[Game thread] Skull Ruins Pokerole

Genie, on the other hand.....well, she couldn't help but invite herself to their party, gliding down from the ceiling and landing silently behind Shiva and getting a good look at the Sun Stone herself, then giving a faintly curious but still playful grin as she shared a buzzing laugh with them. She didn't know why or for what reason her fellow female fae fiend friend was so enamored with the Evo Stone, but that didn't mean she couldn't share in the camaradance of finding such a rare treasure! If she was any less scrupulous/was not as on such delightful terms with the girl/or her partner watching her like a Swellow (Take your pick, or all of the above!), she might have been......tempted to add such a babble to her own private horde, but no, she'd let them keep it, and without a game of catch or hide and seek for it too, Drrrzzzzzt! Such a merciful Desert Djin, is she not? Tehehehehehe! (...)

Haha, Shiva's grin widened as she felt a big Pokemon landing behind her, she was sure it was no threat as the Forman Fortsecue said he'll keep 'em safe during mining. And yes, as she heard that buzzing laugh she KNEW it was the oh-so-familiar-and-mischievous desert dragon of Terra, aww!~ Instinctively her arm twitched as if she wanted to hide the new SunStone away from the dragon, but a moment later Shiva enveleoped Genie into a close hug out of sheer joy. ^o^

(...) After they've finished up their mining and reunited with Shiva more closely, Terra promptly handed her all his Glass to her and said she could keep it, and that he was open to negotiation for trading her his Sun Stone and keep it on him for the unforeseeable future, bar any unusual circumstances. Since he has no Pokemon that would Evolve from the starburst stone and hasn't a clue as to what he wanted to do with the smaller shards of Evo Stone, he decided the above arrangement was the best solution that would benefit them both. Simple as that! (...)

Huuuuuh!~ It caught Shiva very off-guard as Terra handed her not only one, not two, but even THREE real green and one red shard/s without hesitation, she quickly recognized them as petal- and fireglass as she just strared at them shining in her open hand.

"You... You really let me keep them all...?!" The expression she'd give the mountain of a man was a hybrid between vivid joy and questioning suprise before it developed into one that displayed avid gratefulness. "That incredibly kind of you, Terra, thank you so much! They're very pretty, and I think I know what to do with 'em! Yiiiikes!!~" She shows them to Cottonee and Delphox. :> "And yes, maybe I'll find something I could let you have in return for your Sunstone, I'll let you know!"

Hummmmm. Thinking about that and of Gloom, she musters these nice green shards. She's got three of 'em, she knows that in Earthstar Forest more petalglass could be found and she's got a skilled hand when it comes to crafts - but does she feel like she'd be able to create a Leafstone possibly, is she deftly enough? She also wonders how many shards are needed, three doesn't seem to be enough.

"This HM is shared between researchers. We make sure to always pass it along to someone who can make use of it and take good care of it. I think it was Bo who originally found it somewhere."

Minicorn straps into the Hidden Machine and learns Flash! I'm sure if there was a Flash machine in Uranium, Minicorn could learn it.

Ayeee! That means the copy in the hands of Telperion Uni is another real one, neat! Now Shiva threathens to dream away wondering how many more HMs are hidden across the region and who has actually created these useful machines and with what intention. 

"Bo...? Who was Bo again, professor?" ...... "*gasp* Wait, don't tell, he's the Champion of Chreshire, is he? I saw Jo who was Golda and Wir's student, battle him on TV a while ago! He gave an impression of deserving this title to me, eeeekkk." >o<; A bit timidly she then asks herself how far she'll get when she managed to collect enough badges to officially challenge the Elite 4. Hopefully she won't make a complete fool out of herself.

(Oh, I actually wanted for Minicorn aka Ophelia to go play with Mallorn's Rapidash while Cottonee learns Flash and carefully tests this move, mabye you've misread something? It's fine though, we can just assume that the smol unicorn gave herself SO interested in this HM and Shiva let her learn it first and then leap off to Rapidash. ^^ I like the image of Minicorn's horn glowing brightly when she uses Flash.)

Next to learn this useful move during Shiva's waiting time are Cottonee and Helios. Her fluff will glow pleasantly as if Cottonee was a ball of fairy lights while Helios will let his two silverly spoons flare up with psychic energy. Now he can live up to his nickname even more!~

"The Ruins contain Ghost and Psychic Pokemon, so your butterwolfly will do very well. Bring Awakenings and have them handy at all times. And don't forget that a Pokemon who cannot be killed might still be captured. Those two types can certainly beguile even the strongest trainer, but I'm not sure to prep for them. The legendary Helm, hidden somewhere in the Ruins, was said to block such intrusions."

'Awakenings...', Shiva thinks to herself, 'I've got lots of Chestor Berries. These will do as well!' "Thanks professor! I'll make sure to buy some extra-Awakenings, but not too many. My Pokemon seem to be very susceptible for my voice even in their sleep!" She smiles, obviously enjoys this curiosity.

Humm, Shiva feels like all those spare Pokeballs she has will come in handy inside the Ruins then, all faintly she can't help but to wonder what will awake her interest enough to make her want to catch it. A Pokemon that cannot be killed, whoahw! Creepy, but somewhat cool.

"Yes, I... I already wanted to bring Yena with me down this place! He's such a good dog despite.... despite..." Suddenly Shiva gets super-excited! "Professor, I haven't told you yet, but he evolved! He evolved into a big and scary Mightyena thanks to me, you told me to let you know when he has done so, and he obeys me! It's interesting how such a sinister-looking Pokemon can be so kind if it likes their owner. His wings have also grown a looot bigger, that genetic anomaly is perhapds more prominent than it was in Poochyena. I like him a lot! Maybe.... Ehm, maybe while we have a hold onto this HM, I can offer you a strand of his hair to research on? Maybe, just maybe, we could one day determine the part of genes that makes up his differentiated phenotype." (Shiva's got one with her.)

Once the money has changed hands, Nathan has a simple question to ask Heart (@Spiritmon).  "That book with the lock on it...is that a family heirloom or something, Heart?"  He's curious, and it feels...okay to ask, I suppose?

Heart look in the book than back to Nathan. "You could say it is. Its problably the most important artefact in my family...I can't what is for now since its not the place to say. Sooner I will tell you but not now."

"...well, at least you still have it if it's that important, right?  Small blessings.  I won't pry any further for now in that case.  Thanks for the TM!  I'll make sure to put it to good use!"

@Iron, before I teach my Pokemon other moves, gonna teach Aqua Jet and Bullet Punch to Clawitizer and Metang.

Clawitzer learns Aqua Jet, an impressive feat for such a bulky Pokemon.

Metang learns Bullet Punch, floating after Sid happily now that it knows some real moves.

With that done Heart make a quick stop in the Pokemon Center to make rearange in his party. He also send a message to Spira/@Mika:

Are you ready? My party is ready to battle against ya. When you ready just meet me.

Heart then wait him outside of the Pokemon Center.

When Spira receives the message he sends one back saying

I'm already at the Pokemon Center. Double Battle, no fainting, only held items allowed.

Once Heart arrives, Spira greets him, and then and goes to an area better suited for battle.

Heart was waiting for him. He was for more than ready the battle on a safe area without people or Pokemon to get hurt in the battle they are about to begin. "I gladly you have accept my challenge Spira. We didnt get much time to talk with other very often. I...was wanting to ask how you doing friend? You know...be a Time Traveler who come to this Era. Its sometimes a really disturbing and sometimes a scary thing. Did you...have friends or family who miss you in the past? We will find a way to get you back to your time, thats a promise."

"Also, this battle have one reason: To prepare ourselfs for what we gonna face in the Skull Ruins, and all power will be necessary for what we gonna face. Are you ready?"

Say Heart getting ready to send his two first pokemon.

"Just about any device that moves Pokemon power as data is going to use MSC, so it might work! But boss, you must be careful about your expectations going into that place. Your father might not... be in the best shape."

You're probably fighting in the empty lot behind the Pokemon Center. It's surrounded by a wooden fence, so be careful with fire attacks.

No fainting allowed! You'll automatically hold back if a crit could take them down, unless you give me instructions otherwise!
No non-held items allowed! Make sure your party is up to date somewhere - a PM or the Spreadsheet is fine! A reminder to me when giving orders about what your Pokemon is holding wouldn't go amiss either!
No Will Points allowed!
