It's been a while since we post here, heh. But I think the best place to ask questions about Celadon things is here:

1 - If Nellygator and Arial meet each other again, you think it would be cool if Arial use Gaspar teleportation to bring Nellygator to Bealbeach City? Could be a nice travel trip to Nelly visit Arial homeland and still her to have time to challenge the Indico Plateau! Heck maybe meet Victor and see a national here. Or maybe Nelly have some interactions with Riza. The poor girl need to get more friends, and I can see them both become awesome friends.

2 - Speaking of Pokemon, I think Arial could try to find some cool Tandorian Pokemon Nelly could be interesting to acquire since she had a awesome impression after their battle. But I been in maybe they do that after they meet each other again. This could be a nice ADVENTURE trip around Bealbeach/Route 7/Rockfalen caverns. A nice opportunity to Riza bond to other people aside Arial. Having a friend such as Nelly could help Riza a lot me thinks.

Ah, sorry about not catching this for so long - IRL has been keeping me busy, and I have only recently been re-reading my own thread out of a sense of nostalgia for the 'good ol' times' . Let me answer your points, as follows:

1 & 2. All Perfectly acceptable. Gaspar to my Knowledge (Heh) and president is powerful enough to Teleport multiple people across entire continents and perhaps even universes if I decide that your teleport to Bealbeach went that route instead. It would be rather exhausting for him, though, with him not being able to Teleport for the rest of a given day for those 'long' trips, so if you want Nelly to have a vacay with Arial then you got to plan it out for a long time. That, and Arial knows she's currently competing in the Indigo League this season, so getting her to take time off would be hard to justify unless we go with the whole 'Arial is now a Universe Hopper' bent to his Teleportation to Bealbeach (which would clash with his last meeting with Giratina, unless I want her to be Omni-Universal too like the rest of the Big Name Legends and Supreme Beings, which would....certainly be a move, I say). 

In regards to Riza, I agree in principal, but remember that Riza has only (relatively) recently become a Normal Human again (again, relativley speaking - by Iron's standards she'd certainly qualify as a More Than Human subtype even now) : she pretty much has all the social instincts/mores and Logic of a Insect/Bug /Predator thoroughly ingrained into her and extremely atrophied human social morays and cultural understanding in general. Moreover, what exists of her 'human instincts' exists it being heavily warped by her time as a Bug Metahuman, prior lifetime (She was a Streetrat that even back then was a social outcast and recluse), lifestyle as a Stealthy Reclusive/Ambusher, and her frequent region hopping and interactions with Bug/Weird Pokemon (I'd probably have Fairies be more partial to her now due to her OTHERWORLDLY/CURSED nature, if the campaign were being made now). The end result is that, at best, Riza is all but bound to be a permeantly skittish Anti-Social introvert at the farthest extreme possible in regards to Humanity at best for the rest of her life, or at least a few good years/BIG Plot Developments. Trying to get her to make non-Pokemon friends (and non-Bug/Weird ones at that) will be hard. And that's not even digging into the fact that Nelly is a Female Human: AKA, Riza's former primary prey as a Bug Metahuman. Even though she no longer has the strict biological need to eat blood as her main source of food, getting over those ingrained expectations, compulsions (weakened as they wear and then removed) and instincts would be make such attempts extremely awkward at best. It'd be like a Jaguar trying to make friendly with a pig: not easy, even if said jaugar has been 'domesticated' and the pig is both domesticated and blissfully unaware that their would-be-friend is actually a predator on the mend/remending their ways.  

On that note: Riza, though no longer required to do so, still she will have blood feature heavily in her diet and as a mental fixation of desire (in the sense of 'need') out of personal choice. Even though she's back to being a 'normal' Human, if I know anything THEY probably wouldn't take every Inhuman thing/power about her away, since they would consider it stupid/horrible at best to depower someone into being merely 'normal' if they were extraordinary before, and horribly boring at worst. That, and even THEY wouldn't mess with a person's (Human - THEY don't have any reservation fucking with Pokemon Souls, especially THEIR Archenemies, unless Giratina guilts them about it) Mind/SOUL willy-nilly to the extent it would be necessary to remove all the taint/influence the Cursed Arm foisted on Riza unless necessary. Some things are sacred to THEM, unless THEY'RE pushed or incited. Or a Deal is made with such things in mind, though those kinds are heavily weighted to be as costly as possible given THEIR distaste/reluctance in doing so. That's the reason why THEY never blatantly fucked with anyone's emotions/SOULs or attempted mind-control/similar except with Mew (who THEY hate with unmatched passion) or Arial (who foolishly entered an Open-ended Deal that, coupled with a desire to humble and chastise him for his stupidity and recklessness, let THEM do so), if anyone ever wondered why THEY never used their control over Darkness to do so. 

Right now, her only friendships would be with Arial's Pokemon at best and her own (obviously), and our mental nutcase is pretty much firmly established in 'Mate/Lover' territory in her head so he don't count. The only other persons I could see that have a chance of a 'normal' friendship with her are Uranium's Protag (Hero Powers and Charisma go brrrrrrr) and his mother (who herself is pretty much a reforming Nuclear Type Metahuman by my standards, and is probably just as messed up in the head as Riza tbh even with all the time and love that has been poured into her) - other people would probably frighten her into hiding behind/in Arial's embrace without a lot of coaxing on his part. Or just Stealthing out of public sight to escape notice, out of sheer habit and ingrained behaviors/phobias. Bug Catchers and the like might have a better chance at catching her interest and keeping it long enough for her to attempt being friendly, though, and Hex Trainers/The Fairy 'Inclined' (Read: Possessed or Mind-whammied by Fairy mojo) would probably 'read' Inhuman enough on both ends of any interaction between that sort and her that the fear/hide response + cripplingly bad social skills wouldn't be pinged on TOO much. That, and Hero Types like Reiner/Uranium's protagnist have enough Charisma/Plot Power to bowl over her Social Maluses, though the net relationship that results between her and individual Hero are not going to be normal in the least.

In sum: I wouldn't try to force any friendships with Riza, even tangentially, and just let her acclimate slllloooowllly to her new self. The right now Arial and Nelly can hope for is just being okay to hang around while the pair hang out, just soaking in the atmosphere and enjoying the company via her Mate's enjoyment of it.

I see...Right now, its not a good plan in either do a continental leap nor make Riza make new friends. Nelly still need to do her thing in the Indico League, and finish the challenges. And I will not want to interrupt such task. Besides, things are still in chaos in Celadon City because of the Nuclear Facility been nuked and the disapearance of both Arial and Reiner. Knowing Team Rocket, they are problably still in deep chaos because of one its more promised Grunts (Reiner) disapear. And Giovanni problably is suspicious about the "mysteryous" death of both. I still want to believe Arial and Reiner let everyone in Team Rocket thinking they are dead dead, but Giovanni wouldnt be Leader of Team Rocket without a healthy level of paranoia. He is problably have some sense of suspicious. So returning to Celadon City now would not only be stupid, but suicide.

And about Riza...yeah, as much I think she needs and deserve some peace and normality in her life after all the suffer she endured for so many years, she still need to get used to her currently status to return to normality. Things will take a lot of time before go better. Still need to find a place to call "home" for a while, and Arial will need to find a place to have a real job. And maybe get a licence to carry a Nuclear Pokemon, because I cant leave Sekmet inside the Pokeball. As much "safe" it is, its not different from a prison in some terms. A comfortable prison, but still a prison. Not to mentioned in a more pratical sense, since the more she stay inside the pokeball for safety, the less Pokemon battles she will get. And less experience in battle she will have. Unless I get a Experience Share, and found one will be problematic hmm....
