Ayeeeeee, if this special tree is featured in fairy tales a lot, Shiva has certainly heard of it!~ ♡(◕‿◕) Same if Whimiscott loooooves this tree a lot, she lets her fluffy fluffball explore and enjoy the tree to her heart's content. Her fave game is to hide in the canopy and float along any fallen leaf acommpanied by some summoned cotton spores! It's been a bit since Shiva's dearest Startermon got to enjoy some casual downtime like this, it warms Shiva's sensitive heart to watch. <3

But these... Gracidea petals that have taken a beating lately pain her sensitive heart instead... (._. ) But, have they taken a beating from the invasion of Deoxys Prime or is it more the doing of something different? Can Shiva, Primal Espeon or Yena with Odor Sleuth tell? It makes a difference how she continues.

I think the question is more 'do we get Professor Laurelin involved in this, or do we find another way to discreetly revive the fossil (like Terra pouring research into it)?'

Nathan definitely knows Laurelin can keep a secret, and would be fine with her reviving the fossil if it can be done discreetly.  If Dagny can vouch for Laurelin as well, then maybe it's time to ask for the opinion of the local paleontology expert.

"Well, I can say that Gallade doesn't have any apparent issues with her, and with something this one-of-a-kind, I think we definitely need an expert in the field to make sure everything goes smoothly.  No offense Terra, but Laurelin does have a degree in her field.  And yeah, she'd definitely love to hear about this discovery.  She was already excited enough when I told her about the primitive Aerodactyl and undead Charizard I caught in the Skull Ruins.  I can already imagine the kind of reaction she'd have to hearing we found the fossil of a Legendary pokemon."

"So, unless there's any objections to involving Laurelin, I'm inclined to say we should contact her and see if we can arrange for her to help us revive the fossil discreetly, with as few modifications as possible. The sooner, the better."

So, any objections to that plan from Dagny, Terra, or Ventus? If not, then let's give her a call (or Nathan can pay her a visit if she can't pick up the phone right now).

Terra would hardly be offended by Nathen's suggestion, as it is both sound and practical and this Revival matter was not something he'd get overly upset by if he was passed over for managing. He wants what is best for the group AND currently dead Genesect, so if bringing in another person into the fold and having them help bring about its new life would better ensure a favorable outcome for all.....so be it.

Despite that, though, he'd be still be somewhat hesitant about including Dr. Laurelin, mainly because he desires to have some involvement in the Revivification process and subsequent breakdown study, and he's a bit afraid he and his institution will end up getting edged out in the grand scheme of things. Losing out on that practical/hands on experience would greatly hinder his own efforts into understanding the Genesect species as a whole, so if that could be avoided he'd be a whole lot more confident about adding more people onto the Revivification efforts.

Ventus, on the other hand......well, he'd be rather sour and skeptical about Dr. Laurelin. After his own history with 'his' Genesect and the people that were also 'involved' with it, he's extremely distrusting of ANYONE being involved in its Revivification unless they underwent a THOROUGH background check, signed the sort of NDAs that would raise the hairs of just about anybody, and/or could be so firmly put under thumb they couldn't do squat unless he or the group says so. This message (which he would send to Nathan only) sums up his feelings the best: ' The last time a wide and unfettered selection of Researchers and Scientists were brought on in to resurrect and study Genesect, the outcome was Sliverfish. Mankind's history with the Mythical Species has not be a charitable one, and I'm loathed to give any opportunity for them to be so horribly exploited again, no matter how slight or remote it may be.'

Still, as I stated earlier, Ven has given his full confidence into Nate in all things concerning Genesect(s), so if they insist on including DR. Laurelin without extensive preparations to eradicate any possibility of foul play or SCIENTIFIC FERVOR! on their part he'll give his blessing to it. He'll be irritated about it, no helping that, but he won't fight or quarrel about it either. That's good at least, right?

In that case, I recommend using Gallade or another trained Psychic type to help vet this researcher fully, and only divulge the complete details of our goal in person at either Dagny's office or another similarly secure location. Forcing her to sign a NDA and making a prerequisite that a group member or a representative of us needs to directly work with her would also be prudent. If you're going to be broaching this issue with Dr. Laurelin, you should do so fully prepared, I believe."

Ah, so if it's 'just' from the invasion of Primal Deoxys on the coment, there's no third party involved - Shiva is very very glad about this, having gotten worried already that something or someone around poses a danger towards the Gracideas and this special Arrowbark.

Naturally she wishes to do something to help the Gracidea and Tiny Yellow Flowers to recover a little, and so she calls for help of her various Pokemon. Following Shiva's word, they all work together in an attempt to 'revive', clean and re-fertilize this area around the Arrowbark and Annie's grave full of the yellow flowers:

Tropius, Raphael and Whimsicott combine their flying capabilities to 'clean' the are of any dust, some held back Gusts and Air Slashes from the leafy sauopode and serene angel go hand in hand with the fluffballs's Tail- and Fairy Wind.
Delphox casts and sings a mellifluous Lucky Chant to bring some fortune to the place.
Meanwhile Gloom is busy summoning as much miraculous grass via her Grassy Terrain move as she can, putting particular emphasis around the grave of Annie and directly below the Arrowbark.
Whimsicott is excited to try her unique Grass Pledge to call for even more grass and vegetation! She really enjoys the mischief she could do with this skill.
Vaporeon and Nightshade do their parts to provide enough water and sunlight for the summoned vegetation to ingrain properly with their Rain Dance and Sunny Day respectfully.
Clefairy is asked to call for the help of the cosmos, qute literally with her Cosmic Power move. She absorbs the energy she receives and channels it into the area. Primal Espeon can aid that via Psych Up.
Delphox and Chihiro (Luxi) gently burn some dead wood with Mystical Fire and Flamethrower to then distribute the nutrious ashes. The potassium in it comes in handy!
And finally, Vaporeon and Chi will cast a Wish over the place, wishing for recovery and blessing!

Everything with the Helping Hands of Azu and Furret of course! They're eager and determined to aid where they can.


That should be all... An exhausting action for Shiva and her Pokemon, so they kinda need to take a break right here at first. And share some good food and cuddles for a job well done. Hopefully though it does help a bit... She can still ask for Heart's aid in case though, given that he restores some nature beforehand already.
