But... I was thinking the reason we're heading down the Ruins is to retrive these ancient Artifacts to deal with the threat of Deoxys to become a hero? (o.o)?

That's the unofficial reason we're there.  The one that's in the books is investigating the K.C. for clues about Marco's whereabouts.

Oh, understood. But in that case, and I'm not ashamed to admit that, I'm all fine to follow a different intention that what is the official one for the greater good. I'm feeling a bit sorry to say that, but it's nothing but the truth, you see...?

I'm trying to get us in there without a fight.  If we can, Nathan will be a little more willing to cooperate since fighting them is obviously off the table at this point unless negotiations go REALLY sour.  OOC, THAT is why I'm trying to get us in there right now.

In case you guys are wondering/forgot, Juni did indeed confirm that Marco was the person they attacked by saying his name.  Only his first name, but given that one of her grunts said the guy had a Luxray and a Skarmory, there's not much room left for the imagination after Juni dropped that last detail.

Nathan isn't trying to bluff, he's telling the truth.  Minus a few crucial details, but if he were to give Cosh TOO much information, this could backfire really badly and effectively turn into a hostage situation.

If things go FUBAR straight afterwards (Or you just plain refuse with Cosh's request, despite it being the group's vote to ally with the Scims), then we'll deal with that outcome. The anticipations is killing me.....well, not really, but I'm on the edge of my seat regardless!

Heck, I don't even know exactly what Marco is going to think of all of this if/when we find him if we're working alongside the Scims (much to most everyone's displeasure).  The Scims weren't a massive organization 3 years ago, and he might not have necessarily seen who trapped him in the Ruins (Luxray probably did, though), so it might be fine at first, but...there could still be other factors we don't know about.

Verily so! If they want to pull the old hostage gambit, they'll quickly find that Terra was not bluffing and rue their decisions immensely, especially since they would have welched on a good deal at the last second, something ANY merchant or business man just hates.

Ideally, he'll be in the same boat as my chara on the matter: Doesn't like the Scims at all and wants to see them pay for their crimes, but willing to put that aside in order to tackle the greater issues. If he's there and/or the Entity in the Kadabra Chambers, that is. Otherwise.....well, I'm not sure what is going to happen at that point, tbh.

Shiva, you are one of the strongest trainers in Creshire, able to easily defeat most Gym Leaders. Very few individuals are stronger than you unless they cheat somehow.

It totally is, though.  Anyone who can beat Tanuki, Dagny AND Angela can probably beat every Gym in the region and go toe to toe with the Elite 4.

Angela just straight up won't fight anyone she doesn't think will be able to give her a challenge. Her badge is infamous for how difficult it is to obtain, because of both how picky Angela is and how she's one of the strongest trainers in the region.
