Platina has little trouble with persuading the small Petilil to join Team OS. They seem to be rather awestruck by how commanding the bird seems to be despite being almost as beat up as they are. Petilil was recruited to Team Omega Seekers!
By contrast, Daxter finds it's actually quite hard to convince an evolved pokemon to join a team primarily with words. The Crustle weakly swipes at Daxter with a claw, missing but delivering a message all the same: it doesn't really care for the compliments and grand goals.
There isn't really any time to attempt another recruitment, so it's on to grabbing the items!

Kogeki and Daxter attempt to grab 3 items each! Every time an item is grabbed without triggering a trap, the odds of triggering a trap go up. Every time a trap is triggered though, the odds reset and the chance of triggering another trap decreases (there's only so many traps in the room, after all). By splitting the work and grabbing items simultaneously, everyone has the same odds of triggering traps, but can gather the items more quickly.
Kogeki's Foresight:

First item for each team is free! There's at least one item within arm's reach of both teams, so there's little risk for grabbing them. Getting greedy and wanting more than one item per team is where the fun begins though...
Second item: normal trap triggering odds for Daxter (4 or less), but Kogeki can avoid triggering one trap by using his tracking abilities to carefully spot an area that the wild pokemon have been specifically avoiding. They seem to instinctively know where the traps are even though they can't see them...

Daxter is battered by sudden bursts of prickly, barbed seeds no matter where he tries to stand. It's in rather stark contrast to Kogeki expertly dodging every single trap in the room.

This just isn't Daxter's day apparently, but he did at least manage to grab some items. After Kogeki and Daxter redistribute the items among their teams' bags, Roserade and Rhyperior urge everyone onwards. Whenever the large group of pokemon run into a smaller group of wild pokemon, Roserade and Rhyperior are quick to dispatch them, allowing the group to keep moving until they reach the depths of the Island of Storms.
Woodland of Storms
As the treeline begins to thicken, the group finally reaches a Kangaskhan Statue, signaling a transition in the structure of the Mystery Dungeon and a chance to rest for a moment. Rhyperior and Roserade visibly relax now that there's no chance of being ambushed by a large group of wild pokemon.
"Well, that was a little too harrowing for my liking. Normally fighting wild pokemon of that level wouldn't be an issue for us."
Rhyperior's response is gruff. "Harumph. That's monster houses for ya. Though this one did seem to have larger than normal. We're lucky these strangers came along."
"Oh, right, we haven't had a proper introduction yet have we? I'm Roserade, and this is Rhyperior. We're members of the Master Rank Expedition Team known as Team Raiders, treasure hunters extraordinaire. And you all are...?"
"Dedenne and Bunnelby of the Expedition Society, at your service!"
"Emolga and Keldeo of Emolga's En...I mean, Paradise!"
"Madame Twintales, loyal disciple of Master Kyurem."
Roserade gives the Ninetales a curious look, though the next introductions pique her curiosity even more.
"Zeraora, retainer of Lord Raikou."
"Hoopa!"
"Just Hoopa?"
"Just Hoopa!~ That's all you need to know!~"
"Hmmmmmm...and how about the rest of you?"
"I'm Braixen. Daughter of the Adventurers' Guild's Guildmaster Delphox. These are Teams Omega Seekers and Night Wardens from that same guild. They were sent on a mission to locate you after you'd failed to report back when expected." (you may do individual introductions if desired)
"Yes, we have run into some...complications recently. This Mystery Dungeon is more confounding than the average one. We're not even entirely sure how we got here, let alone how to leave. Escape Orbs are doing nothing. That does raise the question of how you all got here though. And how such a motley mix of pokemon ended up banding together, I might add."
Braixen tries to change the topic. "...well, we're here now. We've found you. But isn't there supposed to be a third member of your team? A Gallade, right?"
"Gallade went ahead on a scouting mission. With his psychic powers, we were hoping that maybe he could figure out a way to get out of here."
"...and yet we haven't seen nor heard from him since he went ahead. I was hoping he would be here, at the halfway point, but as he is nowhere to be seen, I have a bad feeling about this...we need to find him, and quickly. I'm beginning to worry that he's run into trouble deeper in the Mystery Dungeon..."
Being surrounded by so many friendly faces during this rest is a little invigorating. Everyone is fully healed and regains 1 Will point during this rest period. You may take some time to converse with your allies before proceeding deeper into the dungeon.

She is genuinely glad to see the group. *ahem* "A-anyways, I think it best if we team back up for the foreseeable future." The flustered feelings from somewhere make her expend the second sentence in seemingly one breath!
She still has a nagging feeling about Xatu's prophecy and their groups' current rift.

Kogeki was not good in words, but he try nonetheless say something. Damn it Kogeki, think in something! You need to give that team a good first impression. Scout ahead in the danger? Sure no problem. Face a legendary Blizzard Bird? Cool, no sweat. But make social impressions? He is no way good at that.
How would Pyra or Kee would say?
Kogeki think that, and he was kinda sad since he miss Pyra. But no time to think in sad things. He quick organize his ideas and words to say what (in his mind) would more or less say Pyra or Kee.

Kogeki then give a respectful bown like in the japan they do in respect to superiors. After a few embarassing seconds, he retract himself and was red in embarrasing.
"Sorry...this apresentation sounded more cool in my head...Like I said, I not good in this kind of thing Kee..." He then hide behind his scarf ashamed of his words.

Kogeki does greet back Karen. He did something he rare does: He show a genuine smile. "Likewise Karen. You also looks a bit more stronger too. You grown a little. How you doing?"
Kogeki be in the same room as Daxter quite make him...umcomfortable since the last time they both meet each other. They walk different paths, and the separation was not either good or positive. He doesnt hate Daxter, but the same time is not happy to see him. But...despite what he thinks or feel, they have a job to do. Defeat Landorus. And then they will walk different paths again.

Platina gives a bright smile as Petilil responded eagerly to their proposition, offering them a wing to shake/bump on it. "Welcome to the team, Petilil. I knew I was right about you. If you have any preferences for what you wish to be called, do let us know, but for now and times to come let us cooperate to new sky highs!"
Dax's lack of success with winning over his own prospect earns him a concerned frown. Seemed like pure misfortunate at first glance, but her Keen Eye could tell that the Leader of the Night Wardens was, no matter his natural charisma, unpracticed in matters of conversation. Hmm.....perhaps she could help him with that later? Would do him no good if his Leadership skills fell behind, and beyond that she'd was still curious to get to know the slightly enigmatic former member of Team OS....
'....Maybe get Kogeki to teach him some of his shinobi skills too,' she thinks, wincing as she watched him sprang trap after trap. Of course arranging that to happen was going to be difficult, as from what she vaguely recalled the spiritual ninja and draco newt were not on good terms, so maybe she'd recommend he get a dedicated scout/trap buster instead? Decisions decisions....

To the flowery veteran's request for introductions Platina hopped forward and gave a sweeping bow, sending Shiny sparkles scattering as she did so.
"I'm Platina, of Team Omega Seekers from the Adventurer's Guild. Pleasure to be acquainted with Explorers of your caliber and experience, Lady Roserade and Lord Rhyperior. Hopefully together we'll get to the bottom of this vexing Dungeon and re-unite your with Lord Gallade soon, preferably without too many more nasty surprises waiting in the wings for us all."
Hoopa's lacking reply and Braixen's successful deflection gets a glance from the ironclad avian. The mischievous wish-maker she could understand being short on details, given the impressions she got from Them and wanting to be discrete with how weakened They were, but why was the Guild Leader's daughter being so coy? If anything they should be striking a more commanding image like their mother, but if anything they seemed like they wanted to avoid attention altogether. Hmm.....
Once that was over, Platina decided to do a check-up up on everyone in her Team first, giving Kee and Kogeki a dull/frustrated look and an impressed/pleased look respectfully.
"Kee, I shouldn't have to tell you this, but please control yourself better in the future. I can't imagine how you managed to survive as long as you have with your flagerant lack of restraint, but one day it will lead you to ruin if you continue to let it go unchecked. Kogeki, I must say I am impressed with your observational skills and fleetness. Less so with you ignoring me in the last fight, but I can forgive you of that considering how necessary such promptness was at the time. You'll have to teach me how you manage to be so refined in your movements - I'm quite fast myself, but nowhere near as Skill at handling my speed as you are."
A bit later she approaches Dax, walking up beside him and giving a slight nod.
"Good day to you, Dax of Team Night Wardens. How've you faired since we last meet? Given your own arrival here, I imagine you've been having interesting times yourself, but hopefully none too interesting you couldn't handle?
"*Puffs* In any case, I noticed your troubles with recruiting that Bug to your team. You did rather well in your attempt, but I could tell you are not so practiced for such things to be natural yet. When this whole Quest is over I'd be happy to offer my assistance in improving your speech skills. *Puts a wing over her breast* If there is one thing I pride myself over all else, it's my....grasp of Leadership, and I would like to help fellow Leader like yourself avoid the same pitfalls I once suffered through."
A bit more later, she moves alongside young Braixen, giving her a respectful smile as she bowed to them.
"Very good to see you're well, Lady Braixen. Your mother and I was quite worried about your disappearance, so it heartens me to see it hasn't done you any harm and, if I am not mistaken, earnt you the friendship of Dax. *Nods, Smiling Brightly* Quite good - you can never have enough friends, as my own mother often said."
The shiny bird gives them a considering Look then, tilting her head at the heir of the Guild curiously.
"....Forgive my impertinence for asking, but how did you go missing from the Guild in the first place? Did someone kidnap you, or otherwise force your departure? Or...was it for some other reason, perhaps? *Bows* Whatever it is, I'll keep it in strictest confidence if you are reluctant to share. I'm quite good with secrets, despite how much I tend to stand out, as it were. *Chuckles, a bit...sadly* Or perhaps because of it, in all honesty."
Also, needless to say, she agreed with Karen's suggestion, as coordinating as one team through this tricky MD was certainly better than splitting their forces and focus to widely. She would assist on being Leader of her own part of the temporarily coalition, though - this birdy was not one to relinquish her first time in Team Leadership so easily!

Kee does accept the looted Blast Wand from Kogeki, giving the deltadoggo of a ninja a pleased and genuinely thankful smile. Kee with that Wand held in between basically looks as eager as a housecat with a new catnip-filled toy; and he wags his bushy tail in anticipation of using that Wand against foes. "Many many thanks there, K'geki!~ Well done avoiding' all these traps too, very well done! Hehe!~"

Onwards it goes, until there's ONE THING visible ahead that Kee's been waiing and looking forward to: A Kangaskhan Statue!! That's the very first thing he beelines too upon everyone has arrived at the resting point. "Handy, very so, these Statues!~ Lemme see, uh...*rummaging in his belongings and lootings* "This one, an' dat one..."

- 1x Gravelerock He opts to keep the two Oran Berries, one Tiny- and to Reviver Seeds on him, just in case. They're many AND have the aid of TEAM RAIDERS!!1 (sans Gallade) on their side, but that doesn't mean that Kee can afford to go ahead more careless. Feels good and extraordinarily rewarding for him to look through, sort, store and empty his bags full of loot. Can't wait to fill them with even more precious things on further adventures and treasure hunts!
He's still at the Statue as he overhears introductions, and turns his head to wave and smile at Roserade, Rhyperior, Zeraora, Dedenne and Bunnelby, Daxter, Karen, basically at everyone that glances at him. "Hi an' hello, glad t'see y'all!~ I'm Kee, but feel free t'call me whatever ya wish!~"

Daxter moves back to dodge the Crustle's swipe as he looks at the Pokemon with distaste. "Fine. Do what you want, not like that's going horribly for you, is it? Good luck with whatever it is you want to keep doing. And go fuck yourself while you're at it."
Daxter's attempts at grabbing the items do nothing to improve his mood as he bounces around, yelping as each trap is triggered. "Motherfu-! Ow! Sonnuva!"
By the time everyone reaches the Kangaskhan statue, Daxter is in a foul mood. He lingers at the back of the group, alone with his thoughts and sourly kicking pebbles around while he continues contemplating the events of what was admittedly a very long day. Fighting two legendaries in one day? Astounding. He eventually sits down against a tree and continues sulkily gazing at the rest of the group and it takes a few seconds of Platina speaking for him to realise that she's addressing him.
"Whu..? Oh. Hey, love. You saw that, then? I'm still trying to get the hang of this whole leadership thing. It's been a... long day and I'm honestly just tired. The lessons would be nice, though. Anyway. You should probably get back to your team. Should be planning for the road ahead."
He then stands up and makes his way to the rest of the group. He nods respectfully at Rhyperior and Roserade, waves at Kee and hesitates when he looks at Kogeki before turning around and addressing Karen, Rolycoly, Snom and Rowlet. "Right, you lot. I think... We need to start developing unique skills of our own. We've been a little unorganised in that regard but there are probably things that some of us can do better than others can. Take my little recruitment attempt. Stupid bug didn't want anything to do with me. Maybe one of us should train a little so that they can be the designated "Recruiter". And Rowlet, mate. You can fly! You might have had more luck if you tried to grab those items instead of me. What do you think? When we get back, we can start training those particular skills a bit, right?"
