The Scims already tried to get it to budge with their own HMs, but to no avail.

Testing earlier with the Sword also revealed that the lower down you go on the minarets, the more indestructible they are.

I don't really see a need to try smashing through the trapdoor.  We've already tried the relevant things.

...Phantom, I don't think I need to remind you that we're not allowed to say what other players can or can't catch.  Doesn't matter if it's a distinction between OOC and IC, that's still a decision you're making to try and do that, and I don't appreciate it.

This was already discussed at length when I got Orthros, and I'm not going through that discussion again for yet another dog pokemon I may want to capture.

In this case I had to agree with Phantom. In part, this a decision kinda reasoned. Since Phantom/Shiva promise to Lunapup to not harm/capture him, and make sure the others don't, and the plus she and Nathan have a bad history before, it makes sense she be wary towards you and your char. Both IC and OOC. 

It's kinda annoys me too not capture Lunapup, but at least we have the chance in get Mega Stones, and probably one you want so much. Don't you agree forsake the capture of a rare Pokemon it's a worth sacrifice in exchange for a Mega Stone?

As far as I can tell from a brief reread, Spirit, Shiva did not explicitly promise Lunapup that nobody would capture it.  In fact, she said that she couldn't promise that it wouldn't happen.

Regardless, though, by Iron's ruling, we all have a fundamental right to catch and train whatever pokemon we wish to.  If I want to catch Lunapup, Phantom cannot say that I can't, and actively trying to prevent it is bad etiquette.

This happened with Orthros already, and I am not looking for a repeat experience.

That's been reason for me as well as Shiva to not lure this cute dog that she'd love to care for any further, as being under a human's care clearly would not do him any good. I'm actually not disappointed over this, as I got a LightClay, ultra-rare/extinct mushrooms as well as the Megastone Nathan desired most in return.

Actually, do what you want to if you don't ever let Shiva know, unlike in Orthros' case.
