Uh....dear, as a reminder, Terra's currently flying on Angie (with or without Cosh) in the Slowpoke Well (Unless Iron says otherwise), so he's at least several feet off the ground and above the group. Ergo, he wouldn't be able to hear Shiva whisper to him, as he's a wee bit too far away to pick her message up. If he could hear her, then everyone else probably could too, including Mega Syrentide.

Right now, he's speaking loud enough to be heard by everyone/M.S. from atop Angie, which shouldn't be too noisy since the place they're in is enclosed/quiet enough to carry his voice well without it being grating, from what I can tell. I'll also mention that he's fully aware that he's dealing with a potentially dubious/dangerous being, at the very least because she reminds him of the myths/tales of sirens he's heard back home and it doesn't take someone with Nathan levels of Knowledge of Shiva's sheer Insightfulness to figure out that M.S. is a being not to be triffled with, what with her controling those Unown and looking like she's clearly in charge of her domain. He's being cautiously open with her, because if their's something to be gained by dealing with her that won't screw over the group, he's going to take it since he/everyone needs all the help they can get at this point.

Hummmmmm, I could try (for free), but whether it'll look as good as I imagine it in my mind/good enough that I'd share it openly, is a different question ^_^;

I'd just need to know what the two should actually do in that picture (like, holding hands or such, or just stand there or anything not super-complicated, up to you) and whether the Ghost Type'd Gym Leader of that time made his students wear any special attire or not.

Mega Syrentide can perform tasks that a Syrentide might be expected to perform, but taken to the extreme. She will charge you a certain amount of energy, which is moves measured in Power and Chance Dice. The amount she charges is relative to the rarity of your wish.

Question: does that result in 'permanent' loss of the move? (i.e., you'd have to relearn it)

.....Well, that seems almost like a bum deal, unless what Mega Syrentide can do/provide is really unique and cool with the Wishes she can grant. Plain healing from her just ain't worth it imo, but if she could do other things like add Surprises and the like.....hmm...

Questions: 

 - Did M.S. actually take away Agility? I'd be pretty displeased if that happened, but if not, what did she do?

 - Can she take Energy from Shedinja, or any Pokemon we catch in her domain? Terra doesn't like the thought of permanently screwing his Pokemon out of their Moves, but if it can help him/everyone out greatly....

 -  How much would Non - Damaging Moves like Status and Attribute Buffers/Debuffers are worth in general?

Dunseraph still knows Agility - Syrentide started the process of taking a move, then reversed it. Just to show what she can do.

Status isn't worth anything - it has to be a move with a number already associated with it. 

She can take Energy from any Pokemon that's Loyal/Obedient enough to grant permission. (Loyalty >= Disobedience). Dunseraph doesn't seem to think it hurt any.

If you have moves you don't use, it can be a fantastic deal. If not, it will be more of a sacrifice.
