When Kogeki blacks out briefly, he dreams. He's not in the Glacial Ruins anymore. Somewhere sunny. Isolated.
Religious.
He finds himself in a clearing in an unfamiliar place. The sky above is clear. Peaceful. Serene.
Surrounding him are pillars of stone and rock. Four of them. Above each, a swirl of wind and energy. One with water. One with heat. One with leaves and lightning. And one with snowflakes that surely should be melting and yet aren't. Writing adorns each stone, perhaps detailing their purpose or what they represent. But Kogeki does not have the time to analyze them more closely.
The sky is suddenly not clear. It clouds over, the sky becoming a dark shadow as black clouds block out the light. Bolts of black lightning strike three of the pillars. The fourth, the one with water swirling above it in the wind, goes untouched. But the energy above it simply vanishes. The remaining three localized storms take on a dark, shadowy tint.
And Kogeki hears a low growling coming from the treeline surrounding the shrine.
"Grrrrrrrrrrrr...."
Just as suddenly, Kogeki finds himself somewhere else again. An undefined space, a place of swirling colors and memories, sights and sounds both old and new.
World of Memories: Benevolent Spirit - PMD: Rescue Team DX
As he tries to figure out what this all means, he finds that someone is behind him.
"Well, you're certainly a conflicted individual, aren't you? So much turmoil, darkness and light...all wrapped up in one small creature..."
The voice is feminine, and the surroundings suddenly go from being a rainbow to primarily shades of pink and purple as Kogeki sees a strange yet familiar sight. Floating on a cloud much like Tornadus had been before his transformation is a pink, humanoid being with her hair wrapped in a heart shape and a giant snake with heart shaped eyes and spots wrapped around her body. The tail end of the snake disappers into the back of the cloud, so it might also be a tail? But it moves and acts like a snake, so it's unclear if it's actually a separate creature or not.
The individual's so reminiscent of the Legendary that Team Omega Seekers just faced, and yet...there's something different about her.
The pokemon floats closer to Kogeki and offers him a hand. Her voice is smooth, gentle. Almost flirtatious.

"I am Enamorus. Come, walk with me. I am sure you have questions about what you have just seen."
It's like there's a gentle, loving aura surrounding her that none in her presence can escape. Being in Enamorus's presence is almost intoxicating, possibly even a little stifling, especially for a pokemon as sensitive to emotions as a Riolu.

It's not just Keldeo's horn that glows this time as he prepares to attack. It's his entire body as his hair grows longer and general shape becomes more defined. His horn grows longer not just because it's being extended with energy for an attack, but because it's actually growing longer and more jagged. No longer is a colt standing before the party.
Keldeo has transformed into his Resolute form!
Kogeki strikes first and fast. Not quite as fast as in the pictured gif, but fast enough that Tornadus is struggling to follow the little Riolu as he bounces off all the icicles in the room, slashing at Tornadus with every pass!
"Kurayami Omega Arts: Calming Aura, Ice Crushing Cutting!"
Quick Attack 1

"Kurayami Omega Arts: Dusk Veil, Prayer of Shadows!"
Shadow Punch 2

No damage, but the wind barrier takes 1 PDD!

And technically, Kogeki wouldn't be able to land the third blow just yet, but Keldeo syncs up with him for a cross attack!
"Kurayami Omega Arts: Cross Edge, Tao Te King!"
"Witness my Resolute Justice! My ultimate technique!"
Secret Swooorrrrd!!! 1

Tornadus takes 2 damage!
4/30 HP -3 Pain
The wind barrier takes 1 PDD!
Total PDD: 3
Kogeki's kunai cuts through the wind barrier! Keldeo's horn doubles in size and cuts through Tornadus from a distance, passing through him physically without Keldeo needing to directly strike him!
And the wind barrier is cut to ribbons by the combination and dissipates!
Kogeki looks exhausted by the time he's finished attacking. By contrast, Keldeo has taken command, looking incredibly heroic as he finishes attacking in sync with Kogeki!
"Now! Let's finish this!"
"You've got it! One angry flying rodent coming right up!"

Tornadus takes 2 damage!
2/30 HP -3 Pain
Madame Twintales almost looks serene as she watches this scene unfold. "It is time to bring peace back to this sanctuary, this remnant of tragedy. Begone intruder."
And a beam of ice shortly follows!
Ice Beam 1
(6)(3)(3)(3)(2)(5)(1)(4)
(5)(2)(2)

Tornadus takes 2 damage and faints!
"KAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWW!!!"
Tornadus screeches in pain as the Ninetales threatens to freeze him in place, and a rush of air fills the room. Everyone finds it harder to breathe momentarily as all the air in the room gets sucked towards Tornadus, the sound of the bird pokemon screeching becoming more and more muffled as the air in the room continues to be vacuumed into a small space.
Silence. Complete silence.
Kogeki, as exhausted as he is from putting so much of his resolve into those last few strikes, passes out from the lack of air.
And then the room is filled with what sounds like a violent explosion as dark, shadowy wind explodes out of Tornadus, rushing to all four corners of the room and escaping through any crack in the ice it can find.
And then everything is silent once more as the snow stops falling.
Platina, Kogeki, Kee, and Hoopa all gain 30 exp.
When everyone who's still conscious realizes they can breathe again, they immediately notice three things.
One: Kogeki is unconscious. A little scratched and bruised from Tornadus's Acrobatics, but otherwise unharmed. He's passed out purely from exhaustion.
Two: Tornadus isn't unconscious, but seems to be exhausted and is struggling to put himself upright. He's still in his Therian form as well.
Three: The big door that Tornadus burst through at the start of the fight is still behind them rather than Tornadus.
"Well...all's well that ends well I guess? Oh, and I hope you guys don't mind, but I took the opportunity to absorb a bit of that power that escaped when you beat that big bird. Hehehehe~ Oh, it's going to be so much fun to command the wind!"
Hoopa has learned how to call upon the power of Bleakwind Storm!
How do Platina and Kee react? (As for Kogeki, I have something a little different in mind for him in a moment)
Kogeki's and Keldeo's heroic tag team blitz was quite the sight to behold for the shiny birdie. The defiant shouting, the fernetic energy, the sheer spirit to power through and conquer they most dreadful foes....it all reminded her of the all stories and plays she grew up with. The ones about Heroes, Human and not, defying all odds, overcoming great hardship and adversity to see their quests done, and by the end of it all standing triumphant.
Seeing the soulful ninja, tired from his near untraceable assault yet so full of resolve and willing to continue and put everything on the line for victory. Seeing the punk star Kee, standing nearby with fur abristling yet strangely joyful, ready to Clash with the Wind God again and again to defend her and everyone else. Seeing everyone else's unrelenting force, the certainty they were righteous in their Actions and that they would win. Seeing it all, seeing the whole group usurp The Therian Tornadous and the explosive outcome ....it filled her with wonder. It made her wonder:
'Is this...what it means to be an Adventurer? No...to be Great? To be bold, brave, and Heroic? No matter the odds, no matter the blasphemy, no matter the cost, no matter what? Or is it more simple? Just standing up for what you believe in, and standing up for others, even if challenges that which should not be challenged? Both? More?
'I... I don't know. Not now. I need time to ponder all this. I do know this for certain, though....'
Platina gazed upon her teammates, panting as she regained her breath and settled herself, not with reverence or awe, but with respect.
'I will learn much from these Heroes. '
In the direct aftermath of the Fight against a God, Platina glances over Kogeki briefly before leaving him alone for the time being. A medic or cleric she is not, and dealing with Exhaustion was an especially tricky matter even in the most ideal of circumstances, let alone out in the Wilds.
Hoopa's comments earns him a curious and slightly suspicious look, though it's all colored by a sense of ingrained belief and a bit of cowed hesitance.
"...Not quite how I would put it, but I suppose you are right in the end, oh Great Genie of Portals. That aside, and forgive me for saying this, but are you certain it is a good idea to steal the Divine Power of another Legend? Especially when it was so... corrupted and chaotic? I know not the full extent of your Domains, Authority, and Powers, but surely it would be wiser to not push things so.....brazenly?"
After speaking with Hoopa, she would, after a moment of indecisiveness and worry, puff herself up resolutely and waddled over to the Therian Tornadous, standing before Them with a look of concern and expectation.
"Oh Therian Tornadous, are you well and sound of mind at last? Or are there yet other forces lingering that trouble you so? Please, answer us all..."
(The matter of the Door is being ignored for the time being by Platina, if one is wondering.)

Only when it's silent, completely silent again, Ziggy Kee dares to move a single muscle and unglue his eyes from the now-defeated Legendary. Only then he allows himself to loosen his stance a little, allows himself to take a deep and relieved breath. And then -

Daxter frowns, walks over and tries to push Zeraora off Thundurus. "Oi, you fucking deaf or something? Didn't I say it was the shadows? Leave them alone or we'll start on you too! I get it, you're worried about your boss but if you start beating on a barely conscious Pokemon we're gonna have problems. Just ask them your fucking questions. They're not going anywhere."
He then turns to Thundurus. "How'd the shadows get on you? We fought some Pokemon with that crap all over them and they were just like you. Insane and buck wild. Only calmed down once we beat the shadows out of them."
To Karen, Daxter pauses. "Buddy... Back in Sahra Town? That's... the one good piece of news I got all day, love! Thanks!"

Kogeki was confused by all these visions. What were they? Are they visions of his past as a human? Or it is...something else? He was in the ground, confused by all these visions and what they mean. Then he was startled by the appearance of the Legendary being.
At first, he was hesitated in take the hand of the Legendary Pokemon. Specially since she is so much similar to Tornadus. However...her Aura is calm but more intoxicating. Besides, if he try to face her, he will problably be killed. And he is weak after use so much strengh against Tornadus. So he accept Enamorus hand and stand up.
"...Thank you." It was all he could say at first. After walking he do have some questions. "What...exatcly you are? Are you a Legendary Pokemon too? And...you looks similar to Tornadus. Are you...related to him? And what is this place?"
Kogeki put a hand in his head, feeling dizzy. "I sorry if I have so many questions...Last thing I remember me and my friends was facing Tornadus who was consumed by some type of...darkness and we were facing him...I feel loosing consciousnous, and see that...vision. What was that vision? What it means? And...what you mean about turmoil about darkness and light?"

Hoopa simply chuckles in response to Platina's uncertainness.
"Oh, little birdy, you have no idea what I am truly capable of. It isn't just the powers of Legendaries I can summon, but the Legends themselves as well! Or I would be able to, if my powers hadn't been sealed by some meddlesome force. Ooh, but I can feel it starting to come back now. I'm this close to having a suitable portion of my power back to start performing great feats! And the more power I regain, the more helpful I can be for your team.~ Win-win, right? You should remember that, because I guarantee that you'll want to call on my aid at some point. I highly doubt that this'll be the last you see of Legendary pokemon. Oh no, the adventure is just beginning! Hehehehe.~"
After that Tornadus pulls themselves up enough to look at Platina directly. He seems to be...puzzled.
"...after nearly blanketing this continent in an unending blizzard and threatening you and your friends, you choose to show me compassion? Ha...haha...it's almost enough to make me laugh..."
He shakes his head, trying to clear his thoughts.
"...I am fine now. Weakened, but I will recover before long. There are no more forces influencing my actions, whatever they may have been. I am more concerned about another."

Madame Twintales, Emolga, and Keledo watch as Kee suddenly loses his cool, and aren't quite sure what to make of it.
As for Kee's question, Madame Twintales seems to be a bit confused by everything that's going on.
"We've been in the palace this entire time, Kee. It's all just...ruined, from when it fell out of the sky and crashed here. As for that big door...well, it leads to the palace's treasure room, though there shouldn't be much left in there. That was where Master Kyurem was housing the Bittercold while it was gaining strength. It is a forbidden place, filled with many bad memories."
"As for Master Kyurem's whereabouts, if what the frism earlier said is accurate, they simply are not here. The Altar of Ice...it certainly sounds like a place where Master Kyurem would be. I'm afraid I don't know where it is, though. I was simply tasked with guarding this place. I am sure there was good reason for that, though that is something I have not been able to determine during my time here. Master Kyurem specifically advised me to not venture into the palace's depths unless it was strictly necessary."
"Well, I think checking out a treasure room is a fantastic idea! Who's with me?"
"No Bittercold anymore, and we've beaten Tornadus, so it should be safe to explore a little more. Count me in. Though we should probably try to wake Kogeki up first."
Madame Twintales sighs. "...I suppose these are extraordinary circumstances. Checking the treasure room is likely advisable given that is where Tornadus appeared from. The door being behind us instead of Tornadus now is rather troubling, though..."
Hoopa floats over to interject. "Well duuuuuhhhhh, of course the door's behind us now. Didn't you hear me say we're in the Mirror World? This is the domain of the Four Therians, the Seasonal Winds. Everything here is reversed. And very similar to my situation, the Therians' true powers are sealed here. And as if that wasn't enough, we have one teensy little problem: we're stuck here. Only the Therians are able to manipulate what comes and goes from their realm. And I don't think Tornadus is any condition to send us back to the real world right now, sooooo..."

Thanks!"
Zeraora backs off without another word at both Karen and Daxters' urging, but they definitely seem to be very grumpy about it. They let Karen and Daxter lead the questioning for now.
Thundurus gives Daxter a grateful look, then answers the question in a rather frank manner.
"The Seasonal Shrine. It was suddenly overtaken by dark, shadowy weather one day. Drove almost all of the Incarnates wild. Only one escaped. I barely remember it happening..."

"*Sigh* Sorry...You gave me your name and I did not even gave mine. My name is Kogeki. Kogeki "Anubis" Kurayami. Ninja of sand and sea. And member of Team Omega Seekers. Or OS for short."
Enamorus smiles. "You are correct. I am a Legendary pokemon, the Harbinger of Spring. Tornadus is one of my...associates, shall we say. The Winter Blizzard. He and I are polar opposites in many ways. It is fine if you have questions, little one. There are many things I can likely answer for you."
She thinks for a moment about how to respond to Kogeki's next series of inquiries as the Riolu walks alongside her. The colors around them continue to shift and pulse with an unknowable rhythm.
"That vision you just saw...that was the moment I lost much of what was dear to me. This place is a wellspring of memory, a realm that exists between places. I can sense that you've seen it before. And this place can sense that inner turmoil of yours as well, just like I can. It isn't just Spring that I represent, but also new beginnings. New feelings. You can probably guess which ones I mean.~" She smiles again, and Kogeki can feel that loving aura of comfort and gentleness intensifying. And it seems...familiar.
As soon as Kogeki thinks he's on the verge of remembering something though, the feeling vanishes, and Enamorus continues. "You and I are much alike, Kogeki Kurayami. Filled with love and good, but with a darker side as well. One of hate and vengeance." Her words in that final sentence have more punch to them than any of the ones that came before. Her form flickers for a moment, seeming to become something else entirely, and the aura around her suddenly feels uncomfortably stifling. Angry. The surrounding colors turn from comforting pinks and purples to violent reds and oranges as Kogeki hears the sound of a snake hissing aggressively.
As quickly as it shifts though, it tuns back just as swiftly. Kogeki struggles to not be overwhelmed by the emotional whiplash.
"I can sense you've lost someone dear to you, little human. I have lost someone dear to me as well. That day where our shrine was overwhelmed by that dark, sinister storm was the day that Tornadus, Thundurus, and Landorus started losing themselves. I was fortunate enough to be able to flee, but I often find myself regretting decision. If I had stayed, tried to help, maybe things would have turned out differently...a struggle similar to your own, from what I can tell."
The colors shift again briefly, forming another scene. The darkness of a cave. The sound of falling rocks as it begins to collapse. And once again, Kogeki feels like he's on the verge of remembering something, but it's just out of reach...!
Enamorus turns to face Kogeki as the scene returns to being swirls of pink and purple. "I must thank you for freeing Tornadus from the grip of that terrible darkness that was shrouding him. And I can sense that Thundurus has been freed as well. But this is not over yet. Landorus is still being influenced by whatever this dark force is. You must go to the Island of Storms, located in the Sea of Wonders. The island is due south of the Water Continent. You will find some of what you are seeking there."
As the Legendary says that, the colorful surroundings and Enamorus start fading away. Before they finally vanish though, Kogeki hears one last thing from the Harbinger of Spring.
"Should you have need of my assistance in the battle to come, have your mischievous companion call on me. I shall arrive on the winds of Spring as you combat the heat of Summer."
And as the images fade away, Kogeki wakes up. And for some strange reason, he feels refreshed and ready to go. Bruised, but not that much worse for wear all things considered.
Kogeki is no longer exhausted.
-----------------------------
"Well, look who's awake! Finally decided to rejoin us, huh?"
Kogeki wakes up to find Emolga poking at him.
"Was starting to wonder if I should give you a little zap to try and wake ya up, ya know? A little electricity works wonders for making pokemon less tired I hear."
Looking around, Kogeki can see Platina talking with Tornadus, while Kee is talking with Hoopa and Madame Twintales. Keldeo seems to be watching Emolga skeptically.
The door that Tornadus entered through is also still behind Team OS instead of Tornadus, but Kogeki also notices something else:
The Frism that Sue had used to record her message is glinting in the light, almost like it has another message to play. Nobody else had noticed because Kogeki had collapsed right next to it.
"Helllloooooo, Paradise to Kogeki, are you there? Am I going to have to shock you to wake you up after all? You look kinda spaced out still."

To Zeraora, she repeats Xatu's Prophecy,
Disturb not the harmony of Fire, Water, Ice, nor Lightning, lest these spirits wreak destruction upon the lands in which they run to and fro.
Though the sky's great guardian has descended to quell the fighting, alone its efforts have failed. Thus the world shall be blanketed in Shadows.
Oh Chosen Ones, by thine hands, bring together all four. Their powers combined shall help tame the Beast of War.
and says, "I think Raikou is the Lightning we are looking for..."
To Thundurus:
"Which one escaped, and where can we find the one that didn't?"
