I believe it would be best if the questions are saved for when you guys get to the Pokemon Center (since that was what was agreed on IC and because you're also currently standing in the middle of the freezing cold while Phantom's character still doesn't have the appropriate clothing for that yet.  Plus, Randolph will probably have some questions/answers too.)

(He sure as heck would, mate! You'd be asking questions if you see some new weirdo appear out of nowhere with the weirdo he already knows, after investigating something weird happening at the Lake! What answers would Ran have for them, though...?)

(So, are you going to transition the group to the Pokemon Center, or wait until Phantom/Mika get back and request that?)

Kogeki approach the fainted and poisoning Snover. He drawn his sword, tempted to put a end to his life. But then he sighs and instead grab 2 Pokeballs. "More than enough suffering was done today. You are coming with me Snover."

Then when Kogeki was capturing Snover he decided to ask the stranger. "Gladly to know you are okay. Now, who exatexa are you? And why you have a Tandor Pokemon? Some answers would be great."

There's only one NMI (as determined by the dice when I statted the encounter).  You'll have to discuss who gets it with the other players.

Yurei is still withdrawn from the battle despite she isn't fainted, she's just tired. And she's a performer and a dancer in the first place, not a battler! It's unsuprisingly satisfying to finally see all these damn Snover defeated with the help of the others. Nope, so-far-unnamed Trainer's definitely NOT up to catch any of these vivid pine trees, not after how they annoyed him. But he does take a moment to retrieve that Nevermelt Ice from an exemplar, could be useful at some point and in some way.

The spectral bird gets comfortable on his caretakers hair to provide some cover from that hail, and waves a goodbye to the ghostly presence she summoned as it returns to where it came from. Paraudio displays a smug expression towards the fainted foes, then adjusts his cool BlackGlasses, increases the volume of the music he's listening to and goes back to pleasant leisure.

Then when Kogeki was capturing Snover he decided to ask the stranger. "Gladly to know you are okay. Now, who exatexa are you? And why you have a Tandor Pokemon? Some answers would be great."

You're on pretty thin ice here, buddy, it's already suffering cracks. *(ಠ_ಠ) intesifies* "IS IT A CRIME TO OWN POKEMON FROM TANDOR?! Not that I know of, and even if it IS, I don't CARE." Usually blue Sylveon would intercept here by hissing at that ninja-guy while wrapping her sparkling ribbons around her lovely owner's arms, but.... well, she's recovering from being defeated at the moment in her comfy Friend Ball. It'd be, well, a good idea to not provoke him further.

"ANYWAY... *prolonged sigh* Eh, thanks for the aid. Could we now please head to the Pokemon Center? It's not much warmer around here, you see."


The first thing he'll do there is of course hand Sylveon and Chatot in to the current Nurse Joy in duty with the request to heal them up, then grab the hottest beverage they have available in this Center. Feels like heaven to sip on that, awwww!

When Karen sees the two men go for the Nevermelt Ice, she speaks up, "So I guess that means all three of us want that item. While I am the one that technically found the item and probably should have dibs on it, we should take this jockeying someplace warmer."

(Oh... I was believing that there are several Nevermelt Ice. If there's only one though):

The very moment Karen speaks up about the extra-frigid piece of ice, unnamed musical Trainer immediately hands it to her. "Here, for you. Take it, keep it, you deserve it, young heterochromia-girl." He seems overly adamant on not wanting this Item. Scratching the back of his head, he guesses the only Pokemon of his that could maybe put it into use, would not accept it anyway.

Well, there'll certainly be plenty of time to figure out who gets the NMI pretty soon.  Everyone's business with these wild Snover concluded with the exception of that topic, the group heads back to the Pokemon Center so the stranger can actually warm up a little.

Nurse Joy looks up from her never ending pile of paperwork when everyone walks back into the room.  Her attention is especially drawn to the young man who is obviously shivering because he doesn't have proper warm clothing on.  She sighs and gestures to her Chansey to go do something, and the medical pokemon promptly runs off to go fetch something.  Moments later, she returns with a Delibird in tow.

The Delibird wanders over to the group and offers everyone a cup of hot cocoa on a serving tray.

Chansey has come over as well, and is definitely watching the newcomer carefully for signs of any larger problems that might have been caused by being out in the cold for too long.

Meanwhile, Randolph is also in the Pokemon Center, waiting for his pokemon to be healed.  If he's in the lobby, then that Torkoal he's got with him definitely looks like she'd be a really good source of heat and warmth.  Chansey walks over to Randolph to ask for Brigid's help with warming up the stranger (via pantomiming, obviously).
