Soon after the Hurtloam + Antidote is applied to him, Terra lets out the smallest of grunts and his eyes slowly flicker open, capturing the sight of Shiva, Azu, Angie, and Nathan hovering over him (literally, in one case) with expression of extreme worry and concern upon awaken. Dazed from the combination of the almost blistering amount of Pain he was in, the lingering neurotoxins in his system, and from post Revival foginess, he couldn't help but look at them all confused and simply say/ask:

"Huh? What's wrong?"

Apparently a lot, for almost immediately after he said this the mystical lass launched into a rapid-fire fretting over him, which only served to magnify the befuddled state he was in until he shook his head and held up a hand to stop her for a moment.

"Wait, what? Don't know what you're talking about. Remember challenging Tentacruel to fight, with Sari and Oinari. *Frowns, looks down* Went poorly. Both got hard badly by it's first Sludge Wave. Had trouble Damaging it, and....taking Damage from it. Then Oinari got KOed, I recall her, and.......

The sagely monk frowns as this point, wracking his brain trying to remember more details of his fight against the betentacled behemoth, before he ruefully shook his head.

".....Nothing. Can't remember anything past that. Oinari Faints, is Recalled, then I wake up now. *Shakes head* ....That is all a know."

He then frowns, before slowly pushing himself up onto his feet, grunting and grimacing as his body screamed its protests at his promptness.

"Where's Sari? She okay too?"

At that point he turns and spots his superbly shiny sloth, and his eyes widen as he sees how poorly they came out of their tango with those tentacles, and rush over to her side as fast he could manage to check over her condition himself, yet again ignoring the pure liquid agony that was pumping through his nerves at such swift abuse.

"Sari.....you are hurt badly. Very, very badly. Need to get you healed. Quickly. *Winces in Pain* Me too, but you first."

Terra turns his attention to Shiva/Nathan, and looks at the two calmly but imploringly.

"Shiva, Nathan, can you us heal us? With Gallade and Raphael? *Points at Sari* First her, then me. Can deal with Pain, for now."

One thing to note about this entire scene: Terra was tightly holding his Long Sword the entire time, and seemingly didn't notice he was doing that at all. Almost as if it was instinctual for him to be wielding it, right now.....or something else. His lack of major concern over his own injuries was also disconcerting, but then again, he was ridiculously sturdy guy used to such things.

Angie let out a worried *SsssZzzZ* at all of this, and both Nathan and Shiva could tell she wanted nothing more than to rush over and swaddle them in her coils until he got better, but refrained from doing so. Partly because she was also worried she might end up hurting him by doing so, and partly because she was waiting on them (Shiva and Nathan) to do something first, judging by the plaintive looks she was giving the two (mostly at Nathan). Oh please.....help her papa get better, *SsSzZZz....*

Nathan's response is calm and analytic for the most part. And stern.  "We found you floating in the water, unconscious, with Sari, who was barely conscious and Poisoned, and that unconscious giant Tentacruel.  And you were also Poisoned, to boot.  From how you're holding that sword, I'd be inclined to say you got directly involved in the battle.  That's my best guess for why you're in this predicament, given the circumstances.  In any case, no more battles for you today, period.  You need some R&R, rest and recovery, not more stress.  And Gallade will hold you down if he has to.  And trust me, he can do it.  It wouldn't be the first time he's had to do so.  And don't forget that we aren't Scimitars."

Nathan motions to Gallade as he asks Terra another question.  "Has Solomon used any Heal Pulses yet today?"

Nathan nods confidently to Angie.  Everything will be a-okay.  Nathan will personally make sure of that.

Nathan's response is calm and analytic for the most part.  "We found you floating in the water, unconscious, with Sari, who was barely conscious and Poisoned, and that unconscious giant Tentacruel.  And you were also Poisoned, to boot.  From how you're holding that sword, I'd be inclined to say you got directly involved in the battle.  That's my best guess for why you're in this predicament, given the circumstances.  In any case, no more battles for you today, period.  You need some R&R, rest and recovery, not more stress.  And Gallade will hold you down if he has to.  And trust me, he can do it.  It wouldn't be the first time he's had to do so.  And don't forget that we aren't Scimitars."

Nathan motions to Gallade as he asks Terra another question.  "Has Solomon used any Heal Pulses yet today?"

Nathan nods confidently to Angie.  Everything will be a-okay.  Nathan will personally make sure of that.

The moment the young intellectual mentions his blade, the mountain of a man finally notices it, giving it a look of surprised before they shake their head and sheathed it and put it away into his inventory.....somehow. Man, those pockets of his....

As for the pseudo doctor's orders, that gets a modest enough frown out of him, and he looked as if he was going to object to the idea before two things happen: A) Another spasm of white hot Pain ripped through his, leaving him grimacing for a second, and B) Noticing Angie nervously/anxiously/ eyeing him like he was about to break like china and overall looking exceptionally jittery. Both those things prompted him to let out a low *Siigh* and nod back to the boy, looking somewhat displeased with himself for his decision.

"....Okay. Will take break and rest from Fighting, if you say it is best thing for me."

(...) "Yes. Two times, both on Sari."

Nathan could almost imagine the supreme seraphic serpent sagging in relief at their reassurances and actually taking care of her papa, but he definitely didn't imagine her gratefulness when she hovered closer, leaned her head down to him, and rubbed it against him, quietly and happily *SsZzzzZ*ing the whole time. Score another one for the Dragon Blooded lad in Angie's books! If he keeps this up, she might add him as a personal treasure of hers someday!

Raphael doesn't like Terra enough to bring up a calming and soothing Wish for him willingly according to Shiva's guess, least of all Sari, that smug queen of a Slowking. But, in that case, she'll gently talk him into please doing so either way, one for Terra at least. "Dear one.... *lots of ruffling and nuzzling of his beautiful white plummage* You may not care for him, but I do. He's the one that Ventus himself has choosen to travel with us instead of him, alll to make sure that we're staying safe and nothing horrible happens to me. I value his discret protection - so, please, will you....~?" *kind hug as Shiva tempts the archangel further* "Poison damage is nothing to be taken lightly, we should know this best, don't we...?"

With Raphael's max. loyalty to Shiva and her talent on reaching through Pokemon, she should be able to make it,  and I kinda want to help further in this situation. A Wish's a Basic Hea.

Nathan would also ask Terra to summon Solomon to use one more Heal Pulse on Terra himself (which should supplement the Wish nicely).

Nathan scratches Angie under the chin affectionately.  Though he needs to keep the bulk of his attention on other matters, so it's not for long.



And once that's all done, Nathan brings up a different topic with both Terra and Shiva since they're in relative privacy right now.

"...you guys heard Sneasel earlier, yeah?  About how the Eye amplifies emotions to extreme levels?  I'm thinking about investigating my own card.  If it does what I think it does...maybe I can get some answers...what do you guys think, though?  Any thoughts on...that?  And I mean, if I'm going to do that, someone's going to probably have to watch the card carefully to make sure nothing happens to it..."



Oh yeah, right!  The Dratini egg should also be hatching, shouldn't it?  What are the base H/L/D for them, and is there anything special I need to be aware of besides the additional +1 HP and 6 starting exp, @Iron?

Shiva perks up towards Nathan opening up about that, and gives him a mildly puzzled look at first that soon smoothly developes into one that demands caution and mindfullness. "Your own card, does that mean the one you commissioned from Mr.Morgusi, that Mesprit? Well...." She pauses here, hesitates, looks for proper words to adress that. Eventually, the sentences just come. "That supposses knowing how to enter it willingly in the first place instead of more by accident. If you want to do that, please keep it short and quick as we have no idea what consequences there will be for doing that, same with a safe way to come back into, eh....our world? Yes, that nails it I guess.... I, well, feel humans should not enter that realm, or, better, not frequently or for a prolonged time. There's...also no guarantee that Mespirit will react favourably, precious shiny Sylveon was just scared of me for example, didn't want to have anything to do with me at all." Shiva measures that high, very high, given that SHE is the last person she'd expect a Pokemon to be afraid of.

"if you like to do that though, at your OWN risk and fully AWARE of the consequences of that act, do it, yes, it could surely be something worthy of trying. If you are....agreeing, I can take care of your card in the meantime, I'll notice if something goes amiss if I carry it close to me. But, Nathan...." More hesitation. "Please don't do that now unless you must, how about later when we settle down for some rest? It's, well, not safe to dwell in these caverns for long with all these super-sized and mighty Pokemon lurking and Sneasel leading us to the Sword. Shouldn't we...not let him wait any further than necessary?"

Aww........she wanted to enjoy more time with her Dragon friend, but if she has to go......she will....

Terra nods back to his brilliant historian of a friend, looking a tad bit confused as to why they were bringing up something everyone knew, until they level their question about his card. It was then that he understood what they were getting at, looking remarkably hesitant and trepedatious about the idea as he cottoned onto it and mulled it over, frowning the whole time. Eventually, he looked up at his friend and slowly shook his head.

"No. Not good idea. Too risky. May get trapped in card, or....get lost into it. And.....unpredictable how meeting Legend would go. Could like you, or....not. Very much not. Or do something to you, like.....what DEOXYS did to me."

*Beat*

".....That is all. Dangerous to investigate card, so....don't do it. Please...."

The angelic dragon hums in appreciation at getting all the scritches , and looks put out when they come to an end, giving Nathan a unDragon like pout until they managed to persuade her to leave him be (for now). Aww........she wanted to enjoy more time with her Dragon friend, but if she has to go......she will....

Terra nods back to his brilliant historian of a friend, looking a tad bit confused as to why they were bringing up something everyone knew, until they level their question about his card. Nathan looks at Shiva, the look in his eyes asking for help convincing Terra.  Heck, if Shiva hadn't ended up in her own card, Nathan probably wouldn't be suggesting this right now.

"...I don't think it's as risky as you might think, Terra.  I helped them, so...well, they will help us at least once in turn.  I have the physical proof of that, after all.  I should be on good terms with them...I think..."

"*Frowns*....Can you be sure Merspirt in card is same one you help? Or just......different one or representation of it made by Keni? *Shakes head* If you are, dealing with Legends......always uncertain and dangerous. Could end badly or.....difficultly, even in.....best cases. Last time we did......"

Terra trails off, knowing his friends would get what he was alluding to.

Shiva feels that with proper preparation, a good amount of mindfulness and, MOST IMPORTANTLY, a certain way to return from the world of the card artwork, more than just a reular Escape Rope - which is something she's completely innocent about unfortunately, as she and Spira made a return more by chance than doing so willingly - the dangerous aspect of that act can certainly be lowered. That, and if there's someone a Mesprit will react at least not hostile to, it's Nathan for sure.

She'll carefully voice all that and proceeds to gather her stuff together to return to the others. "Come on, we can still discuss further along the way. If we...stay here for much longer, the others will get worried where we are and start to fear that something happened to US as well, or more wild Pokemon could find us."

Hearing Shiva's take on the issue didn't do much to quell his concerns, but he did fully agree with her other motions, nodding his head and stepping alongside her/Nathan (presuming they travel together).

"*Nods* Yes, we can. Maybe you or Nathan can.....figure out way to lower chance of bad things happening with cards. Or way to get out of them quickly. Now, let us go."

Terra would return all his Pokemon then and get ready to move out, but not before releasing Arete and asking if they could search the area for any Items/notable things and bring them back to him. Doesn't hurt to double check/be thorough, or at least so I hope!
