But... Is it legit for a member of a split-evolution-line to learn a move that actually only the other split-evolution learns???? I'm confused... If it IS legit however, then I'm all fine to let you pick up this TM for the third Fairy-Slot, just kinda needs GM's confirmation.

That's what the Scims intended to use the Neverstone for, and what I wanted to use it for originally as well (which I explained in the Fairy section).  This also isn't exactly super relevant to the campaign by the book/Iron's rules, but Ralts are also able to learn Misty Terrain as an Egg move in Gen 7 and via the TM in Gen 8.  It's not completely far fetched for a Gallade to be able to use the move, imo.

That's comprehensible and makes sense. However @Iron, can you confirm whether Nathan's Gallade is legit or not to learn Misty Terrainplease? I'm sorry to bother and ping you, but this is kinda relevant as it decides who of us two claims a third Fairy-TM from the Elemental Rooms.

Guillotine isn't a TM.

Nidoqueen doesn't get Horn Drill in the book either.

The only 100% valid option among those according to the rules Iron has been using is Horn Drill on the male Nidoran line because it's a level up move for them.

There's also no guarantees OHKOes will work in the situations where you'd want to use them the most, so I'd personally be hesitant to pick one up.

You sure know how to mess up the fun of someone Dragonstrike.

He's just reminding you of the rules to follow concerning the TMs we're allowed to pick up, is all Spirit, those I mentioned towards you once already. (^_^; ) No need to be huffy about that please, okay?

Just stating the facts of those moves with regards to those pokemon since you asked for input.

And as we keep having to tell you: we're not using sources other than the corebook to reference movepools for Skull Ruins.

Ugh fine. @Iron is Swampert capable of learn Earthquake/Blizzard? Just need a clarification about it.

To be fair, it IS hard to keep track of that fact, given how far our charas had come and all when it comes to their Moves and capabilities. That, and as I said before more or less, restricting learnable Moves via TMs/Tutur  to just what a Pokemon can learn in the Corebook without negotiating special exceptions and/or Surprises! for 'unlisted' Move  has always been an inherently disagreeable and confusing notion to me, since it smacks to mind using a abirtary limitation and lack of flexibility as 'false balancing' of a game state then anything else.

I'm glad the Nucleon situation is more or less resolved, but I'm not entirely pleased you took away any input and a lot of credit away from Ventus and Shiva by having Nathan monopolized the intelligence reporting. He's not going to be a happy camper with the fact his friend road over him in that area, no matter how gentle, well meaning, and efficient they were trying to be with his decision.
Like the wind, I come and go as I please... but I am always there to provide a comforting breeze.

You can look up yourself:
--> Earthquake should be fine, but Blizzard doesn't appear in any of lists of the Mudkip Line's corebook-list unfortunately.

Oh, @Dragonstrike, I just realized Signal Beam is no TM at all in any canon Gen., so unfortunately no picking of this move for neither Starmie nor me (as if it was a TM, I would picked one too, but ended up scapping this)

It was a TM earlier in the campaign, but if I must strike it from the list, then so be it...

Okay. Then I take Earthquake as my TM choice. With Heart Earthpower and helmet it sure gonna let things shake a bit.
