Your team is pretty weird and RPG-like already if you think about it. A street magician Azumarill, a tinfoil hat Gothitelle, a caveman-Eevee/Glaceon/Espeon, a Mightyena with wings. Even Whimsicott has the custom Ethereal Ribbon. Togekiss is the only fairly normal one.

I love the team Shiva has build up gradually over the course of playing. 


The Shield providing protection for a whole Round is new. :O

Machoke is at -2 Vitality and 3/18HP.
Primal Espeon is unharmed.

Not only does the currently psychic Eeveelution not enjoy being slammed against a wall, Lilith just as well does not like being shown that brute force aka your muscles being stronger than your brainpower can make quite the difference if that's the aim. Shiva is able to feel the pain of her gothic fortuner teller and shares it, cringing everytime that huge and bulky Machoke hits her - or maybe it's just her imagination, but it's undenyably not enjoyable to observe.

Even a Potion Orchid and a constant reassuring and rooting for Lilith to hang on there doesn't do the trick, it's an ironic sight to see her defeated in the end. Holding a sight of anger towards Machoke and being overly-adamant to not face them, Shiva recalls Gothy into her painted Premier Ball at the first opportunity. "Lemme finish this first and then I'll care for you, promise! It shouldn't...take too long...." In the same handgesture she packs the Ball away, she then draws another, and from it a familiar blue figurine appears: It's Azu, and she lightfootedly lands on the ground and boldly faces that indeed huuuge but also wounged and panting Machoke.

Shiva just spits out the words in her sore state, her pride obviously wounded by that Fighting Type's actions. "Come on Azu, end this, please just END this, thing mass of muscles has played rough with a close psychic of mine and is plain annoying me." Towards Primal Espeon her tone of voice changes to an assuring one. "Espeon, do you hear me, you're doing good? I don't quite know WHAT I did to protect you for several seconds instead of just one, but I told you I'll have your back as long as you're with me!" Her closest guesses about are that this is an effect of bonding with the Shield or having to do with that power that makes wild Pokemon grow to godzilla-sized versions of themselves. "More icy shards, then BITE THAT SHADOWY FIGURE IF YOU CAN!!"

Primal Espeon's Crit Future Sight will come down at the end of this Round. If there's any way to prevent Machoke from taking lethal damage from it after being fainted already, Shiva will take it because being mad at them doesn't reason being cruel.


Azu aims to give that big bad Machoke a smooch that they won't forget for a while. (Indepndant of how she scores in the Init Roll.)

Shiva is interested in catching that Machoke to donate it to a construction site or heavy-lift company, but let's see how things look like after these actions first.

Thinking fast, you prevent the Future Sight the only way you know how - by swinging the Shield into position pointing toward Machoke! The Artifact, designed to take down intrusive Psychic Pokemon, easily negates the foreseen damage in a way that's entirely beyond the predictive ability of Gothitelle or Espeon. (Who are some of the strongest mortal psychic Pokemon, I'd say).

Machoke drops a Black Belt and a Protein!

Proteins give a +1 offense surprise to a Pokemon. They're worth at least $10k when sold.

Oh, right, Solosis evolved too!

Hooray!  That definitely helps put a smile back on Nathan's face, at least for a short time.  Solo...er, Duosion...is growing and getting stronger fast, and Nathan couldn't be prouder of how far she's come in such a short time.  Same for Servine, too.

Though now that means Duosion's going to have a split personality until she manages to properly synchronize her now dual brain power...hmmm...that's probably going to be...interesting...

WAAAAAHHH, the Shield's true and correct power has been awoken!

I've added some of the XP Reward to Lilith as well if that's fine.

Shiva makes sure to collect all the loot after she (and Azu) have given that now defeated Machoke a huff that they can't see because they're fainted, but her pride makes her do so anyway. That Black Belt will come in handy for her big and bulky fighting panda, and she'll choose wisely to whom she'll provide that Protein!

What she also does, it attempting to catch that Machoke - at first with a normal redwhite Pokeball, then a Great Ball, but if those two break she won't spend any more and instead make haste to get away from here. She's curious how disobediant a Pokemon of such a size and power is especially, as she's not that mad to donate an extremely unruly 'Mon as at worst it'll destroy the building worked on and harm all the workers. 

She also revives Lilith, checking on her state and everything, genrally just providing the care a good Trainer would give to a valed team member after having fallen. "You're okay, Lilith? That Machoke has surely hit you hard, but regardless of that you did very well against it. You ended just at the receiving end unfortunately. :C "

The mountain of a man could only stare at the display of his smol destroyer devoured the entire Giga Magcargo in one sitting, mouth slightly agape at both the morbid spectacle and in disbelief, until he slowly closed it with a pensive expression.

 'Note to self: Arete has huge appetite.Very huge.'

It took about a minute for him to manage a response to that, but when he did it was in a remarkably calm and casual.

"Did you enjoy your meal, Arete? *Beat* ....Are you still hungry?"

Hooray! A Happy Sari is a less cantakerous but still very much GLORIOUS sloth, which makes Terra happy too!

I'll assume that Solomon was able to patch Sari to about 5-7 HP and fully restore Arete (Since you didn't say anything about them), so it's time for him to rejoin the group, and move downwards!

I/Terra was aware of that, which is why Solomon is going to be using/already did use Water Guns on them to fully heal them (Or Brine, if Arete prefers 'drinking' salty water) ! Right.....?
