha might battle you again later if he grows stronger and you pass this way again.

Upon inspection, the item is a Protectorizer, which is a little better than a Black Belt if you happen to have a Rhydon.

No way! Dedenne is so hopped up on sugar that it just scurries away with Ditto, doesn't even consider your offer. It somehow managed to eat a quarter of the honey though.

Nathan sighs, looks at Emolga, and chuckles.  "...well, suppose I should have seen that coming.  Kids have so much energy...hehe..."

Nathan follows after the two pokemon.  He pulls out a Deyo Flower to show Dedenne, curious to see how the tiny electric rodent might react to the flower...

As a Fairy type, Dedenne is interested in the shiny. Enough to sit still at least.

Come to think of it, the combination of MSC and Dedenne-whiskers could have a potent effect in the right setup.

When Heart check the scan he almost coudlnt believe it. "Thunder? Its Thunder whoohoo! Pikachu or Typhon could do wonder with such move! Or maybe Harylect! Hmm, but perhaps it would be better to keep this item for later. Maybe Nathan Pokemon could use some sort of extra power maybe. Lets see what we can find more."

Heart with double enthusiasm check them the circuit breaker Pokeball and the Pokeball beside it. He was careful though to see if there is a Pokemon or any other item inside it. Choice 1 and 2 @Iron.
Kogeki currently ability to active in battles: Anticipation.

Hmmmm...and given that Nathan knows MSC is the basis of most modern electronics for trainers...

Alright, attempt number 2!

"Ya like the flower?  I know something cool about them.  So, do you like using your electricity?  What if I told you that they're usually near something that might make your electricity more fun to use?  And that I know where more of these flowers are?  Would you be interested in finding them with me?"

KABOOOOM! A wave of electrical energy washes over Heart. But it's not from the technology - it's from the Pokeball! Actually, that's no Pokeball, it's an Electrode! It grins evilly at you.

Spark
(4)(2)(3)(5)(3)(3)
(6)(4)(6) Heart takes 3 dmg and loses his eyebrows.

That's a good attempt, I'll give you +1 dice.

(3)(2)(4)(4)(5)(1) (6) = 4 successes
(5)(5)(2)(3)(4)(1) (1)(6) Dedenne is ready for you to prove it! It'll follow you without a Pokeball until the experiment concludes.

Gotcha! Dedenne was caught!

Aww it's adorable how Pachi enjoys this treat full of sugar and nuts, any offered seeds and nuts that he didn't manage to eat after that are shared between Shiva herself, Vaporeon, Primal Glaceon and Cottonee. When being told about some 'weird' Pokemon ahead, she perks up and stilts her head in wonder - she usually interprets the word 'weird' as something positive and interesting to see. "That's some good hint, Pachi... Say, can you lead me to them please? The strooongest or mooost strange one -" she gestures wildly with her arms, "- to your guess should be just fine, I'm looking for some challenging training for my own Pokemon companions. In particular Vaporeon here, it's not much anymore until she'll be ready to learn a new technique. ^_^ " (in detail, 9xp missing)

Mechanics:
Humm, I'm interested in finding out what's special about this *Pachirisu, but don't want to outright catch or acquire him just to see. Let's see where Pachi can lead me to and then we'll decide whether I'll ask for a training battle against whatever he introduces me to or against Pahirisu himself.

After a little cleanup, removing all the Nuztella from Pachirisu, you realize something incredible - it does not have normal coloration after all! It's a bright pink color, and it sparkles when clean!

As for the next encounter, I will tell Shiva which of the next encounters is worth the most XP, since Pachirisu lead you there with that in mind.
