Aya on the other hand, being the proud and beautiful performer as she is, isn't happy at all to share the stage with that any other Pokemon. She makes sure to give a short snarl at them all to express her displeasure, and throws a semi-insulted glaze over to Kee who returns that one with a sly smile however. "Nono, don't be down and mad right away, dear. In fact, here is your chance to shine, do what you can do best!~~ Yes, that means you can use that move of yours."

Oh that certainly lights up her mood, causing Aya to clear her throat, adjust her beautiful scarf, rise up and throw her arms open wide all to indeed do what she can do best: SING AT FULL VOLUME WITHOUT ANY RESTRICTIONS, even aiming to drown out that Boomburst!!! Fooooool, does that small parrot does not get that SHE is the star?! Well, she'll SHOW 'em then!! (>0<)

Suddenly all by themselves and reeling from the burst of Sound, the Alolan Sandslash start to back up and regroup!  They keep attacking as they start to retreat, though!

Now that there's fewer enemies, and they're all backed into a corner, Gama can attempt to finish most of them off in one fell swoop!  He blows bubbles across a wide area in front of him!

The snowshrews now completely wiped out and the concert finished, the frigid room falls eerily quiet, aside from the faint howling of the wind coming from the floor below.

Now that the danger has been dealt with, there's plenty of opportunity to lick wounds, catch pokemon, and safely proceed across the ice in whatever manner the group decides to.

Oh, and possibly berate each other.  That too, I suppose.  If that Boomburst had been at its full Strength, it could have very well fainted more than just the enemy.

Every trainer gets 6 exp.  Every pokemon that participated gets 6 exp as well, with the exception of Gama and Susano'o, who get 3 instead because Ralts gets 6 exp from her Exp. Share.

Kogeki and his companions had little time to prepare themselves for such strong coming from their said companions. First he see a huge sound explosion happening, hitting his clothes and and face with such strong attack. Then he was hit by a pressure of water who hit him also badly. The surprise attack was enough to destroy a portion of his mask. By instinct he hide his face with the piece of his black clothes.

When Gama finish off the foes, Kogeki has some drops of blood of his body. It was a powerful attack, and his clothes was not built to resist such amount of damage.

Gama and Susano'o was not in better state. They are badly injured. Kogeki try to stand up. "A warning next time would be great. We get really serious injured." Said Kogeki hiding his face as best his can. He would prefer death to let anyone see his face. "But can't argue with the results. Should have used Surf to complete the show I guess."

Gama and Susano'o didn't let anyone get closer to Kogeki and them. They know how their master is sensitive about his face so they gonna defend it.

Ran is equally displeased with both his partner's not really subtly hostile behavior towards each other, stomping right between the two and spreading his arms wide and  palms outward in a display that clearly communicated the notion for them to cut that shit out, looking at Kogeki and Kee like they were being idiots.

"Enough! If you guys want to mangle each other's throats, do it off and AFTER our investigation and job is over! Until then,EVERYONE needs  towork together without threatening to kill each other, or we won't survive whatever madness is crapping out of Mt. Coronet and fertilizing a blood damn budding worldwide disaster! Even if you don't hold a troy ounce of affection or trust with each other, grit your teeth like an Ursaring and bear with it, so we can all get our work DONE safely and effectively as we can arse it! Understand?"

Aya's debut on the icy stage caught both Ran's and Beethoven's attention, but for different reasons. The bristly blacksmith, his temper still foul and steaming mad at the snowy moles, gave the colourful musician a somewhat confused/cross look, as sending a Fairy type against a pack of ornery seemed like asinine idea to him. Then he heard their Orders and saw the fanciful looking sea otter gear up for a bombastic Performance of her own, and put two and two together, shocking him out of his anger and making him realize that maybe he jumped the gun with his own commands.

"Oh Scheiße Kekse. Ich glaube, ich habe es hier versaut....."

Best buddy, meanwhile, took Aya's appearance with mild and a friendly sort of curiosity, until she made it known to him that not only was she a fellow singer like, but she meant to challenge him in a Shouting Contest. That change his tune completely, the prospect of such a competition thrilling him, sending his wings fluttering in cheerful excitement, and emboldening his own musical spirit to new height! Oh joy, oh sweet joy, wasn't this a wonderful surprise for him! Now he would really give it his all then with his own BOOMING SONG, for it wouldn't do to disappoint the Fairy lady with a lackluster Perfomance, no no! 

In fact, he had just the song for this, hearing it once from some Punk that was blaring it at a dinner in Jubalife once (before Ran thrashed them in a battle)! How did it go again.....oh, like this:

Ran staggered in place for a moment, sore and disoriented from the sheer volume of the combine vocal assault of his living recorder and the aquatic actor, until he managed to shake it off and managed to use a Potion on him (cursing when it nearly fell from his shaky grasp), fully restoring his health!

"Pwaaah.....that's much better...."

Mental and physical faculties fully restored, he took that moment to look around at his group, and winced when he saw the harmful havoc he helped cause.

"Omph.....looks like I wasn't the only one that suffered a doozy from that.....singing contest."

*Sighs, and facepalms* 

"Sorry about that, everyone. Here, let me fix y'all up. Least I can do, seeing as I was partially responsible for giving your eardrum a thorough blasting...."

Randolph proceeds to give Kogeki, Karen, and Kee a Super Potion to fully restore their HP (Running out of them in the process), and hands out 1 Potion for each Pokemon (Leaving him with 12). He also Revives Brigid and gives her a Potion, fully restoring her HP, and returning Beethoven to his ball and then to the PC, replacing them with Catherine, though not before congratulating him for his outstanding Performance.

"Ya did good, buddy. Ya did good. Thank you for saving our bacon. Take a nice, long breather, and don't worry about suffering the cold here anymore."

He also apologized to his coal muncher, rubbing the back of his head as he did so.

"Forgive for getting ya clocked clean, girl. Wasn't really thinking straight, when I Ordered Beethoven to use Boomburst, or expect Kee to pull out his pretty looking otter to create a right racket together. Think ya can still handle clearing the Ice here, and keeping us safe?" (IE: More INFERNOS from her)

As for the A-Snowshrew, Ran would want to catch 1 of the Sandslashes and 3 of those Sandshrews (Essentially 1/4 of the horde), first asking if anyone could Paralyze them (all the Sands) first to make it easier to ball them. Each Sandshrew/slash will get two Pokeballs each to catch them, or 2 Great Balls for the Sandslash if they manage to break out of the first Pokeball. He may or may not capture more, though, depending on if anyone else will leave any uncaught. (Any Items on the Sands, btw Dragonstrike?)

Candince would get sent out on the ice to check for any clues/loot/suspicious stuff, and is asked to come back to Ran ASAP if she does (or if danger comes her way).

Kogeki's......reaction about his mask earned him not a small amount of concern and interest from Ran, which only grew as he saw his aquatic samuri/ninja close ranks around him to shield him from scrutiny. He didn't try to approach them, though, as he would respect any man's desire for privacy, but he did call out to them.

".....You going to be okay, Kogeki? If you'll let me, I can probably fix up that mask of yours in a jiffy. Promise I won't look at ya face, too. Can also make ya a Steel or Aluminum Mask later, so you have a mask that you won't worry about breaking again. How's all that sound?"

"Understood." Simple said Kogeki towards Rans when he talks toward Kogeki and Kee.

Kogeki accepted the potion offered, and patch his wounds, always having the care to not show his face. He took a moment to look to his scarf and whisper something:

"Forgive me, Shimo." 

Then he takes the white scarf and wrap around his face, until the only visible thing was only his eyes.

When Rans ask if he is okay and the offer in make the mask, he talk to him. "I can survive. Not the worse damage I ever received. I accept your offer my friend. Both offers. I will need a light mask easily to do stealth stuff.

Now with that battle ended quickly, loudly and with a masterly performance from her, Aya rears up to massive size once more, and she MAKES EXTRA-SURE that this small musical parrot who started that concert of hell (that nails it so well, Spirit) sees and hears her snarling dangerously at him before she turns away like a true and vivid diva. There is only one star for every show, and none will nor can tell her that it's anyonelse than her. She smirks proudly since she feels like having won this Shouting Contest, huffs towards the defeated Sandshrew and -slash ('Hah, they could not bear my majestic singing!') and moves over to Kee to demand more sage drops for her voice and throat. She even allows him to stroke her by the snout as a praise for the successful clash. "Great performance, Aya. Great performance indeed, without your singing we'd have some more unconscious bodies laying around." More smug smiles from the oceanic soloist.

Kee's soaked from said performance though, and having wet strands of hair hanging into your face is twice as nasty in the curently icy-cold surrounding, it begs for catching a cold or worse. Using that useful Portable PC he quickly swaps Juhani for Mercury, and lets him provide some pleasant Heat Waves to him and everyonelse who's blasted by the bubbles, his own musical parrot skillfully counts the seconds he provides these waves to give everyone an equal warming.

Apart from that, Kee could do worse as thankfully he is all used to speakers turned to full volume and bassdrops and heavy guitar riffs and everything. Means instead of his ears ringing, his hangover-headaches return in such an intesity that he also falls to his knee if it wouldn't be for Octavia's support. He definitely needs those calming chims from her Heal Bell AND another aspirine, appreciates both with his full heart.


Mindfully and thankfully Randolph came to him in his own with remedies, which saves Kee the time to force him into taking the full and unadroned responsibility for his action. He got the ball rolling with his orders to his own Chatot after all! He gladly accepts the Super Potion and the two Potion, healing up everything except 2 points of Damage on Core. With an Oran Berry he's fred from any Pain, that missing 1HP is nothing he minds too much, he'll quickly forget about them once he's recalled into his comfy UltraBall where music and snacks in a massive amount wait for him.

However, when Ran makes a turn towards distributing more medicine, a sparkling blue ribbon slugs FIRMLY around his arm and forces him to turn around to the source of it. It's obviously Kee's dear blue faeeveelution, and her displeased look is NOTHING to that on Kee's giving the bristly blacksmith. It's one that's so full of toxics and nasty poisons that one would get sick from simply looking at it for too long.

"......RANDOLPH......." Is all that's heard from the musical guy in such a dangerously low tone of voice that it makes even Mercury shiver. "You tell me now WHY you have chosen to let loose a massive Boomburst in the first place, you CANNOT tell me that you weren't aware that it'll hit and deafen all of us in addition to these snowy shrews. WHAT in the Tapu's sake were you thinking, what made you do that, you are very aware that these shrews feature an additional STEEL TYPE, are you? YOU. ARE. AWARE that a Boomburst counts as the most dangerous of all Sound Moves, capable to break even the best and most resistant subwoofer if aiming to do that? For the sake of all our hearing sense, please at least WARN US the next time you let loose that basscanon of a move, you can call it SHEER LUCK that I got what you were doing fast enough to have Aya step in, I DON'T want to image what would have happened if she'd have failed on her given task!"

He has to take some deep breaths to calm his temper, which piles up dangerously quick. Octavia works against that with greatest effort even if it looks like she doesn't do much: Her presence alone is already enough appearantly. "Some of US could have been knocked out, and the WORST and LEAST we need down here in this icy hellhole is a fainted group member. At worst several of us could have been hit unconscious by Beethooven's noisy assualt, and a Pokemon whose owner is knocked out is USELESS and DEFENSELESS in battle, least of all a fainted body of a human in this cold area and at the mercy of Sandslash!" He shivers massively as involuntarily being remindined on his hours in the cave at the lake yesterday.

Kee demands answers, and he'll stay persistant until Ran has given some. He's not per se wrathful or mad at him, but he's adamant on making the blacksmith see that he's displeased with him. And he's honestly (not sarcastically) curious about Ran's reasoning, what he's offering in defense of himself and his choice of boombursting things to dust without warning. In a more quiet and almost hesitant voice afterwards, Kee adds "You... You do have to tell me what song that was that Beethooven displayed, that was a good one indeed." *approving smile*


These 6 gained XP directly wander into a second point in Clash Speciality for Kee.
His desire to catch one exemplar of these Alola Sandshrew still stands (aww, he would have wanted to capture an unfainted exemplar), he's going for an exemplar that knows Slush Rush Ability for certain. 2 normal redwhite Pokeballs are used, if they break await further input.

In that case he's startled, STARTLED massively as the last thing Kee wants is a rough start with that firely kistune that is not his own fault. He pulls that Egg-in-Incubator out of his bag, then the Egg itself and wraps it even harder into that cozy blanket he got from Felix, Octavia whines and nuzzles and wraps her ribbons around the Egg as well to aid in calming the young Pokemon inside. Doesn't matter that in there is a Fire Type that'll burn her fairy dust in an instant, it's an upriled Baby Pokemon here! >o<

"It's okay. All is fine. Everything is okay and dealt with, please calms down again...." Kee repeats like broken record all while holding the close to himself to provide further warmth and closure. "As long as you are with me, I rather faint than letting you suffer. All is well again, you're protected..."

Kee refuses to give any answers to questions about that Egg just now.

Contrasting Aya's rather prickly snubbing and dismissal, Beethoven was all too willing to share his enthusiasm and joy from their Performance with the sea diva, chirping in delight and giving her a bow, one wing across his chest and another stuck out in the air. He was cheerful, peppy, accepting, and quite demonstrative birdy (As demonstrated by his friendship with Ran), so he had zero qualms with getting along with others, so not even aquatic actress's vitriolic reaction bothered him too much - he was surprised and a bit sad to see her act that way towards him, but didn't begrudge her for it, not even for Damaging him. If that's the way she felt, he won't bother her and let the misses have the spotlight all to herself. He's nice like that! Someday, though, maybe he could become friends with her....

He was not so okay with Octavia's ribbon handling of Ran, though, letting out an indignant *Swquak!* from his current perch on the short man (He would still be out and drying off/sharing warmth from them at this moment) at the fae fox before 'saying' "WARNING, WARNING! UNAUTHORIZED ACTION DETECTED! CEASE UNAUTHORIZED ACTION IMMEDIATELY!" Nobody messes with his buddy, so stop that now!

Randolph himself was startled and a little upset at the contact, saying "What the name of the mystical are you doing, ya dang Fairy?! Let go of me!" before he was distracted by Kee made his frustration with his earlier commands in short order. The nasty look they were giving him didn't bother him none at all, nor the heated tone they took him to task with, as he was one tough little man that didn't take Tauros shit from anyone, but their indignant message did cause him to grimace and look away (or try to), before with a *Sigh* he faced them again and did his best to explain himself.

"Simply put, I was pissed at those snowshrews from trying to maim us, and wanted to ring their bells enough so they'd never think of doing such things again. I let my temper get the better of me and decided to just try and take them out all at once with Beethoven, not really thinking of the consequences of doing that, other than I knew he could do it. Not to brag, but his Boombursts nearly Fainted the Champion's own Lucario by himself - that damn mutt - and dented a Bastiodon, so him taking care of a bunch of Wild Steel types isn't that much of a  stretch. *Sighs* That's 'sides the point, though. As I said before, I am sorry for the.....trouble I caused. Shouldn't have lost it like I did, but.....well.....it's 'cause of a....personal problem of mine. All I will say now is that Pokemon acting humans is something I don't tolerate well....or every, honestly. It's not a good excuse, but it's the only one I have. Can't promise ya that I won't blow my top like that again if another swarm of critters try to get at us, but I will give everyone ample enough warning if I'm going to do anything dangerous, like letting Beethoven raise hell. The dwarven craftsman is Insightful enough to understand why Kee is giving him the third degree and feels like a big heel for causing everyone trouble in the first place, so he can't get mad or worked up over the sour dandy confronting him about it. He nearly messed up big time , so he'd take his deserved lickings, repay his partners back the best he could, and try his best not to foul things up the same way.

He lets out a relieve *Sigh* when they told him they were okay and had his permission to help them out, nodding his head before hold one hand out for their mask + the fragments of it that got torn off.

As for the A-Snowshrew, Ran would want to catch 1 of the Sandslashes and 3 of those Sandshrews (Essentially 1/4 of the horde), first asking if anyone could Paralyze them (all the Sands) first to make it easier to ball them. Each Sandshrew/slash will get two Pokeballs each to catch them, or 2 Great Balls for the Sandslash if they manage to break out of the first Pokeball. He may or may not capture more, though, depending on if anyone else will leave any uncaught. (Any Items on the Sands, btw Dragonstrike?)

With a *huff* and rubbing her still-ringing ears, Karen gets ready to go deeper into the ruins.

Awwwwwwww, Aya's behaviour almost instantly does a 180 when that small parrot praises her by bowing to her, that way anyone can almost guaranteed make up her mood and soften her up! She's so sensitive to sweet-talking (ﾉ´ з `)ノ♡. She returns the bow to the bird and preens over being admired by throwing her long waving hair back, humming some more and generally just enjoying the admiration at full blast, which earns her a weird glance from Kee. Mentally he facepalms as he very well knows how his sea soloist gives herself after too much praise and admiration (－‸ლ). Must come from her career with that performer probably.

Octavia hisses at Ran when he scolds her for keeping the midget man where he is, but rather son lets go of his arm once it's certain that he'll listen to what her dearest caretaker has to say. She starts to lick her fur for a bit and eventually takes a heartfelt leap either into Kee's bag or hood for a smol rest.

Said guy is not too happy with what Randolph is voicing in his defense, but at the end of the day, he accepts it as a reasoning and as a high-mettled decision fueled by emotions. He takes a deep breath before he replies in a more calmer voice. "Fine, and your apology is accepted. You are a grown man that should take responsibility for any trouble their Pokemon have caused, and you did without me or anyone asking you to do so." *beaming smile of approval!~* Warning us before doing such a trick again is all I'm asking for, yes. If that Boomburst wouldn't affect us, I wouldn't care, just be...mindful when using such moves. It took me some time, headaches and broken speakers as well after all before I knew how to handle that power of Mercury. Or before I was able to have Aya obey me when I asked her to not release bubbles at everything just because she loves to do so."

He turns away to follow his own business again (in particular calming down Baby Vulpix within the Egg), but he doesn't do so before voicing one last thing to the crafty blackmith. "....If anything, if Beethooven was able to do THAT to a Lucario and Bastiodon, it proves how capable a well-placed Boomburst is." He emphasizes 'well-placed'. "If you're having....issues to control your temper when wild Pokemon attack, learn how to control or it or have a support Pokemon with you. I've seen challengers trying to anger Roxie with the intention to have her loose focus and fall into a stomping tantrum - It NEVER turned out favourable for them." Kee can't help but to chuckle when remembering watching those battles, as well as being so glad that he's not as dumb and foolish like those kind of challengers. These poor innocent fools.
