That'd be mean - but it'd also be for Nucleon's best, so Shiva would very likely take that step as a last resort.

Now, something different: @Lord Windos, unless you've got plans with the two Half Life TMs Ven looted that requires them both, could I possiblly, maybe... have one of them to teach this move to smol Nucleon? They're illegal, yes - but since when does Ven care about that, and with his help it should be not much of an issue to completely destroy the used TM without any trace and then say 'There was only one'.

Ven has no plans for using any of the Nuclear TMs, but as Dragonstrike alluded to he's more liable to turning them in to Dagny for both browney points with her and not blatently break his new homes law and get shitcanned for it than handing them over to ANYONE. He may not be as well read as Nathan is about the Nuclear Disaster and all the nastiness of Radiation and Nuclear Pokemon, but at this point he likely knows enough that A) He wants absolutely ZERO to do with that sort of scientific atrocity, and B) He does NOT want it to possible trigger ANOTHER crisis/Disaster in Cheshire OR affect his friends negative. I may not have him said anything, but Nucleon's discovery and Shiva trying (and succeeding) in being super duper cuddly friends with them isn't doing Ven's nerves, concerns, or fears very well at all.

In fact, I say that is the reason he hasn't really said or done anything besides perhaps pocketing his loot (and not telling anyone about it), and backing away from Nucleon slowly to Nathan + Heart, trying to not spook himself or the cute but potentially deadily unnatural abomination from zapping anyone with corrupting Radiation and/or cooking them alive like the skeletons. He's scared, but trying to keep himself perfectly composed and calm, since rash or paranoid behavior is the last thing necessary right now. Since he didn't tell anyone about the loot he found, Shiva and the rest would have to ask him, and from there I have to decide if he'll want to share that infomation or lie about it to protect everyone from their danger. If he DOES tell them, you'd have to convince him to let you have a Half Life TM despite his better judgement, and no doubt against any arguments that Nathan has said before about Nuclear Pokemon and maybe will say about Nuclear TMs.

.....Of course, he could teach Nuclear Wind to Lucifer if he really wanted, and now that I wrote that the idea is suddenly very tempting. Having access to Nuclear power would be a interesting addition to the researcher's tools, and his super Bond with his draco bat more or less ensures it won't go berserk if it accidentally gets Corrupted by the Move. Hmm......

Oh, I see - hmm well, those are good points you're bringing up, especially that one about Ventus being so unnerved about his love now having taken the place of smol Nucleon's new caretaker hits me. In that case, I think I'll settle for Shiva not asking at all what he looted from the dead bodies and therefor not having her know of these Half Life TMs. It'd be quite a useful and encouraging move on Nucleon, but if I have to decide between that and not driving any more of a wedge between the erratic sociologist and natural fae-enthusiast over Nukemon and Nukemoves - I take the latter. Sounds good?

Well, as someone who experience from Nuclear Pokemon, if you and Ventus pull off 2 Half-Life together, you can pretty much decimate any foe around you with your own version of Full Life Combo.

Basically since Half-Life is basically a Super Fang with Nuclear Power it can cause super effective damage against anything who is not Steel-type. Even Steel-types can fear such move.

And Pokemons with Dual Type?

Well, lets just say Dragonstrike Heliolisk learn the devastation power of Full Life Combo. One-hit-kill. Or maybe I should say one round kill.

That was in CCV.  That's probably not how it works in Skull Ruins.  At all. This is a much tamer, far less crazy campaign than CCV was, with much fewer improvised mechanics that are downright busted in this kind of system.

Half Life is mechanically identical to Super Fang in Uranium.  No type advantages factored in.

Yeapers! Iron's campaign is a very much grounded, logical one compared to mine (for better and worse), so I don't think they'd make Nuclear Damage/Radiation to be anyway near horrendous mechanically and storywise like I did. Perhaps as a Plot Device Threat, sure, and the Type probably had some nastiness prior to the game going diceless (and still does most likely, but that's mitigated by the dicelessness), but it's not going to be a hecking huge deal threat right now, me thinks.

Given the story weigh that's been given to Nuclear Type , I can imagine its Moves would have some side effects or the like beyond the mechanical Damage and Effects. No way of telling that unless Iron confirms it, though.

FYI for everyone: I'm not going to be able to post most of the day, since I'm join my dad at work later on today. This shouldn't be a problem I think, but I just want to let you know so you can move on without me in both campaigns without delaying things for my shake. So see you then, mates!

Just in case you accidently missid it, @Spiritmon: You input is needed in GameThread to progress. If you're just busy, pay me no mind please!

Different thing, I lately overhauled notes on Shiva's Pokemon and added the HM Moves wherever applicable. No need to outplay them learning the move via the machine I take, as 1. this action auto-succeeds and 2. no Pokemon that gets the move is disobediant or otherwise troublesome. Follwing are the Pokemon of hers that now know the respective HM Move:

Hey, looks like Ven's paranioa paid off in this case! Score one for the mad scientist!

If Heart is willing to share his findings before attempting to dispel the Scimitar spells/seals, he'd probably suggest sending Porygon Z and Pulse through the Safe Path and have them get started on trying to crack those keypads. Since they float and don't directly touch the floor and/or have some ranged electronic hacking capabilities, they should be able to reach those keypads to work their 'magic' on them safely enough, and if not they Shiva can use the Shield to protect them from the Effects of those tiles just in case so the group can get to the next area. If their are seals in front of the next doorway and unlocking the door doesn't depower then, then Heart can work to dispel just those to save the group some time/effort.

Of course, I'm now wondering about the nature of those seal and why they are connected to those various rooms, and what the heck is being kept in such a locked down state that requires such security, but I suppose we'll get those answers in due time....

But @Lord Windos dear, me and Shiva do happen to have one of the correct passwords to be entered into these keypads. Can I now go and enter it to see what will happen?

OOC, how does Shiva know one of those Passwords again? I'm a mite bit confused about that, but didn't really care enough about the matter until Nathan and Heart decided to get all confrontation about it (for and against Shiva), and depending on the answer I'll decide if Ventus needs to put forth his two cents or not.
