Oh I certainly am~ ...After I decided which TMs I'd like to have, but I can still do that in-chara-wise in a flashback, so there's no direct need to wait for me.

Here's also that map of the first Floor that I've crudely handdrawn, does it match with your GM-version of the Floor's map? Just curious whether I got things right!~

I do still need a little input from Kee for the second part of that post before I can continue the story.  It's fine if you want to flashback for the TMs, though.

....Whatever you told the Milotic, you certainly did a good enough job to convince the beaut to join up with the group. Just don't get into a betting war or fight over who gets the right to cart them around, as unless Dragonstrike says otherwise I think they're acting like an independent Pokemon (ala Scizors) . If not (IE: They act as a Trainer's Pokemon), then you have more reason to want decide who gets the most marvelous of Pokemon.

If I were to offer my humble opinion, I think Karen should get it. Kee and Kogeki already have some pretty strong and impressive Water types of their own, while the lass doesn't, and I don't think they've been catching a lot of Pokemon beyond a few Ice types. Plus, it might give her a bit of an ego boost that she's been lacking for quite some time, you know? That, and since they're an NPC now under Dragonstrike's control, neither one of you would have to feel too put out by her getting it, since they already 'own' everything in the setting (so to speak) .

Later on, Milotic could be passed along to Rui, as she doesn't have any Pokemon of her own, and it would serve as a perfect guardian for the girl, but that all depends on if the Milotic wants to be passed around or if whomever gets them wants to be so generous.

Finally, if the decision isn't Event sensitive, could the groups progress to the next Floor, and they all retroactively decide who got Milotic?

Yes, I'm all for leaving beautiful Milotic in Karen's care, and I don't mind if they're passed over to Rui later on.

Milotic wouldn't mind being passed to a different person later.  She's basically a full NPC since she's telepathic (and as a consequence is thus more prone to voicing her opinion on matters that concern or interest her), but she can be treated as a standard pokemon regardless, similar to Sally.

I'll start working on Floor 2 of the dungeon.  If you want to give Milotic to Karen now or Rui when the group meets up afterwards, that's fine by me. And if you have anything you might want to trade with Milotic, @Spiritmon, then feel free to flashback to it so long as it wouldn't majorly affect future events.

If you want more consistent access to Milotic, having them travel with Rui might not be a bad idea, tbh. (and Randolph could take Brigid back with a clear conscience)

Never understimate the diplomatic abilities of a Nami ninja. They can surprise you Windos. In my part, I also think Milotic should be give to Karen care. The trainer prove to be strong, and to give under her care is better for us and Dragonstrike since he can easily manage that way better.

Yes.  She's also one of the main characters from Pokemon Colosseum if you're familiar with that game. Aside from Espeon, she doesn't have any pokemon with her.

I think I remember a little. Never play the game but see some videos in youtube. She is kinda partneer of the protagonist I suppose. And I remember in that Espeon is one of the protagonist pokemon starters along with Umbreon.

I need to ask but how old she is right now? By appearance in the Bulbapedia, I would say in that game she would be around...15, maybe 16 years?

Yup, she's basically Wes's partner for the entire game, and Espeon is one of Wes's signature pokemon.

Probably in her mid to late 20s at this point in the timeline of our in game universe.

Pointedly, Rui is not a pokemon trainer in the game, and that is why she has no pokemon of her own.

Question, Dragonstrike: Does Lucas have HMs on him, or did he leave that all stored away of his PC? Because I was thinking of some possible Moves for Paula to learn, and Surf is a pretty nifty one. Bit indescriminate with who it hits, but nifty none the less!

Also, Spiritmon, if its possible, might you try and see if there is a Syrentidite in Milotic's Treasure Pile? While the possibility of Ran getting access to Mega Syrentide is small, it isn't completely remote if I strive at every moment to bond with that adorable little siren, and it's not likely I'll find one along the way unless I have Ran start praying to the mystery force to spit one out for him. Max Happiness or Loyalty is need to trigger Mega Evos, right?
