[Game thread] Skull Ruins Pokerole

Upon having regrouped with the others and having begun to tackle the final(!!!!) part of this epic trip down the most dangerous place in the whole region, Shiva very quickly begins to feel strange and weird, but not outright in a bad way: Well, she DOES feel something almost physically pulling her closer like she's attached to a string 'it' is pullin in quickly AND she's faintly compulsing in pain that she notices in her whole body, but she can also feel that this nasty state is powering her up, it is quickly charging an inner battery that Shiva was not fully aware until now to nothingelse but full 100%.

"Is this the fully-fledged power of The Eye?" Shiva more asks herself than the others while panting in ache, "It is...HURTFUL, it PAINS, it STINGS, it's like bleeding internally..." (＃>_<)⌒☆ She unfortunately looks close to faint from pain as she pales and her walk becomes unsteady.

This curious and new pain releases a stream of adrenaline, and paired with the fully charged inner battery it suprisingly quickly fades and leaves behind NOTHING BUT PURE ENERGY. SHEER WILLPOWER, so strong like the once-so-meek fae-enthusiast never has experienced or even imagined it before. Suddenly she has a massive urge to run, change forward regardless the costs, breaking down every obstacle that's bold enough to get in her way now, it's almost SCARING her. But Shiva's smiling as she joins the others racing forward to that glowing outpost, currently there is nothing on her mind but showing everyone, person and Pokemon, that she's not someone to be underestimated just because her cute and delicate look, that she never deserved being overshadowed by the others in the goup, that she has what it need to be the hero she's been longing to be, and to directly show Ventus that she very well CAN make it out of the Ruins alive and in once piece with her pockets full of loot and her PC full of nice new Pokemon. Woe a dragon or even Deoxys if they'd be brave enough to face Shiva now, as they might just be mowed down!

Shiva notices though that she is able to channel this MASSIVE URGE TO PROOF HERSELF into CATCHING THE BEST POKEMON SHE MAY COME ACROSS NOW, and Fortuna appears to be on her side now as there's a species of Pokemon close-by that none can ever predict where it appears despite it lurks close to humans usually, what a sneaky lil' fairy.

The minarets follow the slope of an ancient underground hillside. As you come level with the King's Keep, you feel the power of the Eye burning within your own gaze. Were you to meet a strange Trainer down here, you'd be completely unable to resist the battle. As it stands, you definitely feel the urge to battle each other or wild Pokemon, to win any competition, to be the very best at anything you attempt.

Your goal is a glowing outpost on the edge of the Castle walls. Light of every color streams from its barred windows, but there are wild Pokemon all around it, covering it like lizards on a warm sunny rock.

Often, the final leg of an epic journey involves dragging yourself forward, every step an act of will. This close to the Eye, your journey is quite the opposite. You and the Scimitars find yourself racing forward energetically, each in an effort to be the first to claim the final artifact and show his or her superiority. You wish to leap from one enemy to the next, decimating them as quickly as possible and cheering as they fall. Some of you might have the strength to channel this impulse into an urge to collect the nicest Pokemon possible or something similar.

Your Will scores are filled to their maximum.

You must either take one Encounter or have a 3v3 PVP battle. The Scimitars will refuse all calls for a match, because they are eager to move forward and claim the Helm as promised. All caps are 1 and challenges are at least upper Moderate.

1. Name: Fighting Type Horde

Heart a feeling in fight against someone. He see the Fighting type Horde and summon Quetzal and Doublade as his main fighters.

When the group gets back together, Spira pulls Nathan aside (out of hearing range of the other characters), "Uhm, sorry about running off earlier, its just that I prefer people not seeing that mark; the stigma of Darkrai."

Nathan keeps his response brief for now.

"Darkrai?  Oookay...is that mark a tattoo or something?  I only saw part of it, but it looked...complex."

"It's not a tattoo, I was born with the mark." Spira gives a wry smile, then hesitantly shows Nathan the whole mark, telling him (Nathan) what he (Spira) knows about the mark, firstly, the fully dark circle of the mark is closest to the wrist and is oriented in a way if he was to hold his hand up toward his head, it'd be a "Z" shape. "The mark has three phases of the moon, the New Moon," *points at the darkest circle*, "which is where Darkrai comes into play, the Crescent Moon, for Cresselia, and the Full Moon, I don't know what Pokemon it references, but I've heard rumors of a Pokemon in a far away region said to hold sway over the moon itself (Lunala)." Spira hesitates before saying this next part, "From what I know, from experience and research, the mark usually only shows when someone has had some sort of extremely life-changing contact with one of those three, in my case, it was Darkrai, a rather aggressive one had attacked Hearthome in 1902, and, well, my mother was affected by the attack before I was born."

Nathan thinks for a moment.

"...how's Ditto doing, by the way?  Any strange behavior or anything that I should know about?"

When Spira sees the strange Exeggutor, while he does not recognize it as a variant of some sort, he can still tell its some sort of Exeggutor. "Toya, let's sneak up on it and preemptively hit it with Ice Punch, followed by two more Ice Punches and two Fire Punches."
Considering all the sneaking Spira's been doing, his Stealth increases from 1 to 3 for 18 exp!

A stark contrast to Shiva, Nathan's grimly determined as he continues getting closer and closer to the group's end goal.

He won't be stopped from saving his home, from making it a better place.

He'll be the absolute best he can be, to try and set an example for those who follow.

He'll see his family made whole again.

The Eye's influence was never needed for him to try and achieve those goals.  It only amplifies the desires.

And so, with Sword in hand, Nathan steps forward to meet whatever challenges may come head on...

Be it noble lineage, the Eye, or something else, something is drawing Nathan towards these pokemon species once beloved by Sarimanok and other nobles...

I already mentioned in the Meta Thread Terra was going to take on the Scizor Family*, and that's just about it, really. He'd spot them, and compelled by both The Eye and his affinity for Steel Types he'd waste no time in challenging them to a Brawl with Mikey and Pixie, with the intent on defeating and adding them to his growing collection of Bug and Steel Types! Simple as that, so let the fight begin pronto!

Ditto: "Well, if ya notice anything odd, let me know.  The more I see of Ditto and look for repeat occurences of its unique trait, the more I feel it's connected to the moon somehow..."

Nightmares: "Just to clarify, I don't know for certain it was Darkrai.  I did read a short article in an old news archive from...I think 6 or 7 years ago that seemed really strange.  A handful of individuals apparently fell asleep and were unable to be awakened."

"...more recently, we actually had a similar occurence on a larger scale show up in Creshire recently, in the port town of Corsage.  I found out that it definitely wasn't Darkrai's doing, though, so...yeah, I'm not sure what exactly happened in Canalave."

Heart take a while to think what he said towards Nathan, and he had a realization: He is acting like he dad act towards him. He betrayed his friend Nathan, someone who always defend him in the past. Who give him strengh and will to go forward and be a greater Leader.

And now he said to him he doesnt deserve his position as a wield of the sword. How could him said such terrible and insesible things to someone who is his friend?

With this realization, Heart decided to talk with Shiva/@Phantom, and talk with her...and to think what to do.

Okay. She welcomes you a bit hesitantly because that thunderstorm of emotions she picks up from Heart is very loud to her. What are you talking about with her, what do you need advice on if any? She can listen and give suggestions, but she won't dictate you what to do.
