I want to say something about. And I was thinking this quite a lot. Heart kinda is still in his journey to become the Leader his clan to be. He want to become someone stronger, and also wise. And acquire one of the artefacts, a sword, could become a step of him to become a stronger trainer.
So I would like to grab the sword if possible. If Shiva is the shield of the group, Heart want to become the sword.

Oooookay...so I guess unless Mika agrees that Nathan should get it, we're probably going to be bidding exp, aren't we? *sigh*

....Actually, now that Spirit has brought it up their argument, I find myself agreeing with them. His goal to restoring his Clan to it's former righteous glory is a worthy enough reason for him to claim The Sword, and unlike the rest of the group he really hasn't had his Big Epic Moment yet. Unless we count him getting Moltre's Egg, but I'm not, since while it was a special and significant event it was not exactly the most bombastic or dramatic for him, and thought the Egg's been quite useful to him/the group he'll eventually have to let the hatching to be go free AND he promised not to ever use it. Finally, I still owe him for helping me create Sari, so this would more or less be the perfect way to square that away by voting for him to get the Artifact.
So.....yeah. I vote for Spiritmon/Heart to get The Sword. Let it bring magnificent glory to him and the Arc Clan!

Okay, so that makes 2 votes for Heart, 2 for Nathan.
No pressure, @ Mikaruge108, but it looks like you have the deciding vote.
Nathan has a lot personally at stake because his home is being attacked, as well as other personal reasons to want to lead the charge with the Sword if he can. (and OOC, I'd like the MtH status to actually do something for Nathan other than effectively being just flavoring)
Heart has a leadership role to grow into by necessity for backstory reasons (though they won't be fully addressed until post game scenarios, if/when the campaign goes diceless for such a purpose), and the Sword could be considered a symbol of leadership.
Both potentially have major Plot Deviced pokemon in their future (Aegislash and Moltres, Mesprit), so that may or may not be a thing to consider as well.
If you abstain, Spirit and I might have to settle this via exp bidding.

In case it got lost in the game thread, here is the art I did of it:
Now on to the matter at hand: Though both charas have equally important (and valid) reasons to wield the sword, I feel like Nathan should be the one to wield it.

You.... You are officially allowed to punch me over the screen for having forgotten about THAT part, I'm so deeply sorry! Now that you mention it though, I can see these reasons, and remember that there was something surrounding Heart that said 'Most importantly, find the Sword' - if this wasn't a hint, I don't know what is.
So, that means, I'm highly HIGHLY undisclosed whether it wouldn't be a better choice to let Heart have that Sword indeed - I kinda feel that XP-bidding would be best option to solve this, I so want both Heart and Nathan have it equally. That's a match made in heaven, can't I give my vote to BOTH characters? :C

EDIT: Or, actually, have your charas try to pull it loose from that boulder to see whether anyone is capable of doing so at all, that's something that's been soft-missed as well - only the one spoken about in that Dragon Prophecy would be able to do that.

With all this discussion in mind, may Nathan have the first attempt to pull the Sword out, @ Spiritmon?

Or how about both characters try to pull out The Sword at the same time? As in, simultaneously? Since The Artifacts come on a 'First Touch, First Serve Basis' , having Nathan touch/try to pull it first will most likely bond it to him, which would be a pretty sly way to break the tie in his favor. Same goes for Heart if he had the first go. If both charas pull The Sword out together, though.....
If this comes to XP Bidding, can I spend mine to help Spiritmon win, Iron? Like I said, I feel like he deserves it most and I owe him, so I'd like to do all I can to ensure he gets it.
