Yup, Sound Boost is +1 damage dice for all Sound Based moves.  And yes, Snarl counts as one as well.  Refer to Bulbapedia's list for Soundproof for affected moves from the main series games.

Initiatives:
Core: (5) + 7 = 12
Snover Swarm C: 11, 3 Dex
Yurei: (5) + 6* = 11, 2* Dex

Oof on that initiative for the Safeguard user.

Snover Swarm C Round 2

Roasting time!

Flamethrower 1
(5)(4)(1)(2)(6)(3)(3)(1)
(5)(5)(4)(3) Snover I takes 5 damage! 1/6 HP -3 Pain
(1) No Lethal Burns this time

Powder Snow x4 1
(6)(1)(3)(3)
(6)(4)(4)(1)(6)(1)(6)
(4)(1)(4)(1)(3)(3)(2)
(5)(4)(5)(3)(3)(2)(1) Hit 4 times again
(1)(3)
(6)(5)
(4)(2)
(2)(2)
Core takes 1 damage 6/7 HP
Yurei takes 3 damage! 4/7 HP -1 Pain
(2) (6) (2) (6) Core is Frozen!
(4) (2) (1) (3)

Yurei, sensing how ridiculously dangerous this situation is because of all the ice being thrown around, calls upon aid from the spirit world!  The yet to be named trainer and Yurei both feel the protective embrace of a familiar presence envelop them and their allies, even though only Yurei can see it...

Safeguard 1
(5)(6)(5)(3)(1)(3)(1)(6)
Yurei's team is protected by a mystical veil!  However, it wasn't put up in time to prevent Core from being Frozen, so he needs to be defrosted.

The Snover keep up with their routine!

Razor Leaf x4 2
(2) Miss
(5)(6)(6)(6) Crit
(3)(6)(3)(6)
(5)(6)(3)(5) Hit 3 times, crit once.
(2)(3)(3)(1) Lol, no damage from the crit.
(5)(6)
(2)(4)
Yurei takes 1 damage 3/7 HP -2 Pain
Core takes 3 damage! 3/7 HP -2 Pain

Yurei has decided that enough is enough.  One flap of her fans later, and...

Air Cutter 2
(2)(4)(1)
(5)(3)(4)(1) Snover I-L take 3 damage!  Snover I faints! 3/6 HP remaining on the rest.
Yurei's Shell Bell restores 2 HP due to dealing 10 damage total. 5/7 HP -1 Pain (Current cumulative damage: 2)

The trainer uses a Potion on Core.  7/7 HP No Pain

The Snover chuck some more ice around again!

Ice Shard 3
(1) Miss!
(5) Hit!
(3) Miss!  Only hit once!
(6)(1) Yurei takes 2 damage! 3/7 HP -2 Pain

Yurei dances, her footsteps pairing with those of that presence only she can see.

Revelation Dance 3
(6)(4)(1)  ...and then the presence attacks as soon as the dance finishes!
(3)(6)(4)(3)(1) Snover J takes 2 damage! 1/6 HP -3 Pain
Yurei's Shell Bell restores 1 HP 4/7 HP -1 Pain (Current cumulative damage: 0)

This is looking a lot more manageable now that Safeguard is up and all the Snover are rather heavily damaged!

Core's still Frozen and has used his only damaging move Super Effective against Ice this Round, so he has to resort to a Strength check to try and make progress towards breaking free from the ice if his trainer doesn't use an item to heal it.

Strength Check: (4) 1 success accumulated.  The mysterious trainer's pokemon just aren't Strong enough to break out of the ice on their own with any kind of speed.

The Hail falls ceaselessly.
Core takes 1 damage. 6/7 HP
Yurei takes 1 damage. 3/7 HP -2 Pain
Unnamed trainer takes 1 damage. 6/8 HP -1 Pain

Snover I is fainted.
Snover J has 1/6 HP left.
Snover K and L have 3/6 HP left.

"Well that didn't go as hoped..." Karen shudders at the thought of having worked herself up over yet another failed attempt with the Mightyena; "Okay, go! Magneton and Nidorina! Magneton, Mirror Shot, Signal Beam and Magnet Bomb; Nidorina, Poison Fang and Poison Jab!"

Magneton:

Mirror Shot
Accuracy: Dex(2)+Fight(3)+Channel(3)-Penalty(2)-Actions(2)= 4d6
Damage: Special(3)+STAB(1)+2= 6D6 SE
Notes: 3cd Confuse

Signal Beam
Accuracy: Dex(2)+Fight(3)+Channel(3)-Actions(4)= 4d6
Damage: Special(3)+3= 6d6 SE
Notes: 1CD Confuse

Magnet Bomb
Accuracy: Dex(2)+Fight(3)+Channel(3)-Actions(6)= 2d6
Damage: Special(3)+STAB(1)+2= 6d6 SE
Notes: Never Fail

Nidorina

Accuracy: Dex(2)+Fight(2)+Brawl(2)-Actions(2)= 4D6
Damage: Strength(4)+Rivalry(+/-1)+Poison Barb(1)+STAB(1)+2= 8D6 SE (7D6 if target is male, 9D6 if female)
Notes: Bad Poison (5)

Poison Jab

SSA Round 2 Initiatives
Nidorina: (3) + 8 = 11
Snover: 11
Magneton: (2) + 5 = 7

Snover Swarm A Round 2

Om nom nom.  More biting, but effective biting this time!

Nidorina goes for one of the female ones since a specific target wasn't specified.  Let's determine some genders randomly real quick...

A: (2) Male
B: (6) Female
C: (5) Female
D: Male since it's 50-50

Poison Fang 1
(4)(4)(2)(6)
(4)(1)(2)(4) Snover B takes 3 damage and faints!
(2)(3)(6)(3)(6) Snover B was Badly Poisoned!

Powder Snow x3 1
(3)(1)(3)(6)(3)
(5)(1)(3)(1)(3) Miss
(3)(5)(3)(6)(1) Hit 2 times.
Snover A is holding a Never Melt Ice!
(1)(3)(1)(3)
(3)(2)(2) No damage this time at all.  Wow.
(5) (6) Nidorina was Frozen!
(5) (4)

Magneton fires away with its typical attacks!  These Ice/Grass types can't touch it even if they tried!

It targets the Males since Nidorina is going for the Females.

Mirror Shot 1
(4)(3)(6)(2)
(6)(3)(5) Snover A takes 3 damage and faints!
(1)(3)(2)

The Snovers' numbers are quickly dwindling, and so is the threat they pose!

Razor Leaf x2 2
(3)(5)
(1)(2) Miss.  Hit once.
(4)(3) No damage to either pokemon.

Signal Beam 2
(6)(4)(4)(6)
(3)(6)(3) Snover C takes 2 damage! 1/6 HP -3 Pain
(2)

Ice Shard x2 3
Snover D doesn't have enough dice!
(6)
(6)(2) Nidorina takes 1 damage 6/7 HP

Magnet Bomb 3
(6)(4)
(4)(5)(4) Snover D takes 4 damage and faints!

Will: (1)(6)(4) 2 successes. Nope, Snover C has had enough of this!  That Magneton is scary.

Snover C flees.

(5) No damage from Poison this time, but Snover B is going to start taking Lethal damage from that Bad Poison next Round guaranteed if it isn't treated.

Karen is free to help Phantom's character out at the start of Round 3 as well.  Go ahead and send some orders in for that if you wish to help, @Mikaruge108.

One Pokeball on Snover A, please, sent immediately to PC.
Once that's dealt with, Karen returns Nidorina and Magneton, rushes over to the unknown trainer and sends out Lopunny.
Loppuny's Loppunite reacts to Karen's Key Stone!
"Lopunny, use Jump Kick, Shadow Ball and Drain Punch!"

Jump Kick
Accuracy: Dex(4*)+Fight(3)+Brawl(3)-Penalty(1)-Actions(2)= 7D6
Damage: Strength(5*)+STAB(1)+4= 10D6 SE
Notes: if it misses, deal 4d6 damage to user

Shadow Ball
Accuracy: Dex(4*)+Fight(3)+Channel(3)-Actions(4)= 6d6
Damage: Special(2)+3= 5D6
Notes: 1CD S.Def-1

Drain Punch
Accuracy: Dex(4*)+Fight(3)+Brawl(3)-Actions(6)= 4d6
Damage: Strength(5*)+STAB(1)+3= 9D6 SE
Notes: User restores HP equal to half damage dealt, rounded down.

Yurei is holding a precious Shell Bell, that would have healed some of her HP in the previous Round and prevented her from fainting - depending on whether it's 4 or 5 points of cumulative damage that restores 1HP. Forgot to state that, sorry!

-------------------------------------------
Snover I is fainted.
Snover J has 1/6 HP left.
Snover K and L have 3/6 HP left.
-------------------------------------------

That spiritual presence and finally having managed to deal some damage to the Snover to wonders on the Trainer's mood, which is good and semi-important as Octavia is not available right now to prevent her lovely caretaker's emotions from overboiling. BUT, it's not over yet, meh!

" (ಠ_ಠ) Guess what, damned Snover and your freakin' ice....." He facepalms (as far as that's possible with glasses at least) and gives them a glare between his icy fingers that reflects PURE annoyment, "Shall I EVER set another foot into the close environment of this lake, I'll do so with a flamethrower to SHOW YOU that I'm not up to play. You really want to know it, huh?! You can ALL persish, melt, shed all your needles and descend into purgatory, I'm honestly DONE with your shit." He throws an excusing glance towards his spectral bird, mutters something that sounds like "I'm sorry, Yurei" and "I knew you'd never leave me"

With aid from both the people his Minyan fetched, he's feeling bold enough to withdraw the bird and the same movement he packs the faded Dusk Ball away, he tosses an Aspear Berry to his frozen(ugh) music-dino. "Catch! Then SHOW them that you're not amused, let them BURN."

-------------------------------------------

Accuracy Roll SnAAAAAAAArl , now though! 1: 3 Dext + 4 Fight + 3 Channel -1 Inaccuracy-  2 Actions = 7d6
Damage Roll: 4 Special + 2 power of the move + held Blackglasses + SoundBoost  = 8d6
Additional notes: Hits all three Snover an auto-reduces one foe's Special by 1. Soundbased.

Accuracy Roll moar pyrotechnic 2! (Flamethrower): 3 Dext + 4 Fight + 3 Channel - 4 Actions = 6d6
Damage Roll: 4 Special + 3 power of the move, no STAB = 7d6 +2 autodamage
Additional notes: Buuuuuurn!~ Has 1DC to inflict a Burn2. Hit whichever unlucky Snover's still standing.

You'll get two attempts before the Round ends.

Snover has 5 Will, -5 for fainting, -1 for Poison

Attempt 1 with a normal Pokeball
S: (5)(5)
W: (1)

Gotcha!  Snover B was caught!

Stat Block
Attributes: 2 Strength and Special, 3 in everything else
Boosted Social Attribute: (3) Cool
Skills: 3 Fight and Survival
Specialties: 3 Channel and Stealth, 2 Alert
Level: 30
Moves: Powder Snow, Leer, Ice Shard, Razor Leaf
Gender: Female
Happiness: 0
Loyalty: 0
Disobedience: 2
Current Ability: Snow Warning
Other Abilities: None
HP: 0/6 (that'll be remedied fairly soon, though)

Not much special about this Snover at all besides their increased Disobedience.  There's just a lot of them.  The one dozen Snover all have the same stats, with the exception of their Gender (50-50) and Boosted Social Attribute (determined randomly).

Kogeki uses a Potion on Nami.  7/8 HP

Both Karen and Kogeki run over to help the stranger they found!  Suddenly, the remaining Snover are the ones being surrounded instead!  None of the remaining ones are going to be able to run away now!

SSC Round 3 Initiatives
Nami: 17 7/8 HP,
Lopunny: (3) + 10 = 13, 6/6 HP
Core: 12, 6/7 HP
Nagi: 11, 6/7 HP
SSC: 11

Snover Swarm C Round 3

Nagi's the first to move again thanks to his Prankster Ability!  Let fire rain from the sky!

Nagi's targeting a half HP Snover with this attack.

Hidden Power Fire 1
(6)(5)(6)(6)(3)(1)(6) BUUUUUURRRRRRNNNN!!! I don't think Phantom's character expected to have his wishes granted in such a dramatic way!  Critical hit!

(5)(3)(2)(1)(3)(5)(1)(4) Snover K takes 4 damage and faints!
The weather became Sunny!

Nami's fed up enough with these Snover that she's more than willing to attempt a Hypnosis on them.

Hypnosis 1
9 - 2 - 4 = 3 D6
(5)(1)(5)
Snover L falls Asleep!

M-Lopunny leaps into the air and launches her (currently) most powerful attack at the now sleeping Snover!

Jump Kick 1

(6)(2)(2)(3)(3)(4)(3) Snover L takes 3 damage and faints!

It's finally Core's turn!

Snarl 1
(6)(6)(6)(2)(5)(1)(2)
(5)(6)(3)(1)(3) Snover J takes 2 damage and faints!

The Snover Swarm has been defeated!

(6) Wow, Snover E sure is a resilient little fellow, isn't he?  Still no damage from that Poison.  How much longer is that luck going to hold out for him, though?

Each trainer and pokemon used in the battle gets 6 exp.

In addition, that Never Melt Ice is up for grabs!  If any of you want to catch any more of these fainted Snover (or heal Snover E's Poison status), let me know. Also let me know when you're all ready to return to the Pokemon Center.

Kogeki approach the fainted and poisoning Snover. He drawn his sword, tempted to put a end to his life. But then he sighs and instead grab 2 Pokeballs. "More than enough suffering was done today. You are coming with me Snover."

Then when Kogeki was capturing Snover he decided to ask the stranger. "Gladly to know you are okay. Now, who exatexa are you? And why you have a Tandor Pokemon? Some answers would be great."

I believe it would be best if the questions are saved for when you guys get to the Pokemon Center (since that was what was agreed on IC and because you're also currently standing in the middle of the freezing cold while Phantom's character still doesn't have the appropriate clothing for that yet. Plus, Randolph will probably have some questions/answers too.)
