The only thing that has made Defense Deoxys flinch so far is the Frozen Roar.

Hmmmm...Tailwind's good.  And correcting my earlier statement, Rock Slide isn't gonna do much to those Defense Deoxys since they're immune to being Flinched by normal means.  To harm Defense Deoxys, the attack has to be Plot Deviced or Super Effective against Psychic, so Rock Slide's (probably) not gonna do much against them.

Using Rock Slide to maybe Flinch the Attack Deoxys would probably still be a good idea, though.  Priority one is making sure these Deoxys are either KOed or Flinched so that we can bring them down before they can do anything to us.  Damaging them or Flinching them successfully is helpful no matter what.

We need to have a team to deal Defenses Deoxys, and other to attack Deoxys. You sure guys you can take care of Defense Deoxys? You sword seems the only thing capable of break that defenses.

Percival and Quetzal will focus in Flinch Attack Deoxys. While you and Windos focus in break that defenses. Is that right?

The Sword's the only thing that can quickly deal damage to Deoxys-D.  SE moves can chip away at it too, from what I've been reading.

Sounds like a decent plan.  If Quetzal and Percival don't have any moves SE against Psychic, that's probably the best plan they can implement, too.  Using buffing moves once there's no immediate danger that needs to be dealt with ASAP is another thing to keep in mind.

I'm in favor of Tailwind, simply because it Moves people/Pokemon up on the Initiative and adds more Accuracy to their Attacks, which is bloody dang important. Heck, if Quetzal can get it off before the Attack Form gets a go (or it's Flinched), they could potentially move Cosh up on the ladder above Arete so he can switch the Sword Power buff much more easily to every and anyone else (though I'm mostly thinking off Arete, admitidly). You'd have to check to see if + 2 DEX would bring him above them, but if so that could very well put the Swarm Cutter Wombo Combo online instead of off! Of course, that'd mean you'd have to NOT give Arete the Tailwind buff among the six targets for it in order for that ploy to work (among other things), but that's a sacrifice I'm willing to make to QUICKLY down those dang clones so we can have a moment of respite to heal up a bit before searching/being found by DEOXYS PRIME.

Rock Slide could give the Defense Forms more rubble to toss around at us, though, but between Princess, Arete, and Charizard (If SPed), they shouldn't be a problem, so spam that Move on the Attack Form non-stop!

Understood. But there is other thing to consider: The Frozen Roar. Should I use it's buff effect in who? Cosh? Quetzal? Percival? Also, it is a good idea to Percival set Iron Defense for himself?

Cosh, if he hasn't full healed himself yet. Both Quetzal and Percival are fresh, but he's taken a beating and therefore gained Pained that should be countermended as much as possible with a Helping Hand (buff).

Understood. I also wanted to ask something. @Iron, is Heart at least capable of leaving some of Deoxys Burning? I know my flames can't exactly cause true damage, but only enough to leave a few with Burning Status.

Cosh doesn't have to roll dice when he uses his action to swap a buff, so that might be wasted. On the other hand, he could use his action to pass the Helping Hand buff along. He could be a Baton Pass setup user.

You can't cause Burn, but you could burn up the bodies that faint.
